The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care. We would warmly welcome an application from people who have lived experience of adoption or fostering, and candidates from the Global Majority.
Benefits include:
- Flexible working
- Pension
- Personal training budget
- Generous holiday allowance
- Office closure during festive break each December

To apply please prepare a comprehensive CV with a covering letter in English which address all the requirements of the Person Specification by providing evidence and examples to back up statements.
Petra Jodlova, Head of Practice Development, is available to arrange informal conversations about the post.

We are not looking for just one type of person - we want to recruit people who can add fresh perspectives, innovative ideas or challenge that disrupts the risk of group think.
We are especially interested in people whose childhood experiences - of life on a low income, of migration, of being in a racialised community, of the care system, of being LGBT+ or in an LGBT+ family or living with (or with someone with) a disability - help us to see things we might otherwise miss.
