As the Global Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering our international strategy, supporting global engagement, and helping our growing global membership community thrive. You’ll work with colleagues across the College and external partners worldwide to ensure smooth delivery of our global events, travel, and partner liaison activities.

What you’ll do

• Lead the organisation and coordination of the RCR’s global events and activities.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for senior staff and elected Officers.
• Prepare briefings, itineraries and event materials for global meetings and conferences.
• Act as a liaison point for international partners, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
• Coordinate meetings, networking events and follow-up actions with global stakeholders.
• Support the wider Membership Team on recruitment and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities of our Estates and Construction Coordinator:

- Primary contact for Cats Protection premises, managing property repair and maintenance requests to support the Principal Surveyor’s estate portfolio

-Proactive solutions and coordination of repairs with stakeholders, liaison with contractors, arranging appointments, ensuring health and safety compliance, within procurement guidelines- Provide cohesive administrative support for senior team members, for projects, meeting and communication coordination, and to provide synergy across the Estates and Construction team

- Act as deputy for the Contracts and Database Manager, as required, working flexibly with Estates Assistants to provide good UK wide service coverage

- Define, document and implement clear and consistent processes and create accurate records for asset registers, in filing systems and databases such as Terrier and SharePoint

- Prepare and enhance reports to support the Principal Surveyor and Contracts and Database Manager to administer contracts and service delivery to meet team objectives  

- Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices

About the Estates and Construction team:

- We ensure that Cats Protection is able to sustain its cat welfare operations and retail activities by providing Estate Management and Construction services delivering acquisition, repair, maintenance, re-development and disposal services for an estate portfolio of circa 196 properties including 34 Cat Centres, 88 Shops and other Cats Protection premises across the UK. Together with the Safety, Health and Environment Team and Facilities we ensure regulatory/legal compliance of properties.

- The Estates and Construction Team consists of approximately 15 personnel, 5 of whom form immediate colleague relationships.

What we’re looking for in our Estates and Construction Coordinator:

- Administrative experience working within an estate management or construction setting

- Previous experience of supporting senior team members such as Heads of or Directors, on development initiatives and projects

- Supervisory experience of team members

- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders

- Confident creating spreadsheets, action plans and drafting documents

- Highly professional customer service experience

- Confident communicator, strong prioritisation and organisation skills, able to work on initiative

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook

Health & Safety Coordinator

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months max, to cover maternity leave.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday

The role:

The Health & Safety Coordinator will provide support across the Rothschild Foundation to ensure that all appropriate health and safety, risk management, and related compliance systems and procedures are in place, reviewed and updated regularly.

This role is responsible for producing incident reports and submitting RIDDOR reports, undertaking weekly and quarterly playground inspections, as well as responding to all queries - both internally and externally - relating to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into workplace and visitor incidents, and be directly responsible for the necessary record keeping and any claims management.
• Working with the Security Department, and supporting as required with fire testing and safety. You will work with the Head of Security on disaster planning and the disaster team in general
• Ensure contractor management policy is followed, and new contractors are onboarded correctly with all documents checked
• Undertake weekly and quarterly routine inspection of the children’s woodland playground at Waddesdon Manor, ensuring all paperwork is completed, reporting any required works, and liaising with ROSPA and the insurers during their annual inspection
• Make the action points for the H&S Committee meeting, distribute these in a timely manner, and support preparation of the agenda in advance of the meeting
• Ensure Heads of Departments update and maintain all risk assessments for their business area and that record of awareness forms are completed annually, and remind Heads of Department about conducting new activity risk assessments
• Coordinate mandatory training for the Rothschild Foundation using the e-learning system and regularly produce reports on staff members that have not completed the required modules and flag to the relevant line manager

The Manna Day Centre is a drop-in Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed single men and women. It is run by a team of project workers, under the Director, who are responsible for its smooth operation. Basic Services offered include food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice, medical care, and access to laptops. The Centre opens to service users 7 days a week, 8.30am– 1.30pm. The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering specialist psychological reports for key stakeholders and professionals within the wider network.
• Using applied psychology to co-create strategies that remove barriers to learning for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and needs analyses to ensure tailored, effective support.
• Collaborating in our Trust-wide Clinical MDT, contributing to supervision, and engaging in quarterly learning spaces.
• Supporting and mentoring Assistant Psychologists, and helping shape training placements for future Educational Psychologists.
• Delivering inspiring training programmes within the Trust and to external partners.
• Upholding the highest professional standards (BPS and HCPC) and committing to ongoing professional development.
• Helping raise the profile of our Therapy and Specialist Support Services through learning papers and wider professional engagement.

About You

You’re a confident, compassionate professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You’ll bring:

• A Doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience supporting children and young people in educational settings.
• Expertise working with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of current educational systems and SEND frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, carers, and professionals.

Who you are:

• An experienced Chief Executive or senior director with a minimum of three years’ experience at CEO or equivalent level.
• Proven track record of winning and managing commissioned contracts and delivering against local authority or health contracts.
• Skilled at building strategic partnerships and commanding credibility with senior stakeholders across health, local government and the voluntary sector.
• Confident at leading turnaround and financial sustainability work - experienced in budgeting, forecasting and making difficult decisions when needed.
• A values-led, collaborative leader with high emotional intelligence, resilience and a commitment to co-production and inclusion.

We are looking for a Legacy and Administration Manager to join our Finance and Operations team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role will report to the Director of Finance and Operations. 

Job Purpose

Legacies are one of the most vital sources of income for Operation Smile UK, helping us continue our work supporting patients with cleft around the world. We’re now looking for a Legacy Administration Manager to join our dedicated team and ensure that every gift left to the charity is managed with care, professionalism, and in line with the wishes of our supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residuary, specific, and reversionary legacy cases from initiation to completion, optimising income while upholding all legal, ethical, and organisational standards.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism with executors, solicitors, and beneficiaries’ families, including handling enquiries and confirming receipt of legacy notifications.
• Review estate documentation and valuations, determine the charity’s entitlement, and verify that all due funds are correctly received.
• Ensure that all relevant charity tax reliefs are properly applied for, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax appropriations, and Income Tax (form R185).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legacy income and correspondence within OSUK’s CRM system and Finance Tracker.
• Track the status of ongoing cases, pursue outstanding actions, and take prompt steps to address issues or disputes as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Finance, Supporter Care, and Partnerships—to promote strong stewardship and compliance.
• Refer or escalate complex or high-impact matters to the Director of Finance and Senior Finance Manager when necessary.
• Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and the development of best practice.

Person Specification

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly and sensitively, both in writing and verbally.

· Proven experience in legacy administration within the charity sector or in probate and estate law.

· Highly organised, with the capability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

· Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, documentation, and data entry.

· Skilled in interpreting wills, estate accounts, and related legal documents.

· Competent in reviewing estate accounts to verify the correct application of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and to ensure estates are properly finalised.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

· Review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered.

· Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (ILM) or legal/paralegal qualification.
