CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role is responsible for stewarding a portfolio of our ‘proudly supporting’ partnerships and supporting the Partnerships Team at CoppaFeel! to steward some of our most dedicated corporate partners. You will also be key as the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. This role will support the team with administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
• Account manage some of our smaller partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
• Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both account management and new business workstreams
• Assist with delivery of our two largest partnerships as needed, Asda Tickled Pink and Avon
• Lead on stewardship of workplace fundraisers and corporate JustGiving pages
• Support with copy-writing and content creation for internal and external communications channels including website content, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts and content for partner channels
• Coordinate fulfilment of fundraising materials requested by partners and supporters
• Support with researching and completing due diligence on partners and prospects
• Support on writing, reviewing and developing proposals and pitches
• Source raffle prizes and gift-in-kind for partnership events
• Work with the Finance Assistant to keep accurate up-to-date income records for partnerships
• Attend partnership events and wider fundraising events representing CoppaFeel! and sometimes working out of office hours (TOIL given)
• Keep CRM systems and partnership records up-to-date and accurate
• Keep diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings
• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Support the Corporate Partnerships Managers, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnerships and wider fundraising team as and when needed during busy periods

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Finance Officer to join our small, friendly team for 1 day per week (0.2 FTE) on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of home and occasional office-based working from our base in Hackney. 

Reporting to the Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of our finances. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your finance skills within a supportive environment where your contribution will have a direct impact. 

We’re looking for an experienced finance administrator or officer with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting, ideally within a charity, social enterprise or small business. You’ll possess exceptional numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational and time management abilities. You’ll also be a proactive problem-solver with a warm and friendly communication style and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.

About the role

We are looking for someone in our London/Brussels/Berlin offices with strong charity sector experience to help drive practical change in compliance, tools, and systems. Join us on a fixed-term basis to lead process improvements and advise on funder compliance, supporting a growing and dynamic fundraising team. Part-time (3 days a week) or Full-time considered.

Meet your Manager

In this role, you will be managed by Laura Mertsching. Laura joined ClientEarth in 2022 and is based in London. For 2.5 years, Laura has been focussed on improving our policies, processes and tools to improve funder compliance and efficiency, and working in collaboration especially with fundraisers, internal legal council and finance staff. At the beginning of 2025, Laura was seconded to lead a cross-departmental project to align internal systems, processes and tools, which is why she is hiring a support role at the moment to drive forward key initiatives of her original role. Laura is an experienced project manager with experience working in the humanitarian and international development sector for more than five years before joining ClientEarth.

Main Duties

• Contributing to the delivery of the global Fundraising Strategy through driving improvements of relevant policies, processes and tools along the entire funding management cycle ensuring effective and efficient internal operations
• Effectively plan and deliver priority initiatives (including policy revision, risk matrix tool development, streamlining corporate income processes) collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that relevant perspectives are incorporated and work with their line manager on effective prioritisation
• Enable effective decision-making across ClientEarth’s existing and continuously growing funding portfolio, and occasionally review new funding agreements and advise staff during the contracting process

The Dalit Solidarity Network UK is looking out for a 3-day a week (21 hours) part time Programme Officer. This role is to facilitate the work of DSN-UK ensuring delivery of key project administration, advocacy work and the smooth running of the office and taking on ad-hoc tasks where necessary. The Programme Officer will report to the Director. This role will occasionally involve some travel, evening or weekend work.  

Responsible for:

Everyday Casteism programme

Assisting the Director to implement the Everyday Casteism programme, including:

• Leading on community-based outreach and data collection and processing
• Development of advocacy strategies
• Supporting network development
• Supporting activities related to Business and Human Rights

Communication, networking & membership

• Liaising with DSN-UK members
• Leading on social media communications for DSN-UK

Administration

• Organising quarterly board meetings and AGM and taking minutes/preparing relevant papers

• Preparing management accounts and arranging payment of invoices
• Managing Gift Aid Submissions

Location: London, UK subject to the right to work.

In this role you will undertake a wide range of tasks from keeping our media admin running; ensuring our planning and monitoring tools up to date; supporting with team meetings and events; helping the team with overseas travel plans; liaising with celebrity agents and keeping up-to-date with what’s new in showbiz; managing our Media BlueSky; writing press releases for key campaigns. A passion for communications, ability to juggle multiple projects and excellent communication skills are essential. The role is hugely valued by the team and wider WaterAid teams and an excellent entry level role into communications in the charity sector working on some of the most urgent and important issues of our time.  This is a perfect development role to obtain key skills in media, communications and celebrity and influencer engagement, supporting the team to deliver wide portfolio of creative and highly visible projects for WaterAid to drive our fundraising, brand and advocacy objectives.

In this role, you will help the team to deliver key media moments as well as supporting on engaging our celebrity supporters with our work.  You will keep the team running smoothly by ensuring our processes and systems are running effectively and are up to date.   

You’ll also:  

• Maintain and update contact and pitch lists for journalists
• Using our media monitoring system, produce monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Compile a daily summary of news coverage for the wider organisation.
• Monitor and assist in use of the WaterAid BlueSky account 
• General support on key media moments, including background research, writing press releases, assisting with planning and logistics at events and stunts, media outreach. 
• Complete background and ethical checks on talent as per WaterAid’s policy and internal processes 
• Research and compile talent lists for activations and campaigns as required 
• Assist the Talent team with their activations with celebrities and content creators

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need:  

• Calm, approachable and open disposition. 
• Proven experience of working in an administrative capacity preferably in a busy office environment.
• An interest in digital, social and traditional media, awareness of trends
• Excellent time management. Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload and work to tight or conflicting deadlines. 
• Good communication and listening skills, the ability to network and form effective relationships with a variety of internal and external colleagues and stakeholders. 
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential 
• Commitment to WaterAid’s values and a working style that reflects these. 

Although not essential, we also prefer you to have: 

• Experience and good understanding of social media
• Interest in international issues including development, rights or humanitarian.
