The Content Manager leads on the creation and delivery of cause content to help Soccer Aid for UNICEF meet its fundraising and brand targets. You will do this by working closely with the in-house creative team at UNICEF UK, as well as content leads from our partner organisations and internal workstream leads. The role will provide strategic oversight and expertise ensuring we deliver engaging and audience-led content for platforms including social media, fundraising products and TV audiences.

Join Our Fundraising Team ! 

At Scripture Union, we’re looking for two experienced and driven fundraisers to join our team. The fundraising team work to a target of around £2m per year, generated from a range of channels and segments. We’re looking for two more people to grow this team as we expand our mission to reveal Jesus to the younger generations in England and Wales. 

About the roles    

We’re looking for two fundraisers to tackle the following areas: 

• Individual Giving, working to maintain and grow our portfolio of donors giving between £10pa -  £1,500 pa each.

• Fundraising Innovation, coming up with fresh new ideas that will generate more income for the mission that take us beyond our tried and tested fundraising activities. 

Between them, the two roles account for 1.8 FTE, and we’re flexible about how that’s allocated. It could be that both roles work 4.5 days a week each, or one full time and the other four days. We’re open to suggestions as we seek the right candidates for the team.

The salary for both roles will be £31,500 - £34,800  per annum for an FTE. 

What You'll Do  

• Individual Giving: Grow income from individual donors through the management of campaigns, regular giving and invitations to increase gifts from general individual donors and mid-level donors. Work to acquire and retain new donors and reactivate lapsed donors. 

• Fundraising Innovation: Develop, trial and implement new and innovative approaches to income generation, contributing to our annual target through new strategic ideas. Work with the fundraising team to ensure these activities align with our fundraising strategy and relationships with grant making trusts, major donors and legacy income.

You will be responsible for leading and championing the delivery of all SBS Bible based projects (including advocacy, engagement and education programmes) and for overseeing our fundraising strategy, as we continue to play a key role within the global United Bible Societies (UBS) fellowship, whilst motivating staff to deliver the organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Chief Executive and Head of Bible Engagement, develop a clear vision for the Bible-based work in Scotland. This includes, but is not limited to, developing ways in which SBS can work with all churches in Scotland to encourage Bible engagement within congregations and beyond.

About you

The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the Trust's digital presence, ensuring our research, policy priorities, programmes, and alumni stories are shared in an impactful way with external audiences. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, and working closely with one direct report, they will deliver a step change in digital communications activity, driving data-led improvements and developing new and compelling multimedia content for the Trust's website, social media channels and digital communications.

Main duties

Website and digital communications

• Oversee the management and strategic development of the Sutton Trust website and associated microsites.

• Ensure the main site delivers impactful communications showcasing the breadth of the Trust’s work, whilst being responsive to the needs of our key audiences: students, teachers, policymakers, academics and media.

• Lead on relationships with external web developers to drive forward improvements to the Trust’s websites, ensuring quality user experience and SEO optimisation.

• Use Google Analytics and other monitoring tools to evaluate website performance and inform improvements.

• Project manage the production of video content, and other similar projects.

• Format reports, design graphics and create digital assets, supported closely by the Senior Digital Communications Officer.

• Edit the Trust’s regular email newsletter, ensuring content is of the highest quality.

Social media

• Oversee the development and delivery of the Trust’s strategy for growing its social media presence through Linkedin, Bluesky, X, Instagram and other emerging platforms as appropriate.

• Develop and deliver strategies to maximise reach and engagement, including working with partners, alumni and influencers.
• Oversee the launch of the Trust’s new TikTok channel.

Person Specification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Community & Events Fundraising Lead will drive forward our community and events fundraising, working with colleagues, volunteers, and supporters across Northamptonshire to grow income, raise awareness, and deliver memorable, high-quality events and challenge activities that inspire long-term support.

Purpose of the Role:

• To lead and deliver the hospice’s community and events fundraising programme, ensuring income targets are achieved or exceeded.
• To manage and grow our flagship events (including Twilight Walk, Cycle4Cynthia, Colour Run, and the 40s Big Band Bash).
• To oversee and develop our challenge events programme, including open challenges and bespoke hospice challenges.
• To build strong community partnerships and supporter networks, maximising engagement across Northamptonshire.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Events & Challenge Fundraising

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate the hospice’s calendar of flagship events (Twilight Walk, Cycle4Cynthia, Colour Run, 40s Big Band Bash) ensuring high-quality participant experience and strong income return.
• Manage the development of challenge events, including open challenges (e.g. skydives, treks, marathons) and bespoke challenges created by the hospice.
• Research, propose, and launch new event opportunities that reflect supporter interests and market trends.
• Set and manage budgets for all events, ensuring strong ROI and accurate forecasting.
• Work with Marketing & Communications colleagues to deliver compelling event campaigns that maximise participation and sponsorship.

Community Fundraising

• Build, support, and steward relationships with community groups, schools, faith groups, businesses, and clubs to grow grassroots fundraising.

• Provide excellent supporter care for all community fundraisers and volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Income Generation & Monitoring

• Set, monitor, and achieve income and expenditure targets across events and community fundraising.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial and supporter information using Donorflex (fundraising database).

Leadership & Collaboration

Fitz is looking to appoint an outstanding individual as Development Director. A senior figure within the College, the post-holder will oversee the delivery of the £40 million FutureFitz campaign in conjunction with the Master, the Bursar, and the Governing Body. How are staff supported to work remotely?

The role

The Development Manager (Philanthropy and Fundraising) position marks an exciting new chapter at The Carers' Centre. In this pivotal role, you will lead income generation efforts for our forward-thinking local charity. Main responsibilities

In line with our income generation strategy:

· Lead on the strategic planning and implementation of income generation activities to help build sustainability of The Carers’ Centre and its services for 19,600 unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset.

· Develop and implement a stewardship programme for donors and funders building support and securing new income for The Carers’ Centre.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver The Carers’ Centre vision for carers.

Income generation

· Design and deliver a diverse income generation plan to support philanthropy and fundraising in line with The Carers’ Centre Strategic Plan.

· Co-produce annual philanthropy and fundraising targets and take the lead responsibility to instigate and co-ordinate the activity that will achieve them.

· Build long-lasting relationships with key local philanthropists, donors, and funders.

· Work proactively with colleagues to research, identify and scope a portfolio of compelling projects and proposals that will appeal to donors and funders.

· Work closely with communication colleagues to develop appropriate communications campaigns and activities for different supporter groups.

· Contribute towards the charity’s communications and marketing strategy ensuring fundraising is embedded.

· Develop, maintain, and implement relevant policies and procedures in line with our growth plans.

Why this role is important: Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. Brake provides trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one and campaigns tirelessly for positive change to prevent future collisions and save lives. This role will play a vital part in raising funding and the profile of our work effecting positive change for a safer future on our roads.

The role: Your ultimate purpose is to secure funding for the charity. Your main source of funding will be business development. You’ll promote various levels of partner packages to corporate businesses who are interested in supporting the charities vital work campaigning for change and supporting people bereaved and seriously injured by road crashes. You’ll prospect, pitch and close new business.

You’ll need to learn and understand the value of the partner packages, and how they can be best tailored to different potential partners.

You’ll also manage and maximise the accounts of our current partners, including the likes of BT, Autoglass and Royal Mail.

• Regular communications and support to branches and lifesaving clubs

To help us achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Brand and Creative to elevate our profile and ensure our voice inspires action at every turn.

The Role: 
•    You’ll lead the Trust’s brand strategy - bringing clarity, creativity, and emotional impact to how we engage millions of people across the UK.
•    You’ll manage a significant paid advertising budget, integrate earned and owned activity, and ensure that every touchpoint with our audiences is consistent, compelling, and rooted in insight.
•    You’ll drive creative campaigns that not only build our brand but also grow support, inspiring people to take meaningful action for woods and trees.
•    As brand guardian, you’ll ensure we remain relevant, credible, and trusted, while also leading a talented team and championing collaboration across the organisation.
•    This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required once a month on average. 

The Candidate: 
•    You have an enthusiasm for the environment and share our core values-Grow Together, Explore, Focus and Make it Count.
We are looking for candidates who have the following:
•    Be a dynamic brand leader with experience of building and managing major campaigns that connect with diverse audiences
•    Expert knowledge in consumer insight, brand health measurement, and audience segmentation. 
•    Proven experience leading brand strategy and integrated campaigns.
•    Experience managing significant budgets, guiding creative development, and working with agencies to deliver real impact.
•    Strong creative judgement and ability to oversee end-to-end delivery.
•    Excellent leadership skills, able to inspire, support and mobilise others.
•    Ability to use data and insight to shape brand performance.
•    A collaborative, values-driven approach with the courage to innovate.
•    As a senior leader, you’ll also embody our values-collaborative, bold, and people-focused-while inspiring and developing your team. 
•    Passionate about making a difference, with the vision and drive to help us build a movement for nature.
