Brief role description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role’s primary focus is maintaining and optimising our WordPress website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, accessible, up to date, and reflective of our brand.
The Digital Marketing Officer will also be responsible for implementing SEO best practices, supporting digital campaigns through the creation of landing pages, and using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track and report on performance

About the Role

In this role, you will:
• Support Marketing Managers to deliver effective, insight-led multi-channel campaigns to drive donor retention and income growth.
• Manage specific elements of the supporter journey across channels such as email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling, on-brand marketing materials that inspire action.
• Analyse performance data, support testing strategies, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

About You
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Experience in customer or supporter retention marketing and communications.

• Hands-on experience delivering marketing activity across at least two of the following: direct mail, email, SMS, telemarketing.
• Experience managing projects and external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

Summary of the role:
The Director of Income Generation & Marketing will lead the design and delivery of an ambitious, innovative, and sustainable income generation and marketing strategy. This role is responsible for significantly growing Muslim Aid’s financial resources, enhancing its brand presence in the UK and internationally, and expanding its footprint in new and emerging economic markets, ensuring all activity is firmly aligned to Muslim Aid’s mission and values.

What we want from you
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Data Insight Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Insight Team.
If you’re someone who loves using data to solve real-world problems and help shape organisational strategy, you could be just who we’re looking for. You’ll need to be comfortable working with large datasets, putting your data mining and analytical skills to good use.
Experience-wise, we're looking for someone familiar with analytics tools like Tableau, Faststats, or similar. You should also be comfortable with SQL and skilled at making the most of data from a variety of sources. First-hand experience with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge would be advantageous, especially in the charity sector, and if you're curious about data science or even have experience in this area, even better.

1) Membership and Engagement

Unique and much needed, we are the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. Our work focuses on campaigning to increase the national investment in research into brain tumours to £35 million per year, while fundraising to create a network of seven sustainable Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence, across the UK.
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer, yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002. All of us at Brain Tumour Research are passionate about finding a cure for this devastating disease.
Job Purpose:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to build a career in the charity sector and make a difference in one of the most innovative and exciting medical research fundraising charities in the UK.
As the Community Fundraising Assistant (East), you will play a crucial role in helping the charity meet its strategic plans and objectives, which include campaigning to increase the national investment in brain tumour research to £35 million per year, while fundraising to create a network of seven sustainable Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence across the UK.
Your role will be to support our East region to generate and grow our income through community fundraising activities, contributing to a regional team target of £1.5 million.

In this role within the Public Giving and Communications team, you’ll take ownership of the supporter acquisition strategy, developing campaigns that bring new supporters on board, inspire them to take action, and deliver long term value. You'll work across a mix of digital and offline channels, guiding media strategies, creative development, performance analysis, and budget management.

As a Supporter Acquisition Manager you will:
- Lead the long term supporter acquisition strategy in line with wider fundraising objectives
- Forecast campaign performance and long term ROI, modelling audience journeys
- Collaborate on integrated campaign planning across owned, earned, and paid media
- Manage supplier procurement and contract negotiations for acquisition services
- Define and track KPIs to monitor campaign effectiveness
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of acquisition campaigns across all relevant channels
- Develop or commission high quality creative and copy for campaign assets
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance in real-time
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors
- Work with data teams to ensure selections and targeting are audience appropriate
- Support innovation and product development within the public fundraising portfolio
- Contribute to the organisation’s digital transformation, particularly through acquisition touchpoints like the website
To be successful, you must have experience:
- Leading customer or supporter acquisition campaigns, including large budgets
- Deep understanding of digital and direct marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills from setup through delivery and evaluation
- Experience working with creative, media, and data suppliers
- Understanding of fundraising compliance, including GDPR and data protection

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working to specific income targets, the Supporter Engagement Manager is responsible for acquisition campaigns including regular giving, direct mail appeals, online fundraising, legacys; retention campaigns including ongoing stewardship to increase supporter engagement. You will grow relationships with supporters and work closely with wider fundraisering team to devise and execute creative and effective stewardship journeys. You will have a sound understanding of fundraising membership schemes and sector regulations, with knowledge of best practice CRM and/or fundrasing database.
The Supporter Engagement Manager will work with the Senior Head of Supporter Engagement to develop the strategy for increasing income across all individual giving streams and then work with the Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider team to impliment it. You will play an instrumental part in creatively engaging supporters to get involved in our high-value campaigns, events and regular giving programme. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign and reoccuring giving programmes, which last year raised £1m and £150k respectively. The post-holder will be key in taking the Individual Giving programme to the next level, providing proactive engagement opportunities and efficiently work with data to provide timely, targeted, relevant and engaging communications to our various supporters.

We are recruiting a Challenge Events Fundraiser to grow PAPYRUS’ challenge event income by leading on allocated PAPYRUS own events, projects and campaigns and managing all third-party challenge events.
What you will do:
