We are looking for a Data and Impact Manager who will play a central role in ensuring the organisation is able to effectively collect, manage, analyse and use data to improve services, demonstrate impact and support strategic decision making. 

Reporting to the Head of Data & Impact, the postholder will lead the day-to-day operation of the organisation's data and reporting function. They will oversee reporting, data governance, data quality and impact measurement processes, whilst managing staff responsible for data operations and digital administration. The postholder will also work closely with the Head of Data & Impact to help shape and deliver the organisation's data and impact strategy, contributing to strategic planning and driving key transformation and improvement projects that strengthen organisational effectiveness and data-led decision-making.   

The role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking and people management, ensuring that robust processes and high-quality insights underpin the organisation's work.   

The role would require regular presence in London, as well as occasional evening and weekend work as the role holder will provide key events support. Time off in lieu will be given for evening

Smart Works London is part of Smart Works Charity, and there will be liaison with the HQ team/centres across the U.K. and liaison with our regional teams to support induction, training and participation in regular meetings, phone calls and conferences with other Smart Works centres across the UK.
