An exciting opportunity has arisen at Age UK for a Product Executive to join our Lottery and Raffles Marketing team (part of the wider Fundraising team), working across a variety of projects to contribute to the overall growth of the Age UK Lotteries programme. This position is offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Our Lotteries programme was set up in 2003 and has continued to provide an essential stream of revenue for our Charity, enabling us to help older people who need us the most.

As Product Executive, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure the successful delivery of our campaigns.

Within this role you'll assist in the development and monitoring of Private Site activity, including mystery shopping, compliance reviews, invoicing, attrition, and entry level analysis, working closely with other members of the Lottery and Raffle team.

Strong communication and empathy skills are vital, as you'll be monitoring inbound calls, helping to optimise stewardship emails and letters and monitor complaints in co-ordination with the Product Manager and our supporter engagement team. You will also assist with the development of an outbound telemarketing campaign for entry upgrades.

You will support the marketing team with testimonials/winners' imagery to help to engage our players and carry out regular competitor reviews and market research.

We follow the regulatory framework issued by the Gambling Commission to ensure safe practices are followed therefore, regular quality management and checking accuracy of reporting is essential to this role.

This role offers hybrid working between home and London (EC3N 2LB). Currently the Fundraising team attend our office near Tower Hill every Thursday, so you would be expected to do the same. Age UK does not pay travel costs to the office.

Back Up’s Family Support Service is there to help. We enable a wide range of family members of all ages whose loved one is affected by spinal cord injury (SCI) to improve their wellbeing, build a support network and transform their lives through Back Up’s services. 

The Family Support Coordinator will assist in supporting family members on an individual basis as well as in group settings as appropriate, together with providing support in the process of identifying, recruiting and training new family support volunteers.

Working Hours

Our young people need care 24/7 so we have fixed rotas with different shifts (8, 10 and 12 hours) from 8 am to 10 pm for day staff; and from 9 pm to 8.30 am for night staff.

On average, you will be working 40 hours a week, so meaning if you work 4 shifts of 10 hours each, you will then get 3 days off.

There is always the possibility to do overtime if you need a bit extra, this is paid time and half same as bank holidays.

About the role:

You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to work alongside health professionals in a hospital environment, although we will consider applicants from other fields providing you are able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse.

This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working. There is an expectation that you will do a mixture of working from home, our office Victim Support, 3rd Floor, 5-7 Singer Street, London, and in co-location at St Georges Hospital.

As a Hospital Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:

• Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
• Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
• Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
• Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.

You will need:

• Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships). 
• Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
• Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children

Direct Support to Families

• Hold a small caseload of families with children delivering up to 2 hours of support per week on a short-term basis.
• Conduct home and community visits to support early childhood development, build resilience and improve family wellbeing.

• Deliver structured early learning interventions including Making it REAL and Big Hopes Big Futures.

Volunteer Development.

Planning, Events & Outreach

We’re pleased to be recruiting a Communications and Support Assistant to help strengthen and expand the reach of National Eczema Society’s work. This new role is designed to support the delivery of our communications, digital content and supporter services, as the charity grows and takes on more proactive campaigns and engagement. You’ll contribute to creating and scheduling content across our social media channels and website, support the production of our e-newsletter, and play a key role in monitoring community engagement online.

Alongside digital communications, you’ll provide vital administrative support across our wider operations including health information, research and policy. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Grantmaking Due Diligence & Onboarding

• Coordinate the collection, review, and secure storage of due diligence documentation from prospective grantees.

• Assist with risk screening checks and internal reviews in alignment with Purposeful’s grantmaking policies.

• Prepare grantee onboarding documentation, including grant agreements and orientation materials.

• Track submission of required onboarding documents (e.g., bank forms, MoUs, safeguarding policies).

• Monitor and keep track of the grants due for payment.

• Respond to grantee and applicant inquiries and proactively update them on the status of their grant awards.

2. Grant Compliance & Documentation

• Monitor compliance status of all active grants, flagging outstanding requirements and follow-up needs.

• Ensure that compliance-related deadlines (e.g. reporting dates, grant conditions) are met and documented.

• Maintain clean, well-organised, and accessible digital grant files, using existing tools or systems (e.g., Google Drive, Netsuite, Salesforce, etc.) to ease retrieval and generation of reports.

• Support internal checks to ensure that funds are disbursed in line with compliance protocols and funding agreements.

3. Finance Coordination

• Liaise with the finance team to prepare and verify payment documents, banking instructions, and payment schedules.

• Support alignment between grant budgets and payment disbursements.

• Track the movement of funds across grants, ensuring appropriate documentation is in place for each transaction.

4. Donor & Internal Reporting

• Assist in preparing compliance-related sections of donor reports and internal grantmaking summaries.

• Track reporting obligations by donor or partner, and ensure all documentation is collected and filed on time, including any relevant country-specific compliance requirements.

5. Audit & Policy Support

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including sampling, document summaries, and data extractions.

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal tools (templates, checklists, trackers) related to grant compliance.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in Purposeful’s compliance systems, bringing in lessons learned and audit feedback, and emerging regulatory or legal considerations relevant to our work.

Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
• Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
• Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
• Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
• Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
• To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.
• Ensure all trust records are kept up-do-date on the database.
• Work closely with fundraising colleagues to cultivate a supportive and collaborative fundraising team.

Open Age is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Coordinator to lead our unpaid carers service for people aged 50+ in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.

We’re looking for someone who understands the challenges of the caring role, has experience in developing and delivering engaging activities with participants, and is confident in capturing outcomes, gathering data, and producing high-quality monitoring reports. You’ll be highly organised, flexible, and responsive in your approach, with the ability to manage competing demands effectively.

This is a part-time role (28 hours per week) offered on a short-term contract of up to six months (end date 31st March 2026) with the possibility of extension subject to funding. The salary is £29,000 per annum pro rata. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
