East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a regional Charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. Two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars take our crew of skilled HEMS paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join our lifesaving charity.

You will lead the continued development of EAAA’s CRM system, working with stakeholders and our third-party supplier to ensure operational processes and integrations are compliant and fit for purpose.

Delivering up to the minute intelligence derived from the CRM, you will ensure all teams understand their audiences and trends enabling them to create effective supporter journeys and deliver an excellent supporter experience.

You will have significant experience of managing a CRM system in a target driven environment and have a high level of competence across the Microsoft portfolio. Business intelligence experience in a customer focussed setting and competence in using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.

The CRM is the heart of all our fundraising, financial and supporter engagement activities and is used by all charity staff who are not directly operational; its reliability and accuracy are critical to the charity’s financial sustainability, making this role integral to ensuring the system performs at its best.

This role will involve occasional travel to other EAAA sites across the region so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager for a 10 month maternity cover role starting from September 2025 until July 2026, to take responsibility for the operational planning and delivery of public fundraising programmes in line with agreed strategic fundraising goals, to grow individual giving income and the number of individual supporters.

The Role
Oversee and manage the implementation of a developing and ambitious individual giving programme that seeks to engage more arts lovers, recruits new donors (including regular givers), and retains and develops existing supporters.

Manage direct reports and teams responsible for individual/regular/in memory giving, community fundraising, supporter engagement, and trading income, promoting a culture of collaboration.

Maximise the use of digital engagement and fundraising opportunities to test concepts & messaging.

The Candidate
Strong experience of delivering fundraising work plans to achieve against set income targets across all areas of responsibility (i.e., public donations, member schemes, community fundraising).

Significant experience of effective line-management and of managing fundraising teams.

Experience of donor audiences, supporter journeys and fundraising programme insight to take an audience-led approach to delivering fundraising campaigns.

Main duties and responsibilities

Leading PBE’s public events strategy and delivery

• Work with our Head of Communications and senior team to design and implement an events strategy as part of the communications and fundraising strategies.
• Event strategy and programme planning: drawing on expertise of PBE colleagues, trustees and relevant stakeholders to plan, market and deliver an engaging and innovative programme of online and in person events to budget and deadlines.
• Event design, delivery and follow-up: planning and managing operational delivery.
• Responsibility for logistics of events including guestlist development, speaker invitations and stewardship, ticketing, internal briefings, contractors, venue liaison, event marketing and follow up.
• Active communications with speakers and attendees before and after events to maximise impact.
• Stakeholder engagement with events: Researching and drawing on advice from colleagues on interesting, engaging and diverse speakers relevant to PBE’s strategy, and drawing on PBE’s research and analysis projects as well as the wider media landscape to actively identify opportunities and agendas for future events.
• Supporting the organisation of joint events with charities and social sector organisations, working as part of a small and dynamic communications team to maximise the impact and visibility of PBE’s projects and publications externally, and the organisation of private research roundtables.

Supporting development and income generation

• Work with the Director of Development to ensure our events programme supports PBE’s fundraising approach by engaging funders, helping to identify new business opportunities, and contributing to funding applications. 
• Working with the Development team to manage the design and delivery of fundraising and stewardship events including small private dinners, roundtables, panel sessions in person and online.
• Collaboration with the Development Director to identify mission-related commercial opportunities from our events, such as sponsorship.

Delivering effective communications

• Collaborate with wider communications team to deliver greater reach and impact for PBE through our multi-channel communications strategy.
• Support communications colleagues to create and deliver compelling digital communications to support our events programme
• Managing data, reporting and insight to improve our events: Maintenance of all records of activity in the CRM Salesforce, and liaison with the Head of Systems and our Operations Team to improve systems and processes.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure the smooth running of PBE and the communications team.

About you

The role would suit candidates from an events agency or in-house events/communications background, able to work operationally and strategically, working with and advising senior staff internally and externally.

Candidates should be able to point to a strong track-record of creating and delivering events and stakeholder engagement, with sufficient experience to lead and co-ordinate a diverse programme of in person and online events to reach policymakers and the wider social sector.

Desirable characteristics include:

• Experience of and interest in the social sector or think tank sector 
• Experience in health and safety, GDPR and the legal aspect of events, such as risk assessments and charity tax. Familiarity with the Fundraising Regulator’s codes of practice

Your contribution to the team
You will support all financial aspects of budgeting, reporting, compliance and financial management of grants managed by ARTICLE 19, including all finance-related work with grant-receiving partners. The role is a key part of improving our programme delivery by supporting grant budget holders.

About the Role and the Project

CPSL Mind’s Perinatal service delivers one to one and group support to pregnant women and new mums and dads who are at risk of, or are experiencing, a mental health challenge in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough.

We have recently secured new funding to increase our support across Cambridgeshire. As part of that funding, we will be setting up a substantial support package for Dads across Cambridgeshire. The support will include group support, one to one support and working with partners, businesses and employers to better support dads. We also have a funding to launch support for dads in Peterborough which will include group and one to one support. This is an exciting new role which will be instrumental in setting up the service as well as delivering the support across both areas.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver the support we offer to new parents in our area by providing a collection of tools and techniques to promote positive mental wellbeing through our groups and one to one sessions.

The successful candidate will have the skills to of time management and adaptability, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be able to support dads as well as network and build service connections with other professionals, partners and businesses.

About the role
The Client Services Manager utilises our CRM to manage the Charities team inventory requirements (products including charity entries and advertising packages) across the London Marathon Events portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the charities team systems and processes to ensure our team can work efficiently, maximise the use of our CRM to support sales and charity customers communications, and give our charity partners a best-in-class customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 

• Lead the charities advertising asset management process, working with internal teams to confirm timelines, roles and responsibilities and ensure tools and workflows are used efficiently to deliver partners benefits on time and on budget. 
• Support      with registration platform system testing, feedback, management and      development.  
• Deliver      charity entries and advertising sales product set-up, testing and roll-out      in Dynamics. 
• Support      in improving processes for all systems used by      the Charities team.
• Represent      the Charities team as a subject specialist on business improvement project      groups supporting to scope and test our team’s      requirements.  
• Utilise      Dynamics, our CRM to analyse buying patterns and sales to provide the      sales team with deeper customer and products insights to help identify      opportunities to strengthen charity relationships or product      offerings.
• Working      closely with the Dynamics team to optimise the use of our CRM for charity      customers, including segmentation and targeting, sales performance      reporting.

• Contribute      to data selection procedures and technical solutions to import data,      identifying opportunities for improvement.

 About you
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills that support efficient and high-quality work.
 
Experience in undertaking data selections for targeted marketing mailings is essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects from start to finish. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, coupled with strong analytical thinking, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our current dormant assets programme, Young Start distributes money from dormant accounts on behalf of the Scottish Government to projects that are run for and by young people aged eight to 25.  Since 2012, it has distributed £75 million to thousands of projects across Scotland.

Working to the Strategic Communications Lead for Scotland you will be responsible for telling the story of our dormant assets funding across social media, press and digital platforms to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• leading on all regular announcements of dormant assets funding to the media and stakeholders
• interviewing young people behind the projects to produce engaging content for media features, case studies and online social media channels
• managing the yearly production of the Young Start Annual Report, at the request of the Scottish Government.
• Support proactive communications campaigns from story identification to coverage
• Build and maintain relationships with Scotland’s national, regional and specialist media.
• Respond to dormant assets related media enquiries and contribute to rapid response communications during reputational issues.
   

About you

You will be comfortable speaking to a wide range of stakeholders including children and young people about the impact that the funding is making in their lives and telling their stories with duty of care and a creative and engaging approach.

You will be collaborative in nature and enjoy working proactively and in partnership with colleagues across the Fund. An open, supportive and flexible team working approach is necessary.

You will be adept at managing a busy and varied workload.

There can be occasional weekend and evening working to suit the needs of young people, but most of our work takes place on weekdays in normal working hours.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to help us deliver our data needs across the organisation working with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role: 
•    You'll manage suppliers and SME’s to support with operational and development issues where necessary.
•    You’ll monitor the support board for business as usual queries and create resolutions to share with stakeholders.

About The Role
 
We are looking for a strategic and proactive Project Manager to lead our UK Free Farrowing project within our Food Business team. This pivotal role will help drive the transition from farrowing crates to free-farrowing systems for sows across the UK, working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the food industry, including retailers, producers, manufacturers, and assurance schemes.
 
As part of this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive project strategy, establishing and managing a multi-stakeholder group, and producing practical guidance to support the adoption of free farrowing systems for sows.
 
The free farrowing project manager will also act as a pig expert within the UK food business team, providing technical support to the UK and wider food business team on pig welfare, and on other species as needed.
 
About You
 
This role requires a confident communicator and skilled project manager with good knowledge of pig welfare and/or of the pig sector, able to influence, coordinate, and inspire change across diverse audiences.
 
You’ll have experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from strategy to delivery, with excellent planning, coordination, and reporting skills. Your background may be in the food industry, animal welfare, sustainability, or a related field, and you’ll be confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including producers, retailers, manufacturers, and government bodies.
 
You’ll be skilled at managing external relationships and facilitating collaboration, with a proven ability to build consensus and drive change. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to translate technical information into clear, practical guidance. You’ll also be comfortable representing Compassion in external settings and speaking with authority. You’ll need to be highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work both independently and as part of a team, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

About The Role

The overall remit of this role is to:

1. Lead prospect research and funding trends analysis, identifying strategic opportunities and informing fundraising strategy

2. Strategically map, expand, and cultivate high-value supporter networks, taking ownership of key relationships

3. Design, implement, and optimise comprehensive stakeholder engagement journeys, ensuring a high-quality donor experience

4. Support good governance in Climate Catalyst by planning and organising the work of the board, with direction from the CEO

Strategic stakeholder relationship management, engagement and mapping (70%)

• Strategically identify, research, and qualify high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate prospects, developing robust pipelines for major gifts.

What You Would Bring

The National Lottery Community Fund is recruiting for a Communications Manager to play a vital role in the newly restructured communications and engagement function to deliver on our strategy, It Starts With Community. 

The role is part of our ambitious transformation as we implement a significant pivot in our communications approach – building on our support for grant-making to demonstrate the powerful impact communities have in strengthening society and improving lives.

In this role, you’ll deliver integrated communications that bring our missions and the story of National Lottery funding to life. You’ll be the strategic voice behind the campaigns that highlight how communities are creating lasting social change.

You will focus on two key areas - your country, Scotland, and one of the four core missions - creating powerful alignment between them and helping to showcase the impact of community-led projects across the UK.

You’ll work closely with Strategic Communications Leads and other colleagues across the organisation to deliver communications plans that align with our corporate strategy and customer journey. Your work will help shape public understanding of the Fund, build trust with stakeholders, and inspire communities to engage with our funding.

We are looking for a creative and strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling. You’ll be experienced in developing integrated campaigns and working across teams to deliver high-impact communications.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop deep insight into at least one portfolio and mission, to enable you to implement effective communications plans for your mission and portfolio, aligned to the corporate plan, and the Fund’s customer journey, including supporting the Strategic Communications Lead to build and manage matrix teams.
• Provide communications support to portfolio and mission leads, including creating messaging, narrative and content, social and brand assets, working closely with colleagues in the wider team to deliver effective and impactful communications activities.
• Build relationships with journalists and lead on devolved media relations activities in your country, working closely with colleagues in the media team to deliver integrated activities, monitoring media and advising on opportunities and risks. Ensure rapid response to emerging issues with processes and protocol on lines to take and spokespeople, including participating in the out of hours on call rota.
• Liaise with colleagues in funding teams to identify opportunities for storytelling, working with the content manager to bring these to life
• Liaise with internal communications colleagues to ensure external communications generate engagement within the Fund
• Project manage and deliver corporate communications assets, including the annual report and corporate strategy updates.
