About the role
Join Dementia UK as a Digital Marketing Executive and play a vital role in raising awareness of the charity’s services, engaging supporters and generating income through digital activity.
Working closely with the Digital team, you will support the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on paid campaign management . You will be responsible for developing and launching key paid campaigns across social media channels, aligned with organisational objectives to maximise income and grow brand reach.
Collaborating with fundraising teams, you'll help shape and enhance supporter journeys through digital channels. The role also includes regularly reporting on the performance of live campaigns, as well as conducting post-campaign analysis and offering clear, data-driven recommendations across paid social and PPC.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience of managing digital campaigns using Meta, alongside a solid understanding of the Meta ad suite and experience of overseeing PPC campaigns. The ability to produce comprehensive campaign reports that clearly communicate results, insights and recommendations is essential.

Role summary
To support the Head of Fundraising and Communications in the delivery of the communications and fundraising strategy at ReMind UK through planning, production and delivery of on and offline marketing communications. ReMind UK overview
ReMind UK is an independent charity and internationally renowned centre for research, diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Our research aims to improve life for people with dementia and their families and carers, and to find drug and non-drug treatments for people with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other diseases predominantly affecting older people. Our contracted NHS Memory Clinic service, private memory assessments and allied activities also provide support to people affected. We are currently in an ambitious phase of development looking to Increase our clinical and academic research programme. We work closely with the Universities of Bath, Bristol and other research Institutions, both nationally and internationally and with the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
The role
As Marketing Officer, you will play an important role in helping ReMind UK to realise its vision by overseeing marketing for ReMind UK. You will line manage a Content Executive and together you will design, produce and disseminate materials and communications to raise the profile of the organisation and its work, and in turn raise funding to enable ReMind UK to continue its vital research and support for people affected by dementia.
You will plan and deliver an annual calendar of social posts and adverts, emails, marketing and PR activities including digital and print through organic and paid for media, and working with local organisations and groups. Working closely with ReMind UK's Content Officer you will coordinate website updates and content additions.
Key responsibilities
· Line management of ReMind UK's Content Executive to create an annual plan for coordinated marketing campaigns across channels.
· Responsibility for day-to-day management of the charity’s social media channels including Facebook, BlueSky and LinkedIn, delivering consistent promotion of the organisation, ensuring content remains fresh and engaging and moderating accounts to ensure positive PR for the organisation.
· Develop excellent working relationships with external suppliers, publications, local and national press, magazines, TV and Radio to create new opportunities for ReMind UK to publicise its services and support across the region.
· Working with the Head of Fundraising and Communications, produce and deliver a communications strategy that incorporates digital marketing, PR activity and fundraising communications.
· Manage ReMind UK's email management tool - regularly designing and sending tailored emails to beneficiaries and supporters.
- Update and maintain contact and email data on the supporter CRM with supporter and beneficiary contact details and unsubscribes retained in accordance with Data Protection policy and patient and families wishes.
· Measure and report analytics as required by Head of Fundraising & Communications including email and social media engagement rates, website use and content management indicators, exposure to marketing ads placed and awareness created through partnerships with local social prescribers and partner organisations.
· With the Content Executive maintain ReMind UK's website ensuring content is consistently refreshed, added to and tested to ensure optimisation and coherent journeys and user experience for each of our audiences.
· Design marketing materials and internal publications as requested by the ReMind UK staff team.
· Act as brand guardian in the production and use of materials, documents and marketing across the organisation.
· Ensure ReMind UK is marketing its services and support through the use of posters, leaflets and video and maintain the leaflets and materials available in the reception area.

Terms and Conditions: This is a full-time role with an initial 6-month contract (continuing subject to funding). This role can be done remotely from within our main regions (Greater London, Greater Manchester, Cardiff City Region), with one day in the office per week if located within 45mins of a regional office location.
Remuneration and benefits: Salary bracket of £32,000 per annum (pro rata) - London Weighting will apply to those living in London. Up to 6.5% employer pension contribution and 25 days holiday per year (pro-rata) plus 3 concessionary days over Christmas.

Full Time Salary: £52,221 - £57,786 (pro-rata). If you’re based in London and regularly travel to the office, you’ll receive an additional £4,072.06 per year (pro-rata)
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
The role
CGL’s Business Development Team is a large national team. This role will sit within a smaller specialist services sub-team, who have responsibility for retaining existing specialist contracts and winning new business opportunities.
You will work with a small group of bid writers to oversee all aspects of the tender process. You will also have responsibility for pipeline management and work closely with our services and operational colleagues to navigate processes under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations.
You will work collaboratively with people who use our services, front line staff and managers, clinicians, departmental leads and senior stakeholders including Directors, to develop service delivery models, budgets and partnerships for tenders and proposals.
You will have the opportunity to visit and engage with our staff and service users across the country, to learn about our services and specific local needs and challenges.
As a leader within our national Business Development Management Team, you will lead on improving the quality of our work and developing our team culture, thinking creatively, sharing your own knowledge and experiences, and challenging existing ways of working.
Ultimately you will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of our services and will help us to deliver on our organisational mission, strategy and values.
About you
You’ll be a highly competent project manager, with proven experience of leading and managing complex tenders and other projects in related fields.
You’ll be an excellent writer, with experience of writing tenders, bids and proposals.
You’ll be a confident and highly competent communicator, have excellent IT skills, be highly numerate and be able to analyse and work with complex data and financial information.

Two Rhythms is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to spearhead their operational and financial success, ensuring the charity's sustainability and growth. This pivotal role involves driving earned income, managing financial health, and expanding the reach of their therapeutic arts programs across South Wales and the UK.
The Business Manager will oversee the operational and financial management of the charity, ensuring the organisation is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with its mission. They will focus on earned income generation and working to increase it in line with the business plan. They will be outward-facing, generating new business with local authorities, care providers, schools, hospitals and hospices. They will work closely with the CEO, and Head of Programme to introduce the 2R programme to new guests across South Wales, and with the Membership Officer to extend our membership programme across the UK.
The Business Manager will play a crucial role in managing the charity's financial health, ensuring resources are effectively utilised to support its mission and goals. This hands-on role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting their leadership team colleagues with financial insights and strategies.
They will prepare reports for the management team, CEO and Trustees as required and they will liaise with our external accountants, helping to prepare annual accounts and other statutory documents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL
1. Business and Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Design and implement new processes to monitor trading performance.
- To act a responsible point of contact for managing day-to-day facilities and building issues.
- Management of external contracts relating to facilities and running of the organisation.
- Review environmental considerations of the organisation in-line with the requirements and policies of our funders, landlords and partner organisations.
- Support the administration of session bookings, liaising with finance and management colleagues.
2. Compliance and Governance:
- Working as part of the charity’s Safeguarding team helping to ensure best practice across the charity’s activities and operations. (Appropriate training will be provided)
- Ensure the charity complies with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage risk and protect the charity’s financial reputation and assets.
- Maintain accurate records and policies, working closely with trustees or board members.
FINANCE
3. Financial Management and Planning:
- Prepare and manage budgets in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Monitor and control income and expenditure to ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop financial forecasts and plans to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage invoicing, liaising with external clients and contractors with respect to debt management, reviewing and improving booking processes where necessary.
4. Accounting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
- Produce annual financial statements and manage the year-end accounting process.
5. Donor and Grant Management:
