DFN Project Search is a national charity committed to transforming the lives of young adults with a learning disability, autism spectrum condition, or both. The Role

About the Role
The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving significant income growth from corporates - working with brands and businesses to reach challenging targets. This role will focus on securing investment through natural capital markets, including biodiversity net gain, as well as the RSPB’s wider corporate partnership offering. What we need from you
The post-holder will be someone who thrives in relationship management and successfully securing new partnerships.
The successful candidate will have significant B2B new business experience and a proven track record of securing complex corporate partnerships with strategic communications packages and financial values of £1m+.
Flexible location with regular travel across the UK to visit partners and attend events alongside scheduled working at the HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire with team members - currently monthly.
Essentials:
- Experience in securing high-value, multi-dimensional partnerships in the private or third sector.
- Able to take a leading role in the partnership development strategy, generating ideas, bringing external insight, and delivering on agreed areas of work.
- Experience in developing and implementing ambitious sector strategies and producing tailored new partnership propositions that meet corporate and RSPB objectives.

About the Role
The role requires a well-structured and highly organised approach, to ensure delivery and reporting is of the highest quality and a creative and proactive approach, to navigate challenges and hold others to account, when needed. Stakeholder communications

Our Finance Department works as a team of experts to safeguard resources and support decision making across Shelter. Community Fundraising Manager
The Mencap Community and Events Team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability to join our team as Senior Community Fundraising Manager covering England and Wales.
Covering the England and Wales the Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing various income streams across the Community portfolio working closely with the wider team.
Within this role, you will achieve agreed fundraising targets through effective management, support and cultivation of both existing and new regional supporters including: individuals, groups, associations, local corporates and schools whilst maximising the current portfolio of Mencap owned products. The role is home based. There will be travel around the areas that the role covers.

This role is based with our Wales & Southwest team, and we are looking for someone with particular experience and developed networks across this region. The charity is leading on the Inclusion strand of the programme, delivering training to education professionals in 70 schools across London. The Role:
The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.

Salary: Band B, £24k to £30k, depending on skills and experience.

Hours: It is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours a week) role and we offer remote, hybrid and flexible working options (EDT have a UK network of regional offices West Midlands, Plymouth, Glasgow, Manchester, Hertfordshire and Southampton).
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and maximise opportunities to raise funds from companies, trusts, foundations, and other funding bodies.
· Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective partners from across companies, trusts and foundations.
· Research and maintain an on-going, sustainable pipeline of prospects including new trusts and foundations, companies and industry sectors.
· Plan, prepare and write compelling applications for funding.
· Build effective relationships with funders in order to secure long-term funding and support. Achieve income targets that support the delivery and fundraising goals.
· Keep accurate, relevant, timely records on our CRM and maintain regular communication with relevant teams including operations, finance, marketing and fundraising teams.
· Create inspiring reports and updates for funders that bring to life the impact of their support and demonstrate first class stewardship.
· Where appropriate, attend events to meet funders and/or promote EDT.
· Work closely with relevant teams to embed monitoring and evaluation throughout the funding process. Report on progress, results and income in a timely manner.
· Work with the Fundraising Manager with analysing trends to support the fundraising strategy.
Competencies and Attributes:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisation skills - can manage workload and deadlines and proactively work to achieve timely delivery.
· Experience of securing funding from grant makers and/or companies.
· Experience of planning, preparing and writing high quality bids, funding applications and reports.
· Knowledge of managing funders' relationships. Knowledge of databases/data management, including producing reports.
· A strong team player, who can communicate effectively and engage colleagues at all levels and develop strong and productive relationships.
· Attention to detail and IT proficiency.
· Understanding of applicable legislation.
· A knowledge of the not for profit/charity sector.
· The ability to travel to locations across the UK on occasions to meet colleagues, funders and partners.
The successful candidate will be required to fulfil an enhanced DBS/PVG check.
