We're looking for a dynamic, highly organised Individual Giving & Engagement Officer to support the delivery of our broad recruitment and stewardship programme for 1 year fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is collaborative, detail-orientated and purpose-driven, who wants to help us work towards making pregnancy safer and help more families bring their babies' home.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful, multi-channel fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters and drive income. Working closely with the Individual Giving & Engagement team, you’ll help deliver donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship activity, ensuring our supporters feel valued and engaged at every stage of their journey.
You’ll work across a wide-ranging programme including appeals, in-memory giving, supporter communications, legacy activity and digital engagement. From coordinating campaigns and updating supporter journeys, to analysing performance and supporting financial processes, this is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone who can balance creativity with strong organisation, enjoys working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and is motivated by making a real difference. If you have a background in fundraising or marketing, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for purpose-driven work, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Youth Service Lead to oversee and shape the delivery of our programmes across Bedfordshire. This is a key leadership role where you will ensure our services are safe, engaging, and impactful for the young people and families we support.
At F4YP, we support over 500 children and young people across 50+ schools, providing safe spaces, enrichment opportunities, and vital pastoral support. As Services Lead, you’ll play a central role in making this happen every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and managing high-quality delivery across face-to-face services
Supporting and developing a team of delivery staff and volunteers
Ensuring excellent safeguarding, pastoral care, and behaviour support
Overseeing planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Monitoring impact, quality, and outcomes to continuously improve delivery
Working closely with schools and partners to support young people effectively
What we’re looking for:
Experience leading programmes or services for children and young people
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and pastoral support (SEMH/SEND desirable)
Proven experience managing and supporting staff
A hands-on, organised leader who can balance people, operations, and quality
Someone who is passionate about helping young people feel safe, supported, and confident
Bedford/Bedfordshire | Full-time (37.5 hrs) | 3-year fixed term | Working pattern: 9-day fortnight (one day off every two weeks), with full 5-day weeks required during holiday delivery periods

We are currently looking for a Volunteer Support Officer with proven administrative and IT skills to join our busy Volunteer Support team based at our National Support Centre.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth and safe onboarding of adult volunteers within Sea Cadets. As a key member of the Volunteer Support Team, you will ensure that all administrative processes are completed. You will act as a first point of contact for volunteer enquiries, maintain high quality records throughout volunteers’ membership, maintaining MSSC’s commitment to safer recruitment and compliance.

As our People & Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient and accurate HR and benefits administration. You will ensure that employee records, systems, and processes are maintained to a high standard, working with the team and other colleagues to deliver a positive employee experience.
You will have administrative experience and knowledge of HR systems or other similar systems. You will possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience of working in a Human Resources or similar role would be an advantage.
This role offers a mix of office-based and home working, with two days per week in the office and the remainder worked remotely, the office is close to King Cross and Euston stations. The URC offers a generous pension contribution, annual leave of 31 days per year plus bank holidays and development opportunities.
