Purpose of role:

iiE is a national environmental accreditation scheme designed to help businesses reduce their impact on the environment through practical, engaging measures.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving membership growth through proactive sales activity, targeted marketing campaigns and strong relationship management. The role combines strategic marketing delivery with confident prospect engagement,  moving organisations from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up and onboarding.

Key responsibilities:

• Work proactively with the PECT Marketing Manager to design and deliver inspiring, targeted marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and grow the iiE sales funnel.
• Take ownership of campaign activity across email, website, social media and partnerships to attract new prospective members.
• Develop compelling marketing content including newsletters, sector-specific collateral, case studies, graphics and digital content that clearly communicate the benefits of iiE.
• Identify press, partnership and promotional opportunities that raise iiE’s profile and bring new organisations into the pipeline.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead conversion.
• Support the sales process by following up leads generated through campaigns, events and initial calls undertaken by other members of the team.
• Confidently guide prospective members through the accreditation process, clearly articulating the practical, financial and reputational benefits of iiE.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, tracking pipeline progress and conversion data.
• Work proactively to improve and automate the member journey within the CRM system.
• Contribute ideas to streamline internal processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Represent iiE confidently at events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Support planning, promotion and delivery of iiE events and webinars.

Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers. 

You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlining needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.  

To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA. 

Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the East Midlands region, which includes: Derbyshire Leicestershire Lincolnshire Northamptonshire Nottinghamshire Rutland

There will be occasional travel around the East Midlands Region and you may be required to travel at short notice for face to face meetings.

About the team 

The team work remotely and pride themselves in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteers, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The wider support team includes a Casework Manager and a Regional Operations Support Manager. 

About you 

To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing welfare advice in key areas such as, housing benefits, debt, disability, mobility or immigration issues. You will have knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR and experience in dealing with sensitive information and people in vulnerable situations. You will be able to provide excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.

It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families and if you have experience of recruiting and supporting volunteers. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across the East Midlands would be valuable.

Job Purpose:

The Trusts and Foundations Coordinator is an integral part of the Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a large portfolio of Trust and Foundation (T&F) supporters. The Trusts and Foundations Coordinator provides excellent relationship management, creating first-class donor journeys for their portfolio based on donors’ individual motivations and interests. They will ensure stewardship plans are in place for their top tier of T&F donors, and that they meet any specific proposal/reporting requirements for the donors they manage. 

The primary aspect of the role is the management of a portfolio of T&Fs, ensuring their continued support of MSF, with a focus on delivering stable and increased income for MSF’s work.

• Experience in relationship management, marketing or sales (preference for fundraising experience) 
• Excellent and engaging written communication skills and ability to adapt style to suit a wide range of supporters
• Ability to collate and adapt MSF operational and programmatic information into donor friendly language, relevant for donor proposals and reports

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.​

Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.​

You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. You will use your excellent communication skills to manage volunteers and ensure the safe and effective running of our meals and positive relationships with school families.​

There will be frequent travel within London, with evening work required. Our school community meals are accessible by public transport.​

Your Role's Purpose

This role brings together a varied mix of communications work, giving you the chance to shape how Young Citizens’ story is shared with schools, partners and the wider public. You’ll help bring our work to life through clear, engaging content and play a part in the moments that showcase our impact throughout the year. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you’ll support campaigns, highlight powerful stories, and help ensure our communications feel purposeful and relevant.

Alongside managing content and channels, you’ll be high energy but organised in keeping our communications running smoothly behind the scenes, from responding to external enquiries to supporting events, maintaining our systems and assets, and helping programme teams refine materials and messages. It’s a role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced organisation with experience in ensuring strong execution of marketing and communications work alongside contributing to how we improve and strengthen processes.

In Year 1, your primary focus will be to: 

• Ensure development of high‑quality content and manage outputs across digital channels, from email blasts to LinkedIn campaigns
• Design targeted national campaigns that reach priority audiences, especially teachers and schools
• Help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission and values
• Assist with the annual communications plan and organisation‑wide campaigns
• Support impact reporting and storytelling across platforms
• Provide communications and PR support to senior management for fundraising, events, and partnerships
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our communications approach across channels

Who we are looking for

This role is our primary communications role, working with our education and delivery managers to ensure great comms for the charity. It requires someone ready to own and lead this work understanding out to ensure good quality assurance processes but also strategic deployment of e-comms.

You should have around three or more years’ experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role, ready to lead a busy portfolio of work. 

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Creative and digitally apt, with experience producing engaging content and managing social media and main digital channels (website, key social media outlets and complex e-mail campaigns).
• A clear and adaptable communicator, familiar with writing for a range of external audiences and adapt to format and styles, presenting our work in a compelling format.
• Highly organised and dependable, comfortable managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and proactive in keeping things on track. 
• Insight‑driven and data confident, comfort sorting through analytics, CRMs and audience feedback to report outcomes, drive decisions and improve communications.
• Collaborative and relationship‑focused, able to work well with colleagues across teams and support shared goals and respond to the strategic objectives set by leadership.
• Attentive to detail and brand‑aware, ensuring consistency in tone, design and messaging across all materials.
• Motivated by our mission, with an interest in education, youth engagement, democracy, or helping young people develop key life skills.

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Outreach Development Coordinator 

This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our volunteer network within the organisation. We currently have more than 50 volunteers working for us on our helpline, running local groups, administration and our online forum, HealthUnlocked and they are a crucial part of our service delivery.

Working closely with our small staff team and trustees, this role is intended to provide a solid framework for the volunteers within the organisation, as well as developing a strategy for continuing to grow our volunteer pipeline and expand our services.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage a volunteer strategy for the organisation

· Recruit, induct, support and manage a range of volunteer roles within the organisation, including our local group organisers, helpline volunteers and HealthUnlocked volunteers

· Support existing local groups and develop the establishment of new groups, with a particular focus on areas where we are limited in terms of numbers of groups, ie the Midlands and North of England

· Provide ongoing day-to-day support to volunteers

· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for volunteers

· Network and liaise with local health professionals to raise the profile of the organisation and services and encourage group participation.

· Update volunteers on the latest developments within the charity and within the wider PMR/GCA community, including latest research and news

· Working alongside the Director, support the fundraising strategy to ensure sustainability of the charity and support fundraising initiatives within the community

· To support the membership strategy, taking every opportunity to encourage membership uptake, including professional membership

· Other responsibilities commensurate with the general scope and purpose of the post.

Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive self-starter with experience of working with volunteers.
• Someone with experience of working in a small voluntary organisation who recognises the needs to be flexible and adaptable
• Someone with knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and a passion for improving health outcomes.
• A strong communicator with excellent writing, project management, and financial skills.
• Someone who is confident with IT systems

Part time – 30 hours per week (equivalent to four days)

Salary range £34-36,000 FTE (pro-rata 0.8 £27,200- £28,000)

Fixed term contract – 2 years

Location: Home based with travel to meetings in London and in support of setting up new local groups.

This is a fixed-term contract for a period of two years. The fixed-term nature of the post reflects the charity’s current operational and financial planning cycle. Any extension beyond this date will be at the charity’s discretion based on organisational need and affordability.

About the role:

As our Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering our Fundraising Strategy by:

• securing income through well‑crafted grant applications

To support your success, you will receive structured mentoring, coaching, and professional development over a 6–9 month period from a senior freelance fundraising specialist. This hands‑on support reflects our commitment to nurturing talent and ensuring you feel confident and equipped to progress in your fundraising career.

What you’ll do:

• Research, prepare, and submit high‑quality funding applications to trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies.
• Build and manage relationships with funders and corporate partners, creating tailored proposals and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance with funder requirements and fundraising regulations.
• Support marketing and communications for fundraising campaigns and coordinate corporate fundraising events.
• Engage with the people we support to ensure their voices are represented positively and respectfully in bids and reports.

What we’re looking for:

• Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Proven experience in charity fundraising, including successful grant applications and corporate partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, results‑driven approach and commitment to our values.

Desirable:

• Institute of Fundraising (IoF) qualification
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in community‑based fundraising
