PERSON SPECIFICATION
This role would suit someone with a proven track record in collaborative new business development from concept and research to delivery; ideally in an environment working with local authorities, NHS, DWP, health bodies, and/or grant institutions. We are also looking for an exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written influencing skills across various levels of seniority. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, including sales and negotiation expertise, and a good understanding of the financial principles applicable in the charity sector. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold and embody the values of Twining in all aspects of their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and support the creation of high-quality bids and funding applications, including finalising technical questions and method statements.
· Manage the administrative components of the tendering process.
· Conduct research to identify income opportunities related to the employment and mental health offer.
· Build and maintain networks with local health, social care and employment agencies.
· Stay informed about procurement practices and commissioning trends in London and nationally.
· Contribute to the shaping of Twining’s development strategy by identifying growth opportunities.
· Participate in events to position Twining as a thought leader in relevant sectors.
· Assist with the mobilisation of successful tenders, ensuring a smooth transition from award to contract initiation.
· Evaluate bids to improve future submissions and seek feedback on both successful and unsuccessful proposals.
· Keep updated on sector developments in employability.
· Attend meetings with Commissioners to foster relationships.
· Aid in the re-development of existing services to secure additional funding and/or efficiencies.
· Engage in tender presentations and clarification interviews as needed.
· Form partnerships and consortia to explore alternative service delivery methods.
· Support the retention of services by contributing to operational improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate with operations staff to optimise staffing structures and service delivery models for the best service user outcomes.
· Identify personal training and development needs and arrange visits to key services.
· Act as an ambassador for Twining, representing the organisation's interests with stakeholders.

We are looking for a freelance Finance & Operations Officer - ideally with charity experience and familiar with Xero - who can support our core team of four as it takes the charity to the next level. Preferably able to work flexibly, the average time required is estimated at one day per week. This may mean dealing with an email or phone call in an ad hoc way from time to time.
Using a network of music industry professionals and youth workers, Grounded Sounds offer engaging, top quality programmes in a highly welcoming and supportive environment. As Finance & Operations Officer, you will report to the Chief Executive and help with all ‘back office’ activities for the charity. These include: all bookkeeping activities; producing monthly and annual financial reports; managing and overseeing the use of Views, our Monitoring and Evaluation system from Substance; supporting the Chief Exec in ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date; and supporting the team with analysis and reporting to funders. You will also run the payroll. The Treasurer, one of the trustees, who has been doing the accounts and performing many of the back office activities up to this point, will support you.

As the Sports Manager, you will be responsible for The Sport Project. World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. As a result, STEP Forward was created to specifically address the barriers to integration faced by women.

Project Details
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant(s) to assess STEP Forward programme effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement. The consultant(s) will be responsible to produce three monitoring reports between 2024 and 2026.
Specific tasks:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of all relevant project documents.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for data collection, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Engage key stakeholders, including partners and clients, through surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews, including site visits to Coventry, Bradford and Leeds.
- Leverage various data collection tools to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
- Compile comprehensive reports that synthesise the consultancy's findings and recommendations.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (Rape Crisis South London) is looking for a committed, professional and skilled Helpline Support worker to provide high quality emotional support, information and signposting in our Support Line team.
The 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line is a partnership between Rape Crisis England and Wales, the Rape and Sexual Abuse support Centre (RASASC - Rape Crisis South London) and two other Rape Crisis Centres (ARCH Teesside and Lincolnshire Rape Crisis). The post-holder will provide emotional support, information and signposting to survivors of any form of sexual violence, of any gender, aged 16 and upwards, and their supporters via phone calls and chats. Helpline Support workers have experience of either providing emotional support on a telephone helpline or experience providing support to survivors of sexual violence. Our award winning fundraising division is currently looking for an Engagement and Stewardship Executive to join our Partnership and Philanthropy team in this newly created role for the charity.

Role Description
This new role of Programme Officer (Social Change) will play an integral part in ensuring our grant making has the best possible impact. Working with the Programme Manager (Social Change) and the wider Impact Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential grant applicants and deliver effective processes that ensure that anyone who applies to us for funding has a positive experience, whether they are successful or not. Administering grant processes:
· Working with the Programme Manager (Social Change) to update application and guidance forms for each funding round
· Work closely with colleagues to set up the grant call in our online grant management system.
· Provide guidance to potential applicants and respond to their queries, e.g. about eligibility.
· Work with colleagues who run the research funding programme to ensure that opportunities for efficiencies and shared processes are maximised
· Process grant applications, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of grant making
· Assist with the preparation of papers to support our decision-making processes, including supporting our Social Change Grants Assessment Panel (SGAP) by ensuring they have all relevant information and that the meetings run smoothly.

Royal Trinity Hospice is the local hospice for southwest and central London. We provide free specialist palliative and end of life care for people living in Wandsworth and parts of Lambeth, Merton, Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Richmond.
The organisation has recently embarked on a new five-year strategy and this exciting role will play a pivotal part in the overall delivery of the technology aspects. The successful appointee of this role will sit within a small but busy IT team and will be responsible for first class support of Royal Trinity Hospice’s customers and systems.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support services to the staff, volunteers and service users at the hospice, and will support the IT Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities, ensuring the IT service is delivered to the agreed standards, as well as providing mentorship and team-leadership to the IT Support Technicians within the team.
