As Viva’s Head of Impact, you will work closely with the Network Partnerships Team Leadership to lead the development of a new approach to Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, with the primary purpose of supporting partner networks to know their impact and share learning with each other. You will enable partner networks and Viva to build, measure and learn together, evaluating the effectiveness of programmes and methodologies, adapting them to ensure desired impact is reached and sharing learning with each other and with other development partners.
You will also work to ensure all programmes funded by Viva are accountable, well-monitored and contribute to our learning environment with clear opportunities to learn and adapt throughout the programme delivery and reporting processes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Shared leadership: You will contribute to strategic decision making as part of the Network Partnerships Leadership Team and be part of shaping the vision and practice of Viva as an organisation from a Christian faith perspective.
- Viva MEAL framework: You will develop and manage a robust MEAL Framework for Viva
- Network health: You will work closely with the Network Partnerships Leadership Team to review Viva’s Network Health Check process and develop a system designed to support partner networks to build strong and sustainable networks
- Reviewing project delivery: You will work closely with Network Coaches to agree the most efficient outworking of the MEAL Framework with the Viva partner networks for projects where Viva has brokered funding.
- Evaluating Viva’s work: You will lead the process of evaluating Viva’s work, including but not limited to needs assessments, baseline survey, final evaluation, data quality audits, collecting monitoring data, network satisfaction surveys, and field supervision.
- Representing Viva: You will at different times and ways represent Viva externally, for example, through speaking in churches, prayer meetings, meeting with other Christian organisations.
This role will suit you if you:
- have at least a Bachelor’s degree in impact measurement or international development with a MEAL module, or a related field
- are experienced in working in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning-related functions or related field
- have experience in project management including grant management and reporting
- are to demonstrate an active Christian faith, with an understanding of the Christian faith and church culture to be able to effectively engage with partner networks and churches
- think creatively and have a growth mindset, willing to challenge established ways of doing things

Due to the nature of some of the key responsibilities, there is an Occupational Requirement for the postholder to be a Christian (Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010).
This is a part-time role for Viva, based anywhere in the world where Viva can employ you. If based in the UK, the full-time salary range is £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience. If you are based outside of the UK, the reward package will be adjusted to reflect the relevant local market and terms and conditions.
The role can be remote, hybrid or office-based where Viva has an office (Hong Kong, UK, Uganda). The post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and registration with the DBS Update Service (or police check where possible outside the UK), paid for by Viva.

About the role
As Senior Consultant – Organisational Development you will play a central role in the design and delivery of INTRAC’s Organisational Development (OD) offer as a core member of INTRAC’s OD Team. This includes contributing to a portfolio of OD consultancy, research and training assignments, either in a lead role, or as part of small or multi-disciplinary team with INTRAC network members, staff and partners, building on your expertise. We are looking for a generalist HR adviser to work with the Head of People to deliver the people strategies, working in areas including Employee Relations, Change Management, Learning and Development, HR Processes and Policies, Payroll, HR Administration, Succession Planning, Talent Planning, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. TAWS is an organisation in which change is a constant, and the successful candidate will need to be able to prioritise and change priorities very quickly. In a small HR team you will have the opportunity to gain experience in lots of the components of the HR machine. The HR Adviser will deputise for the Head of HR with the aspiration to be their successor in due course.

Main duties
- Work with our managers and leaders to deliver their people priorities. Aligning with the core TAWS values
- Support and coach Managers with ER matters, but ultimately work with managers to design systems and processes that encourage managers to take ownership of managing their teams
- Support managers and all employees to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning using and enhancing TAWS systems.
- Produce and assist with analysis of people data and metrics
- Work with managers to identify and develop their talent and support succession and talent management processes.
- Support the Head of People in the handling of full employee lifecycle administration – including on-boarding, flexible working requests, family friendly issues, absence management, contractual issues, administration of the HRIS (currently Sage), benefits administration, occupational health, DBS checking maintenance, off-boarding and whatever else may appear.
- Work with the Head of HR and managers in respect of people related projects which may be initiated from time to time.
- Work with the Finance team with regard to payroll delivery (extent depending on experience).

Knowledge, skills and experience
Good general operational HR experience – CIPD level 5 (or equivalent experience). Experience in 3rd sector and/or a SME organisation would enable you to understand quickly the challenges and the opportunities. But what is more important is that you have the confidence to take responsibility and the agility to change in direction.

Working very closely with a forward-thinking CEO and being part of a newly established Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as the Head of Finance and People, you will be leading a team of Finance and HR professionals to ensure Advice UK's business plan and strategic priorities are achieved.
Salary: £64,000 - £68,000 per annum pro ratad to three days a week plus Regional Weighting (upto £4,454 in London)

- Lead the SLT and key suppliers in developing a business continuity plan that ensures AdviceUK can continue to deliver its strategic objectives and support its members in times of business interruption. Once established ensure it is regularly reviewed and tested.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a People Systems and Insight Analyst with experience in systems, data and reporting, and has strong analytical skills to join our passionate team.
As part of the People and Culture Directorate, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our people systems. You’ll be enhancing the functionality of our systems and processes, so that we work efficiently and effectively, and our workforce has a seamless ‘user experience’.

Working within the Programme and Business Development Department, you will support the embedding of monitoring, research and evidence activities across Reall’s existing programmes and future work.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to support Reall’s Data and Evidence programme. You will work with the Programme Lead to:
- further develop Reall’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and processes, capturing and analysing data from across Reall’s programmes and activities
- build on Reall’s body of evidence on the affordable housing sector, supporting the identification of research, data and evidence gaps and implementing individual research and evidence projects
- share knowledge through developing blog posts, case studies and in-depth external reports, and supporting the continuous improvement of Reall’s Data Dashboard
- work with external organisations to explore opportunities, share learning and strengthen Reall’s visibility and reputation

Salary – £28,000 - £36,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hope and Homes for Children is looking for a Funding Coordination Officer (this is the job title used internally for this role), who'll play a key supportive role in the Grants Partnerships team and Marketing, Communications and Fundraising (MCF) department, contributing directly to the Grants team income target as well as supporting fundraisers across the department to access compelling information in support of their fundraising.

The Role
You will be instrumental in securing the funding, which the organisation needs to continue to deliver and develop its services, across a wide range of functions and projects. About You
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Producer, with strong climate credentials, to lead our small, dedicated production team. As the Executive Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the editorial direction in close collaboration with the hosts; oversee the production process end-to-end, including acting as Producer on episodes; and ensure the podcast maintains its high standards of quality and impact.
