Job description

Westminster Befriend a Family (WBAF) is growing and we need an energetic, enthusiastic programme manager to build our brilliant mentoring programme.

We support young people aged 10 - 24 in Westminster and neighbouring boroughs to achieve their potential, tackling social isolation, building confidence and making the connections that matter.  Powered by volunteers, we provide regular, sustained and goal-focused support for at least six months in weekly sessions over the phone, online and in person.

We know that more young people will need us in the difficult months to come.  We're looking for a dynamic individual who can take this programme from strength to strength.

With experience in volunteer management, social and youth services, you'll enable us to broaden our reach and deepen our engagement, maximising opportunities for the young people we work with.

We're a nimble organisation, and we offer great opportunities for professional development. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or ability and we particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic candidates who are under-represented at this level in our sector.

Please apply online with a cover letter and CV.
