This is a full time and permanent role. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).

We are looking for a Sports Development Coordinator (Equity & Inclusion) to provide training, knowledge and hands-on support for club committees as well as supporting on the delivery of campaigns and events. The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the department and the wider university to develop and grow our inclusive and disability sport provision.

About the Job

Working within the Central Services team, the Operations and Front of House Coordinator (OFOHC) plays an essential role in supporting the smooth-running and operational effectiveness of the Students’ Union (SU) and its Front of House.

The OFOHC is responsible for coordinating an effective, professional, and welcoming SU front desk service with opportunities to interact directly with students, UAL and SU staff and external organisations. The OFOHC assists the Central Services Manager in managing SU physical and digital spaces across the UAL campus network and the SU's retail and merchandising offer and operation.

Alongside this, the OFOHC delivers operational and administrative support to the SU and assists with the maintenance and health and safety aspects of the SU spaces.

You will be somebody who is organised, systematic, diligent and can demonstrate attention to detail with general operational, coordination, and administrative duties. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that is always looking to improve and expand our services to and for students. You will be passionate about working with students in our Front of House service operating from different campuses and will be patient to help them professionally develop.

You will also be somebody who is looking to develop personally and professionally in a progressive organisation committed to equity, ending social injustice, and positively impacting the experience of our students.

This is a 0.8 FTE (29.2 hours per week) and fixed term contract for 18 months.

We are looking for a Football Development Officer to support the delivery of TeamUCL's new focus sport, football. The role combines football delivery with desk-based sports administration and student engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about developing football in all forms - from running beginner friendly sessions to working with students to co-create community volunteering projects.

Ambitious About Autism is a national charity for autistic children and young people. We stand with autistic children and young people, champion their rights, and create opportunities. We run specialist education services, an award-winning employment programme, and children and young people are at the heart of our charity's decision-making, policy work, and campaigning.

In this role, you will work on a 1:1 basis with our autistic learners. You will provide support to learners so that they can access the curriculum whilst also promoting their independence and self-esteem through community-led activities.
