What does this role do?
As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:
- manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from briefing with our media agency, to building and developing creative assets and copy, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads,
- optimise and test campaigns, using platform data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, interpret performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to maximise impact,
- work closely with stakeholders across the charity to ensure campaigns are optimised, and all content reaches the appropriate audience.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Officer to join our Innovation and Insight Team within the Giving Directorate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the directorate's work, ensuring effective promotion of giving and fundraising initiatives. As part of this you will be tasked with creating campaigns and reports, working with external design firms, or developing resources internally to ensure wide ranging impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic communications plan for the Giving Directorate.
- Deliver comprehensive communication to key stakeholders including Giving Advisors, Dioceses, and Churches, through, but not limited to, the management of Directorate websites and digital platforms.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote giving and fundraising across the Church of England (e.g. Generosity Week)
- Develop and share a bank of case studies and examples of local impact, sharing the stories of what's happening on the ground.
- Act as a marketing consultant for the Parish Share Project, assisting dioceses in their communication with churches.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Digital Communications departments particularly, as well as other NCI departments, to align directorate efforts with the wider organizational strategy and to utilize national communication channels for Giving marketing campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output, including the maintenance and creation of directorate brands and sub-brands and associated resources (e.g. powerpoint templates, promotional flyers)

Success in the role demands good understanding of the devolved nature of the Church of England, and the ability to work effectively across it. The Events Manager will lead the strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of diverse portfolio of impactful, high-profile events designed to inspire, engage and mobilise current supporters and recruit new ones.
The post-holder will ensure that events align with MSF UK’s mission and values, while maximising engagement, awareness and return on investment.
They will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with key stakeholders and driving MSF UK’s supporter engagement strategies forward.
They will collaborate across departments, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve MSF UK's public engagement efforts.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Salary: £46,784.49 per annum - £57,181.04 per annum | Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.

Providence Row works with those affected by homelessness and those vulnerably housed in London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice and progression programmes. We ensure that people often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to bring energy, creativity and focus to our marketing activity—boosting awareness, growing supporter engagement and helping drive income across fundraising streams. You’ll also play a part in the wider leadership of the organisation as a member of our management team.
The ideal candidate
To be considered for this role, you should be able to:
- Support with the development of the annual marketing strategy to achieve fundraising targets and contractual service delivery requirements.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan.
- Lead on the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and support.
- Support with fundraising acquisition activity linked to new prospects and opportunities e.g. individual philanthropists, decision makers in companies, trusts, foundations and local authorities.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Managing Providence Row's digital profile, including maintenance and development of the website, social media, external website listings and links, and Google Ads (etc).
- Overseeing the production of organisational marketing materials. This may involve project managing production of materials or providing oversight to other staff producing materials.
- Improve upon current social media activity with editorial calendar and content for social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, blogs and similar platforms.
