What you’ll be doing? 

You will be part of the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Team working in the North and South of the borough. You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide personalised brief intervention and social prescribing support to individuals, their families and carers.

• Meet clients on a one-to-one basis, making home visits where appropriate and allowing clients the time and space to discuss ‘what matters to me.

• Provide person-centred support to enable clients to identify their health and wellbeing needs and goals. Co-produce support plans with clients to discuss what’s important, where they would like to be in the future and how we can support them to achieve this. 

• Manage and prioritise a caseload to ensure clients' needs, priorities and urgent support are met.

• Have a keen interest in the local area to identify gaps in services or community needs and to work with your Neighbourhood team, local service providers and the local community to address these.

As Associate Director, Philanthropy, Emily manages the global philanthropy team and works alongside external stakeholders and a Development Board to secure income and connections for the organisation.

Role requirements

• Significant fundraising management experience in Asia with demonstrable experience of securing five and six figure, and multi year gifts  
• Experience in multiple elements of fundraising including identifying and building supporter bases in new geographies and working with different types of fundraising teams (e.g. philanthropic/HNWIs, trusts and foundations)
• Experience of working in a global team, working across multiple time zones and understanding / experience of working in a matrix style
• Experience of working with senior internal and external stakeholders, to build networks, deliver income and raise organisation profiles
• Ability to represent ClientEarth externally to high value funders and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Project and administrative support:
  • Assisting the Project Manager with coordinating project logistics, including scheduling, booking spaces, and organising refreshments.
  • Updating project budgets and submitting invoices to the Bookkeeper.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in planning and delivering performances, exhibitions, and events.
  • Managing the materials inventory and sourcing environmentally friendly resources for workshops.
• Project promotion and participant engagement:
  • Helping to manage communication with participants and partners.
  • Assisting with volunteer coordination.
  • Supporting participant recruitment efforts for projects.

• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, pro rata.

Tabard Court is a mental health supported accommodation for individual with significant offending histories. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to customers with a range of mental health needs - emotional, social, physical or domestic -, who have had contact with the Criminal Justice System. You will be skilled in engaging both customers and stakeholders and have a good understanding of the needs and diversity of this client group. This role will include shift working including: every other weekends, early shifts (8am start) and late shifts (until 10pm).

• Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise
• Manage IT equipment and liaise with external IT support

Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.

NEL Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System and Integrated Care Board. This influences improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care. We work to ensure that every woman and birthing person on the maternity and neonatal pathway has a chance to have their voice heard. We do not speak for them.

As a Children’s Residential Worker, you will directly look after children and young people who have complex emotional and mental health needs due to trauma, loss and other adverse experiences.
