We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join the People Services Team. 

This role is home-based but there will be a requirement to attend in person team meetings and training on a regular basis within the Preston Area.

The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient and compliant recruitment service across the charity. Working closely with the Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Administrator, you will coordinate recruitment activity, support safer recruitment checks, act as a key contact for the ATS and contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Key tasks include:

• Manage recruitment activity from advert to onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safer recruitment and EDI requirements.
• Carry out checks on job adverts and recruitment documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Act as a key contact for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process.

About You

Ideally, you will hold a CIPD level 3 qualification and have an understanding of EDI requirements and the impact on recruitment practices.  Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and other HR systems along with creating job adverts and working with job boards/advertising platforms is also beneficial.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Events Marketing

• To oversee the scheduling, production and distribution of promotional e-mails for our events. Liaise with comms team to promote events across AvMA media platform To work on the development of the events pages on the new AvMA web site. Ensuring event web pages are kept up-to-date. To carry out data analysis and web analytics to determine what people are responding to and to highlight the areas we may need to focus/re-focus.

Events Logistics & Management

• In conjunction with the Head of Events, to undertake the production and organisation of events, including inviting and liaising with speakers and arranging event logistics. Effective liaison with speakers, ensuring they have all the information required to participate in the event and providing deadlines for receiving their presentation and biography. To work on site at events as required and run smaller events on your own. Duties will involve setting-up and administering registration, liaising with the venue, greeting speakers and exhibitors, dealing with enquiries from delegates and making sure the event runs smoothly. Production of the online conference documentation, to include speaker presentations.

Research & Event Development

• Help identify and research potential subject areas on which we may want to run events. Keep a close eye on the medico-legal events sector market and other events taking place. Help identify potential new sponsors and exhibitors for our events.

Events CRM

• Develop a sound understanding of AvMA’s new CRM, ensuring we optimise it for the efficient and effective marketing of events.
• To assist if/as required with bookings and booking queries for AvMA’s events.

Other

• To support the Events Department’s quality initiatives and to suggest continuing improvements where needs arise.
• To undertake other duties commensurate with the post as may be required.

Job Title: Community Coordinator - Lancashire and Cumbria

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11363 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Salford, however, regular travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

A key part of the role will be to recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers, to support service users and the delivery of the service.

The Stroke Support Coordinator will:

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.

About You

• Work with the Programmes team to encourage Associates to apply for and participate in the Exclusive Opportunities programmes.

EXCLUSIVES OPPORTUNITIES PARTNERSHIPS MANAGEMENT:

• Take ownership of a small portfolio of upReach's existing exclusive opportunities partnerships, managing day-to-day relationships with support and guidance from the Exclusives Programmes and Partnerships Manager.

• Support the Exclusives PM in managing their broader portfolio, including relationship stewardship, partner communications, and coordination of activity.

• Collaborate with Partnerships Managers to review and renew employer partners collaborating with upReach on work experience and internship programmes.

• Assist the Exclusives Programmes and Partnerships Manager in high-quality prospecting and relationship-building activity, contributing to income-generating partnerships that also deliver high-impact opportunities for Associates.

• Collaborate closely with the Exclusives Programmes and Partnerships Manager and the Marketing & Communications team to co-create high-quality content and campaigns that showcase our partnerships - including case studies and social media promotion.

• Contribute to impact reporting for the partnership portfolio by gathering data and stories that demonstrate partnership outcomes and drive continued engagement.

Role Summary 

The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Working closely with Programme Leads, Programme Coordinators and the wider team, the Programme Officer UK will play a vital role in maintaining seamless administration activities, contributing to the successful delivery and impact of our programmes.

• Collaborate with the Marcomms team to assist in promoting the programme across all communication channels, including signups to our training programme for educators, entries to our filmmaking competitions, the Into Film Awards, and bookings for the Into Film Festival, Spring Screenings and other events for our Screen Careers programme. 
• Work with Marcomms and Programme Coordinators to run targeted marketing campaigns to increase and drive engagement in our place-based targeted areas across the UK.
• Assist in desk-based research to identify partners and organisations (including schools) to engage underserved and underrepresented young people in our programmes, sourcing relevant external information from across the education, youth and film industry sectors. 
• Working with Programme Leads to support the development and delivery of our Youth Advisory Council and Education Ambassador initiatives.
• Undertake additional general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team including but not limited to customer support cases, equipment and materials inventory and orders, booking travel, processing invoices and regional social media channels, 
• Represent Into Film at conferences and events as required.
• Any other reasonable duties assigned by Into Film.

Person Specification: 

• Experience in administrative support, with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. 
• Confidence using CRM systems for accurate data input, analysis and reporting. 
• Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 
• Good understanding of the UK education landscape and how film can be used in educational settings, along with awareness of the UK screen industry. 
• Strong digital skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and general confidence with online systems and tools. 
• Ability to support or contribute to marketing activity, such as email campaigns or targeted outreach. 
• A proactive, adaptable and detail-focused approach, with the ability to work remotely. 
• An interest in film and a commitment to engaging and supporting young people through creative opportunities. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Experience, knowledge and understanding of using CRM for analysis, insights and reporting.  
• Proven track record and demonstratable experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent project and time management skills, an ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and to work remotely as required. 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Awareness and good understanding of the education market, curricula and how teachers can use film across the UK.

Head of Insight and Impact is an exciting new leadership role for Home-Start UK at a critical time as we develop and prepare to launch our new, federation-wide strategy in early 2027. • Lead the development of a shared, federation-wide approach to impact measurement, transforming how we understand, evidence and communicate the difference that Home-Start makes to babies, children and families.

• Design and lead a consistent approach to monitoring and evaluating the support we provide at Home-Start UK to our federation, ensuring outcomes and learning are captured and shared.
• Lead Home-Start UK’s Impact Team and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and with local Home-Start teams, leveraging collective skills and expertise.
• In this busy and varied role, you will put insight and impact at the heart of our work. In a typical day you could be working with our data analyst to visualise and present the results of our latest National Data Return to the Executive Leadership Team, running a feedback session with local Home-Start teams piloting new outcome measures, and/or ensuring colleagues in our Fundraising Team have the insight they need for proposal development.

Ultimately, your efforts will help ensure that our movement can reach and support more families with babies and children facing their toughest times.
