Start date: June/July 2021

Post type: Full-time, permanent.

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday Core hours to be worked within the range of 8am - 6pm

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Lord Wandsworth College is looking for an Alumni Relations Manager (following a retirement) to join the Development Office team and work to help deliver our strategic objectives, expand our events programme, develop our publications and communications (including The Sternian magazine) and increase engagement from all target audiences, whilst creating an exceptional culture of customer care.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be expected to take the lead in delivering the College’s alumni relations programme, building on the excellent existing relationships with LWC’s former pupils, parents, staff and governors, via the Sternians’ Association, increasing engagement from all ages, whilst supporting the stewardship of current and potential donors.

This role will collaborate closely with the newly appointed Head of Futures, developing careers events and initiatives and a new mentoring programme for pupils and young Sternians.  The Alumni Relations Manager will also work with a wide variety of academic and support staff, including the administration teams and facilities departments, as well as external agencies e.g. designers, printers and fulfilment houses.
