This is an exciting and challenging position, which will be pivotal in growing the acquisition programme as part of our 5-year strategy. Experience of DRTV is required, with an understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to: DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages. You will be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You will also be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. The Foundation Partnerships Manager role is a pivotal role within the Foundation Partnerships team fundraising at the six- and seven-figure level. THE ROLE
The full-time Creative Communications and Events Officer works within the Communications team to help inform the public about antisemitism using a variety of media.
You will be joining our small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial staff team based at our office in central London.
The role brings a diverse set of responsibilities and an opportunity to work within a charitable organisation with a strong sense of purpose.
Responsibilities
- You will design graphics across our organisation, from social media posts and placards to pamphlets to pledge cards
- Work with creative colleagues to conceive and implement a variety communications campaigns to raise awareness about antisemitism and educate the public, sometimes at short notice and with tight deadlines
- Provide logistical support for communications projects, including scouting and booking locations, ordering materials, liaising with third parties and conducting internal research
- Plan, script, shoot and edit videos on various topics for different audiences on our numerous social media channels
- Growing our social media presence, including paid campaigns, to maximise reach and engagement
- Play a significant role in podcast production, from researching and booking guests to audio and visual editing
- Strategically planning and executing key events for the organisation throughout the year, ensuring maximum impact

The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

This Marketing Officer position at Brooke is a pivotal role within the Legacy & Community Engagement team. Legacies are Brooke’s largest single source of voluntary income and fund over half of our international animal welfare work. And it is one of our key fundraising priorities and an integral part of our 5yr fundraising strategy.
Within this role you will help deliver an exciting portfolio of integrated, multi-channel and supporter-centric campaigns that involves all elements of the marketing mix as well as a range of diverse stewardship activities. We are looking for a highly organised individual with great communication skills who will help deliver a range of marketing campaigns and stewardship activity which will acquire new supporters, convert existing Brooke supporters and steward known supporters, with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of supporters who include a gift to Brooke in their Will.

Are you an experienced paid digital expert who is also passionate about nature? We're looking for someone to join our membership marketing team and deliver income-generating recruitment campaigns.
You will have proven expertise of managing the delivery of paid search, social and display advertising using a range of targeting techniques including macro demographic and internet-based targeting, as well as micro audience segmentation-based targeting and re targeting techniques. You will manage the media agency at delivery level to ensure this activity is planned and monitored closely and optimised regularly to maximise impact and ROI.
You will also work alongside direct marketing managers to integrate with paid offline and DM/EM campaigns and with the website team to optimise conversion across the join journey.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

Background
The Independent Schools Council (ISC) is a trade body which represents the independent schools’ sector in the UK. It comprises seven stakeholder associations who represent over 1,400 independent schools, educating more than half a million children. Debates over the taxation of independent schools has meant the sector having a high political profile. With a new government, it is important the sector continues to build relationships with Ministers, civil servants and politicians of all parties to highlight the positive work of our schools in supporting pupils across the independent and state sectors and addressing the challenges facing education.

Main purpose of job
Reporting to the Head of Policy, the successful candidate will deliver our public affairs workplan and support the development of policy positions. In particular, they will be responsible for building political relationships at national level while supporting schools to build local relationships with their MPs.

· Implement political contact programme with Parliamentarians and external stakeholders; including attendance at party conferences.
· Advise and support school heads when engaging with local MPs and councillors; produce engagement toolkits.
· Advise the Chief Executive, senior staff and member associations and schools on effective public affairs approaches.
· Become a trusted source of political advice to member associations and schools, present at member meetings and conferences.
· Monitor Parliamentary activity – identifying issues, people to contact and writing weekly political update.
· Write briefings ahead of Parliamentary debates and engage with those taking part.
· Draft submissions to government consultations and select committee inquiries, working with members associations and schools to develop relevant policy positions.
