In September 2025 we launched an ambitious five-year strategy ‘From Neighborhood to National’ to confront the deep-rooted inequities facing children and young people. This is an exciting moment of organisational growth at The Fair Education Alliance. As we scale our work and our team, we are investing in our operational foundations to ensure we remain well-governed, financially resilient and able to deliver our strategy with confidence.
This role is central to that investment. You will be joining a small, highly capable operations team and playing a pivotal role in how FEA runs day-to-day as it grows. You will work closely with relevant members of the senior leadership team and colleagues across the organisation, and your contribution will be felt across everything we do.
The Operations Officer plays a central role in ensuring that the Fair Education Alliance runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard across all aspects of its work. Working as part of the operations team, the postholder helps maintain the systems, processes and practical foundations that enable the organisation to function effectively.
This includes supporting people operations and HR administration, coordinating governance processes, managing organisational systems and IT access, and delivering high-quality logistics for events and organisational activities.
Acting as a trusted point of support for colleagues, the Operations Officer helps create a responsive and well-organised working environment where staff, trustees and members feel enabled to do their best work. The role requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement and a genuine pride in quality.
By ensuring that the practical aspects of the organisation run reliably and well, the Operations Officer helps create the conditions that allow the Fair Education Alliance to deliver its mission and drive progress towards a fairer education system.

Victim Support are looking for a proactive and strategic Stakeholder Manager to join our Witness Service in this new role. About the Role
We are looking for someone who can lead stakeholder engagement with confidence and empathy, ensuring that the voices and needs of victims and witnesses are heard and addressed throughout our projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities, and facilitating productive communication between all parties involved.
You will:
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support Victim Support's goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans tailored to varying needs and expectations.
- Facilitate productive communication between teams and stakeholder groups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Witness Service stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Communicate Witness Service updates, risks, and milestones through reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholder expectations with internal capabilities.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and mapping activities to support project planning and risk management.

The Witness Service provides free, independent support to any witness giving evidence in criminal courts in England and Wales - both for the prosecution and the defence. Our trained staff and volunteers help people understand what to expect before, during and after a trial, and offer practical and emotional support every step of the way, so witnesses can give their best evidence. The Digital Mobilisation Manager will lead Safe Passage’s digital programme, sitting within both our Fundraising and Campaigns teams. ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of RLSS UK’s new corporate fundraising function, create a sustainable strategy, and build a strong pipeline from the ground up.
You will identify, secure, and grow high-value partnerships that align with corporate priorities, producing compelling and commercially compelling propositions that demonstrate clear mutual benefit. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and deliver RLSS UK’s first corporate partnerships strategy, setting clear priorities and income targets for year one and beyond.
- Lead the development of a corporate partnerships income stream, building a sustainable portfolio of partnerships and relationships.
- Create the foundations for growth including a case for support, stewardship framework, pitch decks and templates and KPI and reporting tools.
- Establish systems and internal processes required for a corporate fundraising function.
- Use sector insights, benchmarking, and data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Partnership Development
- Build and actively manage a new business pipeline from scratch, ensuring consistent prospecting and follow up.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify target companies, align commercial priorities, and map key decision makers.
- Develop compelling, tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership packages that clearly articulate impact and mutual value.
- Secure a diverse portfolio of partnerships including multi-year strategic, six-figure, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, and sponsorship agreements.

- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information within the CRM system.
- Deliver annual reviews for partnerships to demonstrate impact and ensure all partnerships are meeting agreed KPIS.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Policy Officer to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. This is a fixed-term, maternity cover contract for 12 months with a projected start date of May/June 2026. This is a home-based role, with occasional travel required to attend team meetings.

This role is key to supporting Alzheimer’s Society’s ambitions to drive major system and policy change in diagnosis, care and treatment across England, Northern Ireland and Wales at an exciting time in dementia policy. Evidence-based, collaborative, engaging and innovative policymaking will be central to everything the Policy Officer does.
As Policy Officer you will play an important role in determining what the Society thinks about the big issues affecting people affected by dementia. Through robust scoping and policy development, you will help to identify the action needed to affect change and help ensure our influencing activity is evidence-driven, timely and relevant across the three nations in which we work – nationally and locally.
You will be an expert policy advisor to colleagues across the Society and support Policy Managers to deliver against agreed integrated plans, including helping to monitor progress and performance and working with others to gather evidence, insight and data to underpin our policy work. Key to the success of this role is engaging others in the policy development process, sharing analysis, opinion and insight to inspire high-quality, dynamic policymaking.
First stage interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Thursday 2nd April. This will likely be followed by an in-person second interview on Wednesday 15th April.
About you
Joining us, you will have experience working in a complex policy environment, with sound understanding of the wider political environment, preferably in relation to health and care. You will have experience involving patients, service users and/or those living with long-term health conditions in your work.
Crucially, you will be a team player, naturally collaborative, with good attention to detail and be curious and challenging of the status quo. You will be a good communicator with the ability to use written/verbal communication skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders and produce high-quality and accessible policy content. This includes translating highly complex data and developments into insightful commentary and recommendations.

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support young people when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for young people, every step of the way.
This role sits within our children and families directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for young people who urgently need support. Your role will be to help us maintain and develop innovative practice to support our work in our services within the Essex area.
We wish to recruit 2 Substance Misuse Practitioners to join the established All Age Recovery Co-ordination Service (AARCS), which we deliver in partnership with Open Road, supporting young people, adults and families affected by substance misuse.
You will undertake individual assessments and risk assessment with young people up to the age of 25, developing a person-centred care plan specific to that young person and their needs and supporting them through their recovery journey with the service. This will be delivered through a range of tailored interventions, in both a one to one and/or targeted group work capacity.

Role
To be responsible for the day-to-day provision of an efficient, welcoming and professional reception and administrative/business support service to the Masbro Community Centre.
The applicant will be the first person a visitor, client or customer meets or speaks to face to face or on the phone. Duties and Responsibilities

As the receptionist and administrator, ensuring all users and visitors are dealt with promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Provide a warm, supportive and nurturing front-of-house presence, building positive relationships with service users, tenants, volunteers and partners.
- Develop and maintain effective clerical and administrative systems in line with UPG policies and procedures, reviewing and improving systems where necessary.

Clear and impactful data is key to understanding the scale and impact of dementia in the UK and this role will be pivotal to ensuring we’ve got what we need.
Your role will be critical to informing research, influencing and engagement activity through deep-dive analysis healthcare data, identification of potential data gaps and the most effective ways to fill them, and the production of jargon-free engaging interpretation and information for both internal and external use.
You will work alongside the Dementia Data and Intelligence Lead and a Dementia Data and Intelligence Officer, together providing expertise on evidence, data and insight in the context of dementia, ensuring that the Society’s decisions and interpretation of dementia and the system is based on the highest quality of dementia evidence. You’ll also work closely with other members of the Strategic Evidence team - our in-house experts for dementia data, economics, care and clinical research evidence, responsible for gathering and generating evidence on the scale and impact of dementia across the UK; contributing authoritative, impactful evidence to inform policy making and strategic decision-making.
You will be part of an even larger Evidence, Policy & Influencing (EP&I) function which is laser-focused on ending the devastation of dementia through changing policy. Teamwork and communication are key in this role – with colleagues internally and within the system externally to help make dementia the priority it needs to be.

About you
You’re a data analyst with previous experience of analysing data to inform policy and/or strategic decision making who thrives on bringing clarity to complex questions using data. You understand the importance of clear communication when it comes to sharing data and intelligence with technical and non-technical audiences. You’re passionate about using data and evidence for good and you can understand the need for impactful data and evidence in the current health and social care landscape.
