Working across mass participation fundraising products, you will deliver market-leading campaigns, develop creative and engaging supporter content and explore channels of communication with our supporters to achieve further transformational growth.

This role requires an ambitious marketeer with previous product/event marketing experience, outstanding copywriting skills and an enthusiasm for identifying and implementing new social and digital technologies. Fundraising experience is not essential.

You will work alongside another Marketing Campaigns Officer to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Head of Sporting Events on the development of SLF campaigns. You will provide copywriting support to the SLF team and manage creative and media agency relationships. The role also works closely with the Sporting Events Managers, the Relationship Fundraising Managers and their teams, as well as collaborating with other colleagues in the Communications, Brand, Strategic Marketing, Project Management, Digital and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing activity for mass participation campaigns

· Write clear, engaging and fun copy for campaigns including social media adverts, marketing toolkits, emails and web.

· Work with agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time campaign delivery

· Own the overall marketing/comms calendar for income-driving campaigns.

· Be innovative: review and implement new technologies to improve our campaigns, drive engagement and boost supporter experience.

· Help bring our For A Cure brand messaging to life across SLF marketing

Campaign marketing: supporter acquisition

· Supporting the Marketing & Engagement Manager, play a significant role in bringing thousands of new supporters to the charity through targeted, considered and tactical marketing campaigns.

· Lead on the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for the SLF team Provide the SLF team with copywriting support, marketing assets, and wider marketing support.

· Assist the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Head of Sporting Events on campaign proposition and development to maximise income and attract new supporters.

· Work with our external agencies and partners, managing relationships where required.

· Work with internal stakeholders to ensure SLF campaigns are integrated across the charity to drive maximum value and awareness in particular our digital team.

· Deliver all campaigns on time, on budget, on brand.

· Lead on the gathering of data for campaign review and analysis, with proactive adaptation of plans to optimise results.

Budget Management and reporting

· Manage budgets, marketing spends and monitor campaign ROI for campaigns you are responsible for.

· Work closely with Digital and Data teams to ensure engagement, acquisition and remittance is monitored and evaluated (CPA, trend analysis, KPI tracking and lifetime value.

· Provide monthly campaign performance reporting and benchmarking against market trends, previous similar campaigns and to agreed campaign measures.

· Demonstrable experience in delivering product campaigns including planning, asset creation, implementation and reporting

· Copy writing experience for marketing

· Understanding the compliance in marketing

· Budget management experience across expenditure and income

· Media planning and buying across a range of media types and channels

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

JOB PURPOSE 

This exciting role focuses on raising income for the Start Network and its global initiatives, including the Start Fund, Start Ready, innovation and the expansion of a locally led network. The postholder will be an experienced trusts and / or corporate fundraiser who wants a role focused on business and relationship development. They will be responsible for an exciting portfolio of existing and prospective funders (that give 6-7 figure grants), adopting a relational approach to fundraising. 

You will be responsible for carrying out prospect donor mapping, growing a fundraising pipeline, building relationships with prominent foundations and corporates in the humanitarian space, writing technical proposals as required, pitching to donors well-articulated concepts, and building fundraising capacity within the organisation. 

It is critical that the postholder is comfortable with developing new relations. We have grown a significant number of new donors within our Foundations and Corporates over the last few years, and we hope to continue the growth of the team in this exciting role, so proof of having grown an income stream is key.

Finally, the Partnerships Funding Advisor will sit within a team of 4 focusing on strengthening and increasing the philanthropic portfolio and will work alongside the Partnerships Engagement Officer, one other Partnerships Funding Advisor and will report to the Partnerships Manager.

The Role

Active Together is a multimodal prehabilitation and rehabilitation service that has been developed by world leading academics and practitioners at the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) at Sheffield Hallam University and funded by Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Reporting to the Services Manager, The Service Administrator will support the operational and patient-facing functions of the Active Together service. This role involves managing NHS referrals, patient bookings, service appointments, and team administration, ensuring seamless coordination of facilities and resources.

The role involves close collaboration with the Yorkshire Cancer Research Active Together Service team and the Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) clinical staff delivering the Hull service. You will support the Service Manager in delivering the day-to-day operational management of the service premises. Additionally, you will support the administration involved in onboarding new Yorkshire Cancer Research staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the service. 
 

Specifically, you will:

Patient Flow & Service Coordination

• Process patient referrals and book initial assessments, supporting patient onboarding into the Active Together service.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, including cancellations, waiting lists, and transport arrangements.
• Assist patients with completing necessary questionnaires.
• Maintain accurate service records including any Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system data and oversee efficient discharge processes.
• Support Service Manager in the management of monitoring and quality assurance data and processes.
• Communicate with service users and stakeholders to provide information about Active Together.
• Support service users in navigating the program and signpost them to relevant health and wellbeing resources.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Support the development, implementation and improvement of service administrative systems and processes.
• Support team administration, including diary management, email monitoring, postal management and staff induction support.
• Oversee stock control for office and service consumables and manage third-party cleaning and maintenance contracts.
• Facilitate room bookings for service appointments, team meetings, and events.
• Undertake minute-taking for team meetings.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Manage service facilities ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
• Report and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with Yorkshire Cancer Research policies.

Financial & Procurement Management

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses as required.
• Maintain optimal stock levels for patient literature and welcome packs, service equipment, office, and centre supplies.

Other duties

• Support service data collection and evaluation initiatives.
• Provide cover during staff absences and assist in general administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training, governance procedures, and service improvement initiatives.
• Be trained as a First Aider and Fire Marshal and manage the rota for First Aid and Fire Marshal cover

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• To be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent qualifications /experience) to include English Language at grade 4/C or above.

· Tracking and evaluating the impact of community sessions and one-to-one interventions, adjusting strategies to improve outreach and support effectiveness.

· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy sector developments, including changes in legislation, available grants, and best practices in energy conservation.

About You

· You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to support communities and individuals who would benefit most from energy advice and support.

· You will be able to plan and deliver engaging and informative energy support workshops within local communities, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of attendees.

· You will be able to show empathy and be able to respond positively to change while being able to deal effectively with conflicting priorities will allow to succeed within this role. The service will help customers through their unfair extra costs and additional vulnerability to fuel poverty.

· It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products

The Fundraising and Development Department at Bancroft's School comprises the Director of Fundraising and Development, Data and Development Officer and Fundraising and Alumni Assistant. They oversee the Bancroft's Foundation, alumni and community engagement, donor relations, and fundraising initiatives including events; playing a key role in advancing the School’s philanthropic and community goals.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Development, you will play a key role in planning and delivering events, managing and disseminating communications and supporting fundraising efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting involved in details and making things happen.

The purpose of this role is to strengthen relationships across the Bancroft’s community - especially alumni and potential donors - through engaging events, thoughtful communications, and proactive logistical support. The post is full-time, 52 weeks per year. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. The role will be office-based during term time, with flexibility for occasional remote work during the 18 weeks of the school holidays. Four days a week will be considered. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Holidays for a full-time member of staff are 27 days per year, as well as 8 Bank Holidays, to be taken during the school holidays, unless otherwise agreed by the Director of Fundraising and Development.

The salary range for the full-time role is £32,000 - £34,000, based upon experience.

· Develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and activities for community groups, individuals, and businesses to support our shared mission

Corporate Partnerships

· Prepare compelling partnership proposals, impact reports, and presentations tailored to potential and existing partners

Communications & Administration

· Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to promote fundraising campaigns through digital, print, and social media channels

· Maintain accurate supporter records and track income and engagement using our CRM system

· Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and reflects The Carers’ Centre’s values

General

Ensure that you;

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Improvement Manager to oversee two exciting and high-impact areas of work: our Voice of Customer (VoC) programme and our organisation-wide approach to thanking and recognising supporters.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we listen to, understand, and act on customer feedback. You’ll evolve our VoC projects, turning insight into action to improve experiences across the organisation. You’ll also lead a strategic project to ensure our thanking approach is timely, meaningful and drives loyalty —making sure every supporter feels genuinely valued.

You’ll work across teams including Fundraising, Communications, Data Operations, Engagement Events, Customer Journeys, and Insight and Analysis to:

· Develop and embed feedback loops that drive better customer experiences and stronger income.

· Champion the voice of the customer internally, helping colleagues understand the link between experience, loyalty and impact.
