Centre Administrator

£11.55 per hour
Part-time (30 hours Monday-Friday)
Contract (ending 31st March 2025)
Job description

We are looking to appoint an administrator at our YMCA Small Street Centre. The role includes providing excellent customer support, ensuring the smooth operation of all key tasks relating to front of house reception. You will greet visitors, make bookings for conference room hires, provide refreshments, distribute mail, and respond to telephone queries. High-standard organisation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
