As Director of Fundraising, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team delivering on the strategic objectives of the charity with responsibility for raising £4m this financial year in voluntary income for the Childhood Trust across trusts & foundations, corporates, major donors and community.  Delivering growth year on year to support the ambitious plans of the organisation.  Directly managing three ‘Heads Of’ fundraising roles, you will create a new fundraising strategy, steer the fundraising team’s activities, secure funding, and cultivate relationships that fuel our mission.

Are you a strategic and passionate legacy marketing professional ready to lead transformational change? Barnardo's is looking for a Senior Legacy Marketing Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to shape and deliver a sector-leading legacy and in-memory giving programme. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving and Legacy Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of Barnardo's Legacy Marketing Strategy, with a focus on growing the number of legacy pledgers and intenders, delivering exceptional stewardship, and embedding legacy giving across the organisation. 

You'll also play a key role in developing a long-term growth strategy for In Memory Giving, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver inspiring and engaging supporter experiences.

• Lead the development and delivery of a long-term Legacy Marketing Strategy to grow income from gifts in wills and in-memory giving. 

• Manage a team of legacy marketing professionals and oversee a budget of approximately £600k, with an income target of £240k. 

• Design and implement sector-leading stewardship journeys for legacy audiences. 

• Collaborate across fundraising, marketing, and supporter care teams to integrate legacy messaging and supporter journeys. 

• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and supporter experiences. 

• Monitor trends in the legacy giving landscape and use insights to inform strategy and innovation. 

• Champion legacy giving across the organisation, building awareness and engagement internally.

Charity People are delighted to be supporting a charity in the search for an Income Processing Officer to join their small but fast-growing data operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to contribute to the efficient and accurate handling of income and supporter data. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of income processing, reconciliation, and Gift Aid preparation within a busy fundraising environment. Working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the charity's CRM (ideally Dynamics 365), ensuring data is correctly coded, imported, and reconciled, and supporting documentation and reporting for audit-readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Import and process income from all channels (cheques, cash, online platforms, bank transfers, legacies, corporate donations).
* Apply codes accurately to each transaction record, including fund, campaign, appeal, designation, project, restriction, and method codes
* Conduct daily and weekly CRM to bank reconciliations as per the E2E process and related procedures.
* Prepare and support month end income reconciliation for journals into Xledger.
* Log and track data discrepancies (e.g., missing codes, unmatched records, duplicates), escalating where required.
* Support Gift Aid readiness by validating declarations and ensuring eligibility on transactions is coded correctly.
* Coordinate closely with Finance to ensure journal outputs are accurate
* Contribute to data cleansing and reporting to improve CRM data quality

You will bring:

The Partnership Activation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a variety of Factory International’s Corporate Partners, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring optimal value through exceptional account management and delivery of all rights and benefits outlined in our partnership agreements. Responsibilities include managing multiple partnerships, coordinating events and activations, facilitating ticket bookings and creating tailored hospitality packages. • Contribute to the development of the marketing and communications strategy that has clear objectives, is based on stakeholder research and insight, has a credible operational plan for delivery and clear evaluation metrics.

We are recruiting for a Fundraising Assistant to join our North Regional Fundraising Team.

The Fundraising Assistant supports the Regional Community Fundraising Team by providing administrative and fundraising support. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining relationships with supporters, volunteers, and fundraising groups, ensuring excellent stewardship and service. Responsibilities include processing income, managing supporter records, coordinating public collections, and assisting with local fundraising initiatives. The post holder will be the first point of contact for supporters and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external community contacts to enhance fundraising efforts. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with the public (in-person or over the phone) in a customer/supporter facing environment
• Experience or knowledge of the charity sector and/or fundraising (desired)
• Able to engage with supporters and families in support of their fundraising activities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a sensitive approach
• Good IT skills including Word processing, email and spread sheets and a working knowledge of databases
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle Hospice

Connect: North Korea is a fast-growing charity supporting North Korean escapees to build new lives after experiences of systemic discrimination, poverty, and trauma. 

Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered  in 2018. We now have a series of multi-year grants in place ensuring that 42% of our income for 2026 is already secured. But we are ambitious. We want to do more for our community, so we are looking for a new, dynamic Head of Fundraising and Development to lead and deliver income generation as we scale our work in the UK and globally.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a fundraising strategy and plan across all major income streams—trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and major donors. This role is an exciting mixture of leadership complemented by  day-to-day delivery. You’ll work closely with the CEO and across programme teams to map out our annual fundraising plan, craft compelling cases for support, develop funder relationships, and increase our funding base by 20% in 2026.

• Recruit and support a team of volunteers who help with communications, social media content and community fundraising.

• Attend networking events and meetings with potential donors

• Ensure all fundraising meets the Code of Fundraising Practice, safeguarding standards, GDPR compliant and CNK’s values;

• Report quarterly on fundraising progress to Chief Executive and Board of Trustees
