The role

The Lead Generation Officer will support the Member Development Manager (MDM) by carrying out Lead generation opportunities via research - acquire relevant data and uploading it into our CRM.  The role will also involve direct approaches to potential members via phone, email and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Experience of working with a CRM preferably Salesforce

You’ll be our leading technical voice for data, shaping and delivering our Data Strategy, guiding colleagues, and ensuring modern, effective ways of working with data. You’ll work with internal systems and sector datasets (plus third‑party sources like population data) to build the reporting that helps hospices compare services, reach underserved communities, and make better decisions. 

We’ve recently invested in modern Microsoft data tools and updated our key systems to provide the foundations for the future. This is a chance to define how we use data for the long term, from engineering robust pipelines to creating the dashboards leaders rely on every day. 

In the short term, your focus will be: 

• Overseeing the introduction of a new member data collection portal being developed by a third-party organisation.
• Developing, deploying and improving our internal performance reporting and hospice sector reporting using Power BI and related Microsoft tools.

You’ll be passionate about data and using it to improve decision making and operational processes. You’ll be able to engage with colleagues at all levels to understand their needs, champion good data management and reporting practices, and provide technical advice and guidance.

Risk & Compliance Business Partner

Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Risk & Compliance Business Partner is responsible for the oversight of the charity’s risk management and compliance frameworks. This role ensures that the organisation meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management

· Design and maintain a dynamic risk management framework aligned with strategic objectives.

· Maintain and update the organisational risk register, ensuring timely mitigation plans.

· Provide regular risk reports and assurance to the Board of Trustees and Executive Team.

· Lead risk assessments for new projects, partnerships, and research activities.

Compliance & Governance

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including charity law, data protection (GDPR), health and safety, and research governance.

Race Against Dementia is a global charity founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE to find preventions, treatments and cures for dementia – faster.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Partnerships Manager. 1. Business Offer development for HENRY 

• With colleagues in Business Development, ensure HENRY has a clear, costed and attractive offer for localities wanting to deliver HENRY in partnership. 

• Lead an annual review of costs and prices of our training, programmes and licensing to remain cost-effective, competitive and value for money. 

• As part of Business Development team, work with team members and Finance to ensure timely and clear understanding of income through license fees, training commissions and resource sales. 

• Remain abreast of the needs of commissioners to ensure HENRY remains agile and relevant in its offer in supporting babies, children and families lead healthy, happy lives 

• Work with colleagues in Development to help plan training and development needs as appropriate. 

2. Contract Development, Management and Compliance  

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and licenses, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal in line with legal, regulatory and organisational policies. 

• Take responsibility for establishing contracts when a new local area is onboarded, working closely with the Partnerships & Commissioning Manager and Head of Business Development. 

• Ensure data sharing agreements are in place, reviewed and adhered to, working closely with the data protection leads.

• Manage ongoing relationships, additional services (such as training commissions) and renewal discussions with existing HENRY areas, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and taking appropriate action where commitments are not being met. 

• Collaborate with local Service Managers and National Family Support Lead in direct delivery areas to manage commissioner relationships and ensure service commitments are met and proactively identifying opportunities for contract extensions or expanded services. 

• Review and analyse contracts to identify risks, opportunities and improvements. 

• Work with colleagues in Family Support and Data and Evaluation Team to ensure reporting is timely, accurate and aligned with contractual obligations. 

3. Organisational Support and Alignment 

• Maintain organised and accessible records of all contracts, amendments and key dates. 

• Provide guidance, advice and training to staff on contract-related issues, interpretation and compliance, promoting consistent and confident practice across HENRY. 

• Work closely with Finance, Training and Development teams to ensure contracts align with budgetary and service delivery requirements. 

• Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures relating to contract management.

Programme Manager (Part-time, 4 days/week — 12-month contract)

Start date: February 2026
Location: Hybrid (East London office + home working)
Salary: £35,490–£38,220 FTE (pro rata) + 3% pension

The Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) is a community-led CIC supporting East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) migrants and refugees in the UK. We work to build an equitable society where ESEA communities thrive.

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead our programme team, deliver high-impact community services and advocacy projects, and strengthen partnerships across the sector. This role is central to coordinating multiple projects, managing staff, developing proposals, overseeing budgets, ensuring monitoring and evaluation, and representing SEEAC publicly with partners, media and stakeholders. The post works closely with the Executive Director and Partnership Development Manager, including on fundraising.

About you:
You bring 5+ years’ experience leading programme design, delivery, monitoring and reporting plus people management experience and strong communication, organisational and financial skills. You are confident engaging with diverse communities, funders and public audiences, and committed to safeguarding and data protection. Knowledge of issues affecting migrants and refugees (e.g., employment rights, discrimination, health inequality) and strong writing skills are essential. Experience with ESEA communities or other minoritised groups is highly desirable, as is lived experience of migration-related issues.

We’re looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to drive our partnership development work across Birmingham and London!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate Partner  Development Lead , building and nurturing partnerships that directly benefit young people and help scale our impact in two of our key regions. You’ll work closely with employers, training providers, business networks, community organisations to co-create local solutions and open up meaningful training and employment pathways in apprentices and entry level role. 

This role sits at the heart of our delivery model, blending operational leadership with strategic relationship building. You’ll be managing performance, ensuring compliance, spotting new opportunities, and helping to shape place-based delivery plans that are grounded in what young people need right now.

The successful candidate will be based in Birmingham with regular travel to London to support work and develop relationships with local partners, so flexibility and a love for collaboration are key!
