The Deputy Head of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. This exciting opportunity would suit a fundraising professional with effective leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills. PSK is a diverse and motivated group of 20+ technical specialists and advisors, passionate about bringing sustainable WASH to the world's poorest and most marginalised people. PSK leads and supports organisation-wide programme learning and knowledge management, collating and disseminating programme knowledge and facilitating knowledge exchange. The team provides technical advisory expertise and fosters and supports internal and external programme and technical partnerships and networks. The team also leads on developing normative programme documents and standards and advise and support the delivery of a programme capacity enhancement strategy. PSK collaborates with many functions across the organisation including policy, advocacy, campaigns, fundraising, communications, as well as with WaterAid partners and collaborators.
About the Role:
The Knowledge Management and Learning Senior Advisor drives the design and implementation of WaterAid's organisational programme learning and knowledge management strategy. The senior advisor leads the development of knowledge management tools, contribute to organisational processes for collating and disseminating program knowledge, and the evolution of knowledge exchange mechanisms. Additionally, lead the development of the internal programme and policy knowledge library, ensuring comprehensive access and collaborating on strategic knowledge communications.
The Senior advisor reports into the Knowledge Management and Learning Senior Manager and their key accountabilities will be:
Co-lead Programme Learning and knowledge management (approximately 50% of time)
- Co-lead the design and implementation of an organisational programme learning and knowledge management strategy (in alignment with the organisational research agenda led by GPAC and supported by PMER processes).

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. Main Purpose of Role: To manage the portfolio of Generate projects related to promoting better health for people with a learning disability.
Responsibilities and Duties specific to this role:
- Collaborating with the other manager on the following:
- Day to day management of the Easy Health website, website management and membership management.
- Day to day management of the Easy Health social media: Creating regular engaging content and posting to the Easy Health twitter and Facebook pages, engaging with replies.
- Co-creating accessible health resources alongside Generate staffs with lived experience of learning disability.
- Designing and delivering training, in collaboration with co-trainers who have learning disabilities.
- Promoting Generate’s health training and easy read work.
- Increasing Generate’s earned income from health training, easy read work and contract delivery.
- Delivering on all the Health Project contracts to increase the accessibility of primary care services and reduce health inequalities for people with disabilities in Wandsworth and the UK.
- Manage a team of consultants and sessional project workers, some with lived experience of learning disability and autism.
Person Specification

Role: CRM & Systems Administrator
Reporting to: Project Manager, Director’s Office
Purpose of job: To work with the Partnerships and Philanthropy/Fundraising, Finance and across all Foundling Museum teams by providing excellent CRM & systems administration. This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining a CRM database of contacts, digital systems, records management, general administrative duties, HR and IT support.

The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of CRM & Systems Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of Philanthropy and Partnerships, Director’s Office and the whole team, in providing effective research and administration support. The CRM & Systems Administrator will provide support across all fundraising areas including individual giving, corporate sponsorship and trusts and foundations as well as playing a vital role in keeping all Museum systems working effectively.
This includes processing donations and gift aid and maintaining records on the CRM. You will work as a key part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to help implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships strategy and streamline all CRM and supporter processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with a flair for collaborative working and information management who is looking to expand their administration skillset and make a tangible impact on our work, in particular supporter relationship management.
Critical to this role and the ongoing project of managing information, income generation and communications, will be the collection, management and sharing of data within our data and digital eco-systems.
Key objectives in first 6 months:
- Completed the migration of supporter data to Beacon CRM, working closely with the Project Manager: Director’s Office to ensure that data is managed in the most effective way to aid relationship management and income generation going forward

CRM Administration & Finance Processes

Internet Matters is seeking a Head of Fundraising who will build partnerships with the world’s biggest tech companies to safeguard children’s digital well-being.
Who we are.
Internet Matters was established in response to the challenges of safeguarding children’s well-being as they access digital platforms and content. The internet is a vital tool for learning and communication and it’s right that children have access to it, but, like all tools, it must be used safely.
Internet Matters believes that by collaborating with industry leaders, such as Google, Samsung, Meta and TikTok, alongside experts in government norms and practices can be established which safeguard children while allowing their online lives to remain fun and fulfilling.
In order to achieve this goal, Internet Matters focuses on the following areas:
- Supporting families and professionals – creating tailored and age-specific resources in collaboration with online safety experts for parents and schools.
- Raising Awareness – running award-winning campaigns to highlight key issues children face online.
- Sharing insights – carrying out regular research on important topics and sharing with child safety networks.
- Working with policymakers – work with policymakers across the political spectrum to ensure child internet safety is prioritised.
About the role.
Head of Fundraising is one of the most critical and most challenging roles in the organisation and requires a highly skilled relationship builder.
You’ll be responsible for all fundraising activities and will hold key relationships with the biggest companies in the world.
By providing excellent stewardship and engagement opportunities you’ll ensure these vital partners continue to contribute towards online child safety.
You’ll secure not only industry buy-in and participation but the funding required to carry out the research, advocacy and policy work Internet Matters carry out.
You’ll also develop and implement the fundraising strategy across core funding streams, primarily through existing partners but also:
- Grants
- Commissioned research and policy work
- Securing new corporate partners
Each relationship with partners is bespoke and highly valued.
You’ll work to ensure these partnerships are long-term and mutually beneficial, spotting opportunities to deepen relationships and for business development to generate revenue for the charity outside of fundraised income.
This is a role that affords you a high degree of autonomy with a supportive team around you.
By its nature, the work of Internet Matters is fast-moving and responsive to new issues and technologies that emerge so this postholder must be adaptable.
Your creativity will be crucial in making this position a success.

We are looking for a Governance Administrator to provide administrative support to the Governance and Compliance team to ensure we are governed to exemplary standards. The Governance Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our complaint, disciplinary and safeguarding processes and procedures. The successful candidate will develop and deliver administrative support to the wider team such as through servicing meetings, creating action logs and maintaining records.
This is a part time (0.6FTE) and permanent role.
