Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time CRM & Digital Campaigns Manager in the Digital Marketing department at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.

About the role

We are seeking a CRM & Digital Campaigns Manager who will lead and support the key functions of our Fundraising, Volunteer Operations and Marketing teams to drive engagement with our target audiences. This will be delivered through the analysis of our supporter and volunteer data to support development and execution of integrated digital campaigns; including activities to retain existing donors and supporters, acquire new fundraisers, recruit new volunteers and maximise the opportunity to improve engagement across our whole supporter base.

About you

To carry out this role successfully you will have a solid understanding on analytics and insights from CRM data to shape the CRM strategy with a particular focus on what content drives the best engagement and response amongst different target audiences.

You will also have strong project management skills in planning, developing and delivering targeted lifecycle campaigns that drive both acquisition and reactivation opportunities. This includes email marketing campaigns as well as segmented organic and paid social media campaigns across different channels. You will also have a solid understanding on PPC, Paid Social, SEO and display activities.

SSAFA is an employer that values the diversity of its workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.

No agencies please. Any unsolicited submissions from agencies will be accepted as a direct application from the candidate and no fees will be payable.

Interview Date: 2nd October 2019
