About the role

With over 80 staff members using Salesforce daily, this role is pivotal in providing expert technical support to CRM users and the wider charity.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

You will play a key role in optimising our CRM to support our advice service, programme delivery, training offering and executive stakeholders. Reporting to the Database Manager and working alongside the Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate with staff across the organisation to ensure Salesforce meets the charity’s mission and evolving operations.

You may want to work remotely or spend 1-2 days in our London office to spend time with colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions and security settings.

• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication and validation rules.

• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts and flows.

• Develop and manage reports and dashboards for various teams.

• Implement automation to streamline business processes.

• Oversee data imports, exports and integrations with other systems (Form Assembly, Engaging Networks). 

• Lead and support Salesforce projects, including new feature rollouts and third-party app integrations.

• Collaborate with the Junior Administrator, Database Manager and other stakeholders to prioritise enhancements.

​Essential experience includes:

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (NPSP experience preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator certification ADM201 (Advanced Admin or other certifications a plus).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation and reporting.

• Experience with data management, imports/exports and integrations.

• Excellent communication and training skills.

• Excellent level of IT literacy and proficiency with Excel.

• Experience with declarative automation tools.

• The ability to work discreetly and effectively with confidential information; ensuring GDPR principles are observed.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Single Homeless Project (SHP) in a brand new Caseworker role at the forefront of an innovative Westminster pilot service. The HMO scheme is designed to support under 35s who have experienced rough sleeping and are ready to take the next step towards independence. Senior Programme Manager (Part-time Contract)

About the Role

You will:

• Provide direct advocacy support to children and young people with disabilities, in and on the edges of the care system. You will hold a caseload, and be committed to championing the rights of these young people, working with a broad range of other stakeholders and agencies to do so.
• Support with developing the quality of services and projects delivered by Coram Voice to children and young people. This includes under Coram Voice’s Disability Outreach Project. It is an exciting time to join this project, which has recently expanded to include educational advocacy in addition to social care focused advocacy.
• You will support in the promotion of good practice across both Coram Voice and external organisations, building equitable and inclusive practice across the sector for children and young people with disabilities.

Our advocates will have relevant experience with children and young people, and may hold a suitable Advocacy Qualification. For the right candidate, we may also be able to offer this post as a Trainee position, and offer support to gain qualifications. The salary offered will reflect the candidate’s experience and skills.

What will I be doing?

Projects you work on may include:

• Deliver annual series of leadership visits to Corporate Partners organisations to explore interests and common priorities around skills, R&D, infrastructure and business support

• Facilitate ideation workshops, prepare briefings and produce reports to develop new insights and seed new activities to support IOP and partner priorities

Who will I work with?

• IOP leadership and cross-organisational teams including our publishing company
• Closely with IOP Associate Director for Science, Business and Data Insights

You are likely to have the following experience

• Credibility in building corporate partnerships with c-suite and senior leaders in R&D intensive, large businesses
• Knowledge of working at the interface of government policy, business and academia regarding science, technology and innovation
• Experience of implementing projects that involve managing senior stakeholders and decision makers in business and securing income targets
