About the Role
Dreams Come True is seeking an ambitious, strategic and highly skilled Head of Fundraising to lead and expand its income generation and manage and drive a high performing team. This senior role prioritises the development and delivery of an ambitious major donor and individual giving strategy - cultivating, stewarding, and upgrading supporters, including high-net-worth individuals and regular donors. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will diversify income streams, maximise philanthropic support, and ensure the charity's long-term sustainability whilst leading, managing, motivating and inspiring the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth-oriented fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on major donor fundraising and individual giving (regular giving, donor journeys, legacy giving).

Essential:

We are looking for a new senior political adviser who will help build on our relationships and networks across Westminster, to deliver ambitious political leadership on a range of issues. The post holder will be responsible for leading advocacy interventions and providing political support to our policy experts, primarily in the natural environment theme, with a direct focus on nature, land use, food and farming.
As a senior political adviser within the politics team, you will also be involved with, and lead on, major projects or themes of work across the political leadership theme (for example, the Environment APPG), managing and developing key external relationships and supporting the Director of politics and Director of strategic partnerships as they lead the politics team.
You will need to be an exceptional communicator, adept at bringing people together around a shared vision and have the interpersonal skills to inspire and work across Green Alliance and liaise with our extensive network of partners.
The role entails identifying and leading on opportunities for the UK government to achieve environmental progress and implementing advocacy strategies to secure it. You will have direct access to senior policy makers and environmental leaders, so will need to articulate recommendations succinctly and persuasively.
The role requires excellent understanding of UK political processes (especially in Westminster, parliament and Whitehall) and experience of using it to influence policy effectively. Experience of operating within the system or of working directly with politicians and the media to achieve policy change would be a distinct advantage. An understanding of environmental policy would be beneficial but is not vital.
You will be a highly organised, capable multi-tasker with experience managing projects and able to think on your feet, while managing multiple relationships and advocating plans concurrently.
Position in the Organisation
The senior political adviser will report to the Director of strategic partnerships and will work closely with Green Alliance’s policy and communications teams. You will be required to brief and advise the senior management team regularly and will be involved in task managing politics and policy advisers and analysts, with scope for direct line management responsibilities in the future.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of Green Alliance projects to influence environmental policy.
- Track issues and analyse their relevance to the organisation’s objectives, and the UK’s environmental agenda, with a particular focus on our efforts to rebuild the cross-party consensus on the environment.
- Contribute to the implementation of Green Alliance’s political strategy and deputise for senior political staff, where necessary.

Job Summary
The Head of Student Representation is a critical member of the Students’ Union’s Delivery senior team and leads Durham SU’s work in influencing Durham University in students’ academic interests, through the support of student leaders and volunteers. STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As Deputy Director, Digital Fundraising you will be based in the London office or work remotely and will be part of the Mass Markets Global Support Team. The Deputy Director will play a pivotal role in advancing IRC’s global digital fundraising efforts by providing consultation and hands-on support across paid media, creative development, analytics, and process improvement. Serving as a strategic adviser to country teams, they will guide campaign planning, platform strategy, and performance measurement while handling key relationships with digital agencies and platform partners. They will also support creative process refinement, champion digital ads testing and optimisation, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Through thorough analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the role will help refine attribution models, enhance reporting infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across digital programs. Additionally, the Deputy Director will lead special projects to streamline operations and foster knowledge sharing across the global digital network.
SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

In this role you will provide consultation and guidance on spending decisions about how best to utilise IRC budget on paid digital platforms to maximise income, and responsibility for suggesting, planning and delivering new and engaging ways to introduce prospects to the IRC brand.

Make-A-Wish UK is seeking a visionary leader to drive public fundraising and supporter engagement at scale. This strategic role oversees all public income streams, including: individual giving, legacies, events, and innovation, while leading a high-performing team and sector-leading Supporter Care function.
You'll shape long-term growth, deliver significant income targets, and champion a supporter-first culture across the organisation. As part of our Extended Leadership Team, you’ll influence board-level decisions and help ensure Make-A-Wish UK continues granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Core Purpose:
The Head of Public Fundraising is a pivotal strategic leadership role at Make-A-Wish UK, responsible for the strategic direction, planning, delivery, long-term growth and performance of all public fundraising and supporter engagement activity.
This includes strategic oversight of all public income streams - individual giving (cash, regular giving, lottery, payroll), legacies, in-memory giving, challenge events, community fundraising, owned products, and innovation—as well as operational leadership of the Supporter Care team, which manages supporter care, income processing, data imports, and inbound queries for the whole organisation.
The role leads a multi-disciplinary team of around 20, across four core public fundraising and engagement functions, who are responsible for delivery of a high-performing public fundraising programme and sector-leading supporter care function - acquiring, engaging, and retaining supporters at scale, growing income sustainably and ensuring every interaction reflects Make-A-Wish’s values and drives long-term income growth.
This role contributes to over 50% of the charity’s total fundraised income, plays a critical role in long-term sustainability, and operates at cross-organisationally to embed a supporter-first culture, championing segmentation, stewardship and integrated journeys that drive lifetime value. The role is responsible for delivering significant and growing income targets, developing multi-year investment plans, and influencing organisation-wide strategies to ensure we are equipped to serve a growing supporter base. Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in public fundraising, with a strong track record of income growth across a broad portfolio of income streams (e.g. individual giving, legacies, community, events, innovation, lottery).

This work will take place in a small number of places and explore how sustained commitment, engagement and investment can transform outcomes for a place, people and nature.
Specifically, this funding partnerships will:

Provide direct support in the form of core funding to selected urban community organisations that share our aims.

Provide communities with the means to connect with the great work already happening around the county and develop peer network.

Enable communities to co-develop equitable long-term plans to increase nature connection locally.

Support community-led story telling of this work, its challenges and successes.

Responsibilities
This role is a broad role, covering finance administration, systems administration as well as supporting in a wide variety of tasks across the organisation’s work.
Key tasks
Finance
- Manage day to day finances using Xero, ensuring payments are made as scheduled
- Perform all day-to-day bookkeeping duties using Xero and Excel
- Maintain all necessary accounting records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
- Ensure payments are made as scheduled and processed through the bank
- Review and maintain supplier records, (including subscriptions, memberships, insurance etc.)
- Maintain accurate financial information regarding donations and grants, including sources of donations and Gift Aid
- Assist with Annual Reports and Accounts process and with annual audit process
Systems administration
- Act as main point of contact for our IT support provider and main systems administrator on our databases (Beacon) and project management tool – no prior experience of these systems is required but you must have a willingness to learn.
- Act as GDPR officer, ensuring data retention and GDPR compliance across the organisation.
- Maintain and update records and processes on project management software.
- Maintain an effective filing and data management system for the organisation across Microsoft SharePoint
- Induct and train staff on new systems and processes.
HR support
- Coordinate the recruitment and induction of staff and contractors.
- Maintain Rosa’s staff handbook, ensuring agreed changes are implemented.
- Lead on Health and Safety compliance across the organisation
- Assist in the policy development and policy review schedule.
Governance support
- Service quarterly Board of Trustee meetings, including collating and formatting of papers
- Maintain accurate Trustee records
- Manage information relating to the Charity, including legal documentation required by external bodies
Grant Administration support
- Process funding awards, including processing payments
- Updating and reconciling grants database with financial management system and 360 giving data
- Undertake regular database cleaning ensuring data is stored correctly.
Philanthropy and Partnerships support
- Assist in the organisation of events
- Support in the transition to a new fundraising database
- Support the recording and reconciliation of donations on the fundraising database, ensuring records are maintained and up to date

The Senior Immigration Solicitor (Violence Against Women and Girls & Migrant Justice) will lead on complex immigration casework and strategic legal interventions, with a particular focus on supporting Black, minoritised, and migrant (BMM) women affected by violence against women and girls (VAWG), especially those with insecure immigration status or no recourse to public funds (NRPF).
This is a senior role requiring a high degree of professional autonomy, decision-making, and initiative. While the postholder will be formally accountable to the Head of Community Engagement and Legal Services, they will operate with minimal day-to-day supervision, taking a lead in shaping casework strategy, driving systemic change, and strengthening SBS’s legal offer.
