About the Role
As the new Systems and Technology Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring systems and devices run smoothly and users feel supported and confident. This hybrid role blends systems analysis with IT support, perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while supporting people.
You’ll be the first line of support for systems, technology and devices – responding to queries, managing tickets and coordinating with the external IT service. You’ll also take the operational lead on systems development, including testing, upgrades and configuration.

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group FP&A Manager who will coordinate and produce consolidated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. The Group FP&A Manager will contribute to planning activity and data across Finance, working closely with Regional Finance Directors to ensure consistency of all planning and forecasting. This role will report to the Director of Group Planning and Reporting and will lead, manage, and motivate a Financial Planning Analyst. This role is for a minimum of 6-months and could be extended.
Main Duties:
- Provide a financial planning, forecasting and management reporting service in the UK, Regions, and international business units across Group level.
- Deliver monthly MI reports
- Coordination and delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly re-forecasts
- Support multi-year planning
- Tracking and forecasting of financial KPIs
- Support the Director of Group Planning and Reporting in preparing reports for Exec on reporting and planning deliverables
- Lead continuous improvement of processes across monthly close, financial commentary and analysis and cash-flow forecasting

About the role

A natural communicator, both verbal and written, you will also have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, while a flexible, proactive and professional approach to your work is essential. Strong analytical skills along with impeccable attention to detail, and a high level of numeracy are a must-have for this role, as is experience of business partnering, or equivalent relationship development. Whilst being homebased, the Fostering Form F Assessing Social Worker will be required to travel to undertake assessments across the Yorkshire, North East and North West region. There is also a requirement to be able to travel to Team meetings, wellbeing days, TACT away days and other in person events across the UK as and when required.
Core Fostering Form F Assessing Social Worker Tasks include:
- Preparing applicants for the fostering role
- Promoting and supporting the development of trauma informed foster care / therapeutic parenting
- Assessment of prospective foster families

The main role requirements for this role include:
- BA or Master’s in Social Work or Dip SW, CSS or CQSW qualification
- Social Work England Registration
- Post qualifying experience including relevant family placement work or post qualifying experience in other child-care settings which must include statutory childcare work
- Experience of assessing foster families and preparing them for the fostering tasks
- A proven track record in working with and on behalf of children and foster families, using a trauma-informed therapeutic approach
