About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of engaging marketing and PR activity at Slimbridge Wetland Centre, one of the most unique and inspiring wildlife destinations in the UK.
In this exciting role, you’ll assist in the delivery of year-round and event-specific marketing campaigns, working across a variety of channels to attract, engage, and inspire new and returning audiences. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to conservation, education, and unforgettable visitor experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to increase footfall and awareness of Slimbridge Wetland Centre.
- Assist in the delivery of PR activity to raise the profile of the centre locally and nationally.
- Help create engaging content for social media, the WWT website, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including visitor experience, learning, and fundraising, to support centre-wide campaigns and events.
- Maintain up-to-date and inspiring content across digital channels, including third-party websites and the digital ticketing platform.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Educated to an A level standard or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject e.g. Marketing/ Communications/ Tourism.
- Possess strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- An enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach and creative mindset.
- Confident working across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
- Passionate about visitor marketing and connecting people with the natural world.

The Society
The Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) is the learned society and professional body for geography and geographers. The Position
The IT Manager will work with our outsourced helpdesk provider to deliver maximum availability of the network, data and systems, to ensure we are secure and compliant and to provide support and training to our staff. The IT infrastructure includes an extensive wired and Wi-Fi network throughout the building with approaching 100 Wi-Fi access points. This network is critical for the smooth running of the Society’s day to day activities and the successful operation of events on the premises, which account for turnover in excess of £1m p.a.
The IT Manager will also be the internal technical/project lead on the ongoing development of the Society’s CRM system, Centrepoint’s oomi product.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £45,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.

About the Role

The Role:
The CEO will be responsible for leading the strategic growth, fundraising, and external engagement of More Than a Roof. This role will focus on developing and communicating the charity’s mission, building strong partnerships, and securing funding to expand our impact across the UK.
The CEO will act as the external face of More Than a Roof, engaging supporters, funders, and strategic stakeholders to raise awareness and increase income. The service provides 24 hours supported accommodation for high needs mental health service users. It compromises of 11 units which offers higher levels of
support in comparison to the wider supported living pathway. Service users at Teresa House may have treatment resistant mental health needs that are complicated by substance misuse, challenging behaviour including low level offending and long-term physical health conditions. All support is delivered in-line with the principles of trauma-informed recovery/empowerment/co-production.

We are seeking a proactive, strategic Industry Relations Manager to coordinate our work across pharmaceutical and other commercial partnerships.
