You will have some experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a fundraising or supporter‑focused environment, and a good understanding of how a busy team operates. You will be organised, detail‑oriented and keen to learn, with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to supporting evolving fundraising priorities.

With an eye for detail, you will be confident using a database and interested in developing your skills further with support from the team. You will be the first point of contact for supporter queries and will lead on the processing and reconciliation of income. You will also support our major donor fundraising and provide essential administrative support to the wider fundraising team.

About the Role

Duties and key responsibilities

Fundraising Support

• Provide administration and operational support across the fundraising team.
• Respond promptly and professionally to fundraising enquiries via post, email, and phone, offering support, guidance and thanking donors and fundraisers.
• Develop excellent and enduring relationships with current and potential supporters.
• Send fundraising materials (including t-shirts, information packs, etc.) to supporters.
• Support challenge event fundraising by stewarding fundraisers, providing logistical support and administrative duties.

• Produce regular reports on fundraising activities, including data from JustGiving, Enthuse, and GoFundMe, ensuring accurate tracking and evaluation.
• Work with the database and fundraising teams to evaluate and analyse fundraising activities. 
• Contribute to the smooth running of the organisation, assisting with general office and digital administrative tasks and ensuring processes are followed consistently.

 Stock and Online Shop

• Monitor Sarcoma UK’s online shop, and ecommerce platform. Ensuring it is regularly updated with accurate product listings and that orders are processed efficiently, meeting supporter expectations.
• Assist with maintaining external storage unit and keeping records of the contents.
• Liaise with suppliers, process orders, and ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.
• Research and create new merchandise and fundraising materials, keeping up to date with new trends and ensure offering is fresh and innovative.

Other

• Maintain accurate and up to date supporter records on Sarcoma UK’s database (Raiser’s Edge).
• To undertake all duties in line with the Sarcoma UKs policies, procedures and regulations ensuring that the work.
• The post holder will be working in a developing environment, and they will therefore be required to undertake other appropriate duties as necessary for the efficient operation of Sarcoma UK.

Service Description:

West London Mind deliver services across 5 West London Boroughs, and our children and young people’s team deliver services in communities and in schools. Focusing on increasing access and having inclusive services, our diversity of provision, staff and approaches means we can offer an assistant psychologist a range of experience, and fun.

This role sits within our schools-based offer in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham  which supports young people via our Mental Health Support Teams in both primary and secondary schools, as well as working with parents and school staff.

We also offer Be Kind to Your Mind (BK2YM) which provides a psychoeducation programme (Learn Well) which offers a multi-tiered level of support for children with additional SEND needs.

Job Description. You will be:

1. Dealing with our referrals from schools:

· Liasing with referrers, families and young people to ensure that clients and other organisations are kept up to date with what stage their referral is at (e.g. on a waitlist).

· Overseeing inboxes to ensure quick and appropriate responses.

2. Delivering interventions:

· Delivery of Be Kind to Your Mind SEND/Inclusion interventions across schools, colleges and alternative education, and co-delivering our out of school offer.

· Ad-hoc creation of bespoke content to complement existing materials.

3. Supporting promotion of Children and Young People’s Services:

· Coordination of outreach on universal days/mental health specific days in line with West London Mind’s CYP Youth Services Calendar (across schools in Hammersmith and Fulham and within the local community).

· Co-facilitation of psychoeducational sessions.

· Working closely with the Whole Schools Approach Lead and Co-Production Coordinator to ensure that our offer is relevant and Young Person Centred.

· Attend events to promote our Core CYP Youth Service’s offer (such as the Circle, MHST, BK2YM, Mind in Music and community programmes) to Children & Young People, families and professionals

4. Data, Evaluation and Impact Reporting:

· Assisting in the composition of internal, quarterly and other reporting.

· Support data analysis for routine, service evaluation, research and improvement.

· Completing pre and post-evaluations of intervention delivered to ensure that delivery is effective, reviewed and meeting objectives.

5. Partnership Working and Communication:

· Communicate information effectively with CYPs, relatives and carers where there may be barriers to understanding.

· Work closely with West London Mind staff leading on communications.

6. General:

· Maintain awareness of, and actively follow, our policies -especially related to safeguarding, GDPR and confidentiality.

Person Specification

We need you to have:

· An undergraduate Psychology degree (or equivalent) that confers British Psychological Society’s Graduate Basis for Chartered membership (GBC).

We’re looking for someone with:

· Knowledge and understanding of the key socioeconomic and systemic factors that contribute to poor mental health of children, young people and parents/carers from Black, Asian and other Minority groups.

· Understanding the importance of safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our not-for-profit Finance Team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day processing and recording of Library transactions including receipts and payments, effectively, efficiently and accurately.

In this pivotal role, you will:

· Create, manage, and maintain accurate and complete purchase ledger and sales ledger data, and ensure supplier payments are made on time

· Manage entries in the Continia document-capture accounts payable system and Microsoft Business Central finance system

· Maintain a logical audit trail for all transactions

· Assist with preparation and processing of payroll

· Support the Library’s staff and budget holders

About you

We are looking for someone who

· Has demonstrable practical experience of effective purchase/general/sales ledger operations and management of financial processes in a not for profit and/or membership organisation

· Is fluent in the use and understanding of accounting software for medium sized entities/charities (Microsoft Business Central preferable)

· Has experience of supporting payroll processing (preferably in Sage)

· Has experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software for membership and/or charitable donations data 

· Has demonstrable ability to work both effectively as part of a team, and to work independently

· Is able to plan, prioritise and carry out routine work to a consistent standard, with attention to detail and meticulous concern for accuracy

· Has good interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey information clearly and courteously, in person, by phone and in writing

· Will bring excellent IT skills (MS Office especially Excel, email, internet)

Support meaningful work through accurate, high quality finance operations We are seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to join a supportive Finance team within a charitable organisation. This role is essential to the smooth running of financial systems and the accurate recording of income that supports fundraising and wider organisational activity.

This is a hands on, detail focused role, well suited to someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work and can maintain accuracy and pace in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Heavy data entry and collation, accounting for approximately 75 percent of the role
• Accurate coding and reconciliation of income from multiple fundraising platforms across finance systems
• Supporting the wider Finance team with transactional and day to day finance tasks
• Processing staff expenses, supplier invoices and Direct Debits with a high level of accuracy
• Assisting with basic finance reporting and maintaining clear, well organised records
• Managing finance inbox queries, post, filing and general administration
• Supporting the collation of documentation for Gift Aid claims
• Contributing to ad hoc finance tasks and projects as required

Skills and experience required

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas
• Experience using finance systems, ideally Xero
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Experience working within a charity or third sector environment
• Comfortable with repetitive, high volume tasks and working accurately at pace

Join our Safeguarding, safety and wellbeing department as an assistant and play a vital role in supporting volunteer safety and compliance across Girlguiding. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to the Safeguarding, safety, and complaints & compliance teams, helping to deliver smooth compliance processes, accurate data management and clear, empathetic communication with volunteers and local teams. 

You’ll follow complex processes with accuracy, manage sensitive information responsibly, and support tasks such as reference checks, extensions, withdrawals and case logging. We’re looking for someone organised, calm and detail‑focused, with strong communication skills, good IT/CRM experience and the confidence to support volunteers through sensitive situations.
