Property & Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Property & Facilities Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the properties of Richmond Team Ministry and their facilities. The properties include three churches, their associated church halls, vicarages, Parish Office and investment properties.

About the role
Becoming the Programme Marketing Manager at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women is a fantastic opportunity to help drive progress for women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries by engaging more people in our work.
The key purpose of this role is to effectively market our programmes to participants – chiefly our HerVenture business skills microlearning app and our sector-leading Mentoring Women in Business programme.
This will span three main projects:
· to successfully manage a marketing agency to effectively market the HerVenture app to women in South Africa (as part of a fixed-term project with active marketing ongoing until Mar ‘25);
· to successfully manage the same marketing agency to promote the app in Nigeria (as part of a separate fixed-term project with active marketing ongoing until Dec ‘24); and
· to effectively promote the opportunity to become a mentor to a woman entrepreneur through our Mentoring Women in Business programme to paying professionals worldwide. Your objective will be to secure 18+ paid mentors for the Nov ’24 programme intake and 20+ for the May ’25 intake.
Following the completion of the two HerVenture marketing projects, you will also lead other programme marketing initiatives in 2025. These will be determined in late 2024.
Following the May ’25 Mentoring intake you will deliver a strategy, harnessing your learning and analysis to outline an approach for marketing the programme to paying mentors in future.
You will also be called on to support other forms of programme marketing on an ad hoc basis, for example advising on development of corporate pitch decks, or co-designing materials for fundraising events.
This position reports directly to the Head of Communications and Marketing, however this is a highly collaborative role and you will also work closely with the Entrepreneurship programmes team and the Programme Funding team to develop and deliver plans and manage projects.
Our ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and motivated marketer with experience in ‘selling’ professional development / online volunteering opportunities, and in managing agencies and contractors to deliver on fixed projects as aligned to good marketing practices. You should be highly organised and goals-driven, with a collaborative approach, a growth-oriented mindset, and a strong desire to harness the power of marketing to support women’s economic empowerment.

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. Examples include the development of a professional competencies framework to support career progression and performance at all levels, supported by learning and development opportunities, improving key processes, resource allocation and financial planning methodologies, and reporting on financial performance.

You will be working closely with colleagues in Conversation Investment, Business Conservation Advice, and the wider Business Engagement function to deliver high-value partnerships which will have a significant impact in the fight against the dual nature and climate crisis.
What we need from you
The post-holder will be someone who thrives in relationship management and successfully securing new partnerships.
The successful candidate will have significant B2B new business experience and a proven track record of securing complex corporate partnerships with strategic communications packages and financial values of £1m+.
Flexible location with regular travel across the UK to visit partners and attend events alongside scheduled working at the HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire with team members - currently monthly.
Essentials:
- Experience in securing high-value, multi-dimensional partnerships in the private or third sector.
- Able to take a leading role in the partnership development strategy, generating ideas, bringing external insight, and delivering on agreed areas of work.
- Experience in developing and implementing ambitious sector strategies and producing tailored new partnership propositions that meet corporate and RSPB objectives.
- Able to proactively generate leads, build networks, and influence others, both internally and externally to secure multi-dimensional £1m+ value partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective proposal writing and correspondence to internal and external audiences.
- CRM system experience.
Desirables:
- Knowledge of natural capital markets including Biodiversity Net Gain and Voluntary Carbon markets

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis and operates a flexible hybrid working model.The Natural History Museum is a world-class visitor attraction and leading science research centre, caring for more than 80 million objects spanning billions of years and welcome more than five million visitors annually and 16 million visits to our website.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing campaigns for the Museum’s exhibitions and events to achieve visitor and income targets, particularly the annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. Furthermore, you will manage and motivate the Marketing Executive to develop and implement specific marketing activity for a range of Museum self-generated income businesses and activities including commercial events, licencing, and publishing, delivering to target, budget and schedule.
Additionally, you will lead on paid search marketing for the Museum. This includes, setting the plan, supporting the wider team in delivery, analysing, and reporting on overall results, supporting the team to improve knowledge, and understanding of paid search and driving constant improvements in return on investment.
The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Museum including Commercial & Visitor Experience, Marketing, Digital Content, Media and PR and Membership to ensure a joined-up campaign approach. Ultimately, in this role you will combine hands-on delivery of campaigns with data-informed planning, stakeholder engagement and budget management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of creating and delivering innovative marketing campaigns from ideas generation, content creation, media planning, bought and owned media delivery.
