What you’ll do
As one of our first Primary Schools Partnership Managers, you’ll play a key role growing our newest partner base and supporting primary school partners to make the most of the Unifrog platform and resources. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful.
Your key responsibilities:
Sell Unifrog subscriptions to primary schools

Design and deliver impactful prospecting campaigns and marketing collateral aimed at engaging potential new partners, tracking campaign performance and continually improving your approach to secure demonstrations and drive partnership growth.

Meet with potential partners on video calls (and sometimes in-person). Understand their priorities, demonstrate the Unifrog platform and resources, and secure their subscription.

Identify and attend conferences and events to promote Unifrog to primary school audiences, while networking and cultivating relationships for future partnership opportunities.

Develop a sound awareness of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and the PSHE Association Framework within the UK. You’ll need this to confidently navigate conversations with relevant contacts at primary schools.
Support primary school partners to make the most of Unifrog

Set up new partner schools for success. Help them to embed Unifrog across their staff, student and parent community. You’ll deliver an initial staff training session then provide ad-hoc support.

Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our primary school partners and think of ways to promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice across between partners.

Achieve sky-high resubscription rates by securing partner renewals when their subscriptions come to an end.
What we’re looking for

Working together

About the Role
A strategic analytical professional responsible for managing client experience assessment through annual Client Exit Interview surveys; providing technical data-driven insights to support programming, fundraising, grant management, and advocacy efforts.

Job Description
The Head of Management Accounting will:
- Lead financial management and reporting for Districts/Departments, ensuring timely and accurate financial information for the Senior Command Team and Business Executive Leaders including revenue, grants, and capital income/expenditure.
- Produce and monitor budgets in line with Force timetables, providing assurance to the Senior Command Team and Business Executive Leaders on financial integrity.

- Driving efficiency's across with the team through ensuring that the line management responsibility model based on one to four/five ratio is fully embedded within the Finance Officers.
- Drive efficiency's by embedding a 1:4/5 line management ratio within Finance Officers, standardising procedures, and reducing reporting variability.
- Lead annual budget planning, working with senior leaders to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
- Challenge and support senior leaders to improve financial plans and achieve value for money.
- Implement performance frameworks, reviewing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across the finance team.
- Manage the Management Accounting Team and Capital Accountant, prioritising tasks and fostering staff development.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Management Accounting will be/have:
- Qualified Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (C.C.A.B.) or CIMA accountant.
- Significant experience in management accounting and strategic financial planning and working with a finance business partnering model to deliver the outcomes.
- Up to date with current accounting issues.
- Understand personal and professional strengths and development needs and be able to evidence the steps taken to enhance your continuing professional development.
- Ability to interpret complex or detailed legislation, policy or strategy documents to identify financial implications and provide insightful financial advice.
- Strong commercial acumen with the desire to help drive business performance and show the wider business how finance can add value on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience of advising, challenging, and negotiating with senior officers, managers, and budget holders in a confident manner.
- Ability to use a range of communication and influencing techniques to successfully negotiate,collaborate or effect change in relation to matters of a specialist / technical nature.

About the role
Whilst the House Project approach sets out a clear pathway for young people to move into a house that becomes their home, being in the House Project is so much more than an offer of accommodation.
Staff working in the projects are trained in relational and trauma informed approaches. They use a psychologically informed practice framework to work with young people in both groupwork and individual settings and this work is supported by social pedagogical approaches. Working with young people in a groupwork setting and offering individual direct support enables the development of relationships and shared experiences which allows young people to be involved in the running of their LHP and central to the decisions that are made about them.
NHP provides a framework and not a model and whilst LHPs must keep to the fidelity of the approach, local environments and the young people themselves will determine how projects proceed. This is where you will come in as a practice lead. With knowledge of child development, attachment styles, trauma informed care, the care system and the House Project approach you will support staff in LHPs to work in ways to develop practice that puts young people at the heart of the decision-making process and supports the local ‘system’ to improve how young people leave care.
As a Practice Lead you will have responsibility for a number of LHPs and will:
- Ensure that LHPs have young people at the heart of the decision-making process and that practice is evidence based and trauma informed
- Ensure that LHPs adhere to the fidelity of the approach whilst flexing to accommodate local arrangements
- Manage risk and deal with trauma at an individual, organisational and systemic level, turning these challenges into opportunities for change with improved outcomes for the young people.
- Work with the Care Leavers National Movement as well as the core team to ensure that young people continue to drive their own LHP and develop practice at both a local and national level

We are partnering with the homeless charity Change Please to create a West London training hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training the café team. Our founder partners in the project are The University of West London (UWL) and the Premier League and Professional Footballers Association Fund. In November 2024, St Peter’s Walworth submitted a First-Round application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) for Development Phase funding for the “Building Beyond: Soane Reimagined” project. The request was for a First Round Pass of £3.1m and a Development Grant of £438,000. A decision was received by NLHF on 13th March 2025 and pending Permission to Start, the Development Phase is set to run for 18 months, at which point a Delivery Round application will be submitted to activate a Delivery Phase. Staff, a Design Team, a QS and specialist consultants will need to be competitively appointed to complete a list of required documents/studies for the Delivery application. Design development needs to be completed to RIBA Stage 3, planning, Faculty and consents need to be in place and all partnership funding raised or pledged.
Capital works are proposed to the exterior of the Church, respecting its heritage integrity, making it more sustainable and putting it in good order throughout. Similarly inside, where improvements will make the Church more welcoming, improving infrastructure and circulation and accommodating planned activities. Works will take place over the three floors: Crypt Basement, the Ground Floor and the Gallery/First Floor.
A full time Heritage Manager will need to be appointed at the beginning of the 18-month Development Phase. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the Project reporting to Claire Maugham (Chair of the Steering Group Committee) involved in strategic planning, management, execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Heritage Manager will be a strategic thinker with an understanding of the planning and delivery of major projects funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF). They should have a strong background in project management and possess the ability to move adeptly between big picture thinking and day-to-day operations, where it will be necessary, for example, to process their own admin.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the effective delivery of support for victims and witnesses as you help them on their journey to recovery.

We are looking for a new Advocates to join our team in Lincoln on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are seeking applicants who have transferable skills, a willingness to learn and a desire to help those in need of support.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Advocate to join our team covering Lincoln. Your role will require you to travel to locations such as clients’ homes, hospitals, care homes and within community settings across the area to meet with clients and professionals. You will be home based for administration; therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential.
This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week.
About you
Desirably you will have some experience of working as an Advocate, providing welfare, supporting, or caring for Adults or young people who have support needs, ideally for those with a variety of communication needs, mental ill health, physical health issues, or barriers to accessing education and support.
You should have worked or volunteered in health, social care, welfare, support or care services, education or young person’s services, or advice and guidance.
How will you make a difference?
You will be responsible for ensuring the individual’s wishes, feelings, beliefs, needs, and values are met to create positive outcomes for the people you support.
You will support people to speak up for themselves and grow in confidence, equip them to understand and exercise their rights and options, and will assist them in the decision-making process relating to their care, treatment, and support.
You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with the individuals you support. You’ll be creative in your approach to empower our clients by ensuring you meaningfully explain people’s options and rights to them. You’ll support individuals to fully participate in decisions affecting them and will make sure they have their voices heard.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).
VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.
