About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead a talented team of around 20 colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate services in collaboration with other teams within The Charity and with external partners.

We’re looking to you to lead our strategic priority for improving quality of life and quality of care for all those affected by a brain tumour. This includes:

· Tackling healthcare inequalities.

· Expanding and improving our counselling, peer support and information services.

· Equipping healthcare professionals to spot the signs and to deliver better care.

Role Context

As part of Gaddum’s Talking Therapies service, the PWP Supervisor will oversee the Step 2 service within HMR. This role will provide clinical case management and skills supervision to both qualified and trainee PWPs. The role combines supervisory and service leadership with a small clinical caseload and focuses on ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and strong support for staff wellbeing and professional development.

Our PWPs will be completing training positions, including full participation in an accredited Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) or equivalent training in Low Intensity Interventions at one of our partner universities (e.g., University of Manchester, UCLan, or LJMU).

Role Purpose

The PWP Supervisor will:
• Lead on service development, training, and quality improvement
• Provide high-quality clinical and case management supervision to PWPs
• Support PWPs with clinical risk, complex presentations, and professional development
• Regularly assess and sign off all supervisees’ clinical competency for training and ongoing registration requirements.
• Maintain a small caseload, delivering low-intensity interventions where needed
• Liaison with educational providers of the training courses to meet the joint learning agreement

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Practice:
• Conduct assessments and deliver low-intensity CBT-based interventions when needed
• Respond to clinical risk and manage urgent presentations, acting as a Safeguarding Officer for the service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice in line with NICE guidance
• Contribute to the overall caseload capacity of the service in times of high demand

Quality Assurance and Service Improvement:
• Oversee outcome measures, recovery rates, and KPIs for the service, ensuring they are consistently met and accurately recorded
• Participate in clinical audits, data monitoring, and service evaluation
• Support innovation and continuous improvement within the service
• Complete quarterly reporting as required by the service commissioner

Collaboration and Development:
• Work collaboratively with Step 3 clinicians, GPs, VCSE partners, and university providers
• Contribute to outreach and promotion of the service across HMR
• Facilitate team learning, reflective practice, and training delivery
• Work alongside commissioners from the Big Life Group to achieve shared goals

Academic and Supervision:
• Provide clinical and case management supervision to the team of PWPs
• Monitor PWP trainees’ progress against learning objectives
• Lead PWPs in reflective practice sessions
• Support PWPs to attend and complete all training modules, assignments, and practical components of the university training programme
• Support PWPs to apply academic learning to clinical practice

All staff are expected to work within all Gaddum policies and procedures. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to provide high quality evidence-based speech and language therapy, which promotes the participation, function and safe care of children and young people accessing The Children’s Trust.

Your aim is to deliver child and family focused goal led interventions supporting those with speech, language and communication needs and to those with dysphagia needs.
To support the service for those children and young people with tracheostomies, within the limits of skills and competencies.

You will also support our Multidisciplinary Team, delivering training

Role Requirements

• Support the provision of high quality, evidence informed speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people attending The Children’s Trust, in partnership with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Devise suitable, individual, plans that fit within the child’s daily routine, whether to be carried out by therapists, parents or members of the Multidisciplinary team; these should be monitored, evaluated and adjusted appropriately according to the needs of the child.
• Facilitate involvement of family and carers in the rehabilitation process, including day-to-day activities, and the handing over of practical skills and care.
• Be an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for assessment, treatment and planning for an allocated caseload of children/young people.
• Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and / or appointments, as required.
• Liaise with all appropriate medical staff, whether employed by The Children’s Trust, visiting consultants or at off-site clinics, and attend clinics with the child as required.
• Contribute to the assessment and discussion of new referrals to The Children’s Trust, carrying out on virtual and off-site referral assessments around the United Kingdom, as required.
• Contribute to child related reports, including looked after children and annual review reports as required, and assist with the collation of these as and when required, in a timely manner and in line with organisational targets.
• Utilise patient reported and standardised outcome measures for each allocated child/young person and complete in a timely manner.
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend discharge/transition plans for children/young people within the multidisciplinary team framework.
• Provide clinical cover across the service during episodes of staff shortage/heavy workload, in order to ensure effective service delivery.
• Work flexibly in terms of hours, in order to meet the needs of the service, including an early evening (maximum one per week) and weekend day (maximum one per month).
• Represent the Therapy Team and The Children’s Trust when appropriate, deputising for the Head of Therapy - Rehabilitation, as required.
• Actively participate in and support the running of relevant meetings.
• To undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.

The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Provide leadership across the organisation on resident engagement, learning and skills, co-production and activities.
• To promote the active involvement of the resident’s experience and voice in the delivery, development and monitoring of LEAP service.
• To provide support and line management supervision to the engagement team, ensuring they meet all aims, objectives and outcomes, according to the lottery bid.
• Lead on monitoring, data collection and impact measures for all resident engagement work.
• Lead on the design of the peer mentoring training and traineeship programmes.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with key stakeholders including education, employment and third sector partners.
• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships to ensure managers and teams deliver high quality services that are reflective of Homeless Oxfordshire’s values and address local needs.

About LEAP

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

At LEAP, community involvement is at the heart of their work. Empowering residents through co-production is a key organisational goal. LEAP offer a range of inclusive engagement methods—from informal gatherings like group breakfasts and creative activities, to structured sessions such as support needs mapping and Residents’ Forums. These forums provide regular opportunities for feedback and co-design, with input reaching senior management and trustees. They are enhancing resident engagement by developing a mutual support network for staff with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction. This group will shape services and policies, and guide resident outreach. LEAP also collaborates with local partners like RAW, a social enterprise offering training and employment to those with lived experience, and strengthens ties with adult education providers such as Abingdon and Witney College. We also create pathways to volunteer with cultural institutions like the University of Oxford Museums.

LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Key Purpose:

To work as part of a team that provide high quality casework and grant applications to farming people that come to RABI for support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality information, advice and guidance in an empathetic and professional manner.

 How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. All Employees are homebased meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community. 

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).  

VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns By You, you will create and manage campaigns, and use the platform to drive change in the UK, making our country fairer, more respectful and more sustainable.

The Campaigns By You platform is the part of 38 Degrees where the general public and partner organisations can use our free software to run campaigns on anything from saving their local community spaces to major national issues. This role is also central to helping 38 Degrees build a broad and representative movement of supporters, who regularly take action to create impact on the big issues of the day.

This job is for you if you’re passionate about making the country fairer, more respectful, and more sustainable – and if you have the skills and drive to run popular, timely, creative, impactful, people-powered campaigns to make it happen. Background

Congenital Heart Disease affects 1 in 125 newborn babies, it is the most common condition at birth. Around 17,000 babies, children and adults are treated by the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit (LCHU) every year. The LCHU is the specialist heart centre for all of Yorkshire, The Humber, North East Lincolnshire and North Derbyshire.

Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) provide tailored emotional, financial and practical support and essential resources to heart patients and their families. When families need us most, CHSF provide parent accommodation close to the hospital and a dedicated family support service during a child’s treatment. CHSF also provide vital medical equipment and resources to the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and 19 regional clinics, including start-up NHS staff roles and specialist training across the network.

CHSF is a completely self-funded charity. Together, we are able to nurture a wonderful community of children, young people, adults and their families affected by congenital heart disease to live empowered lives.

Job Summary

As Fundraising Researcher you'll be responsible for proactively researching potential funders including corporate foundations and community funds, charitable trusts and other organisations to support our ambitious fundraising team. Working closely with the Trusts & Foundations Manager and Corporate Partnership Managers you'll ensure fundraising activity is supported across the organisation with robust research.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Research and identify charitable trusts and foundations, corporate, government and other funding opportunities that align with CHSF’s mission, vision and values.

The Operations Manager is a key support for the church’s leadership and heads the staff team providing management over key operational and missional areas of the church’s activities.

About the role:

As an Operations Manager (with allowance), you will be leading several services working to support victims across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Currently these include the Staffordshire Victim Gateway, Harmony ASB and Mediation service and the Restorative Justice service. You will ensure the provision of these high-quality services, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and work alongside the Area Manager to promote and develop our victim services in the area.

You will:

• Lead the service teams to deliver excellent and high quality support to victims of crime and major incidents
• Directly manage service leads/team leaders and have oversight of volunteering activity across the services
• Prepare and deliver reports for contract monitoring, helping to retain and improve current commissioned contracts, ensuring all KPIs are met and effective case studies provided
• Co-develop and implement business plans and ensure team aware of each service's mission and vision
• Monitor local opportunities to build and maintain relationships with funders and all stakeholders. Represent the services in external forum and be proactive to advocate for victims needs
• Work closely with other Victim Support services in the county and beyond
• Promote and lead innovative approaches to improve support for victims.
• Raise the profile of the services and ensure they are accessible and inclusive
• Contribute to the wider work of Victim Support, shaping our campaigning and service design.

About You:

Ideally, you will have proven experience in a similar organisation, demonstrating proactive, innovative, and effective management skills and the ability to secure high levels of performance, motivation, commitment, teamwork, collaboration, and trust from colleagues.

Experience in effective partnership working is essential. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to deliver presentations, and raise awareness for the services.

Ideally you will have:

• Proven service delivery success
• Leadership of diverse, multi-site teams
• A good understanding of the Criminal Justice system and issues arising for victims of crime

Job Title: Money & Energy Adviser

Reports to: Money & Energy Advice Service Lead

Home based with travel across the South West region as required – one post.

Hours: 35 hpw (full time) Monday to Friday. Hours to be agreed with successful candidate. Must be sufficiently flexible to work irregular hours as demanded by the requirements of the post

Contract: Full fixed term contract, ending 31 March 2026. Extension subject securing future funding.

Salary: 35 hpw £27,600 pa

(plus expenses, pension, and generous annual leave)

To deliver money and energy advice service for kidney patients struggling with their energy and water bills and other costs of living challenges. You will provide subject matter expert support within our Patient Support Services team, and will work closely with our Patient Support & Advocacy Officers to develop and grow this service in your area.

Summary
To raise awareness of the service and build strong relationships with kidney patients, professionals, and other kidney stakeholder groups in your defined geographic region.

Key responsibilities
• With support, establish the Kidney Care UK Money & Energy Advice Service in the region for patients and carers at risk of fuel poverty to access independent support on money and energy matters
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Money & Energy Advice Service across the region, effectively managing an ongoing caseload
• Provide practical advice to patients, assessing their needs and identifying sources of support to resolve financial, practical and psychosocial challenges.

• Activities will include creating budget plans, completing income maximisation checks and benefit claims, carrying out switching exercises and Home Energy Surveys (this is not an exclusive list of tasks)
• Responsible for identifying cases where FSA approved advice is required, and supporting patients in the referral of their case to our approved partner organisation or other appropriate regional/national services

• Act as a gateway to local information and access to:

• Kidney Care UK Patient Grants service, raising awareness of the service and supporting applications
• Kidney Care UK Patient Support & Advocacy Service, to ensure patients have access to reliable and accurate patient information relating to kidney disease, patient pathways, models of care, and patient choice
• Kidney Care UK Counselling Service and other appropriate services to meet patients’ emotional and physiological needs

• Work closely with local Kidney Care UK Patient Support & Advocacy Officers to ensure that patients receive expert advice in all areas of need, with smooth, effective handovers ensuring that patients feel supported and part of the Kidney Care UK ‘family’ at all times
• Maintain records on the Kidney Care UK database to support service delivery and communications with patients, and facility effective reporting to Kidney Care UK and our funders
• Raise awareness of Kidney Care UK and the benefit of its full range of Patient Support Services amongst kidney patients, their families, carers and professionals across the region
• Provide insight on patients’ concerns and unmet needs to inform Kidney Care UK research, campaigns, and new service development activity
• Work in a way that respects the personal, social, cultural and spiritual needs of the individual and maintains the confidentiality of information they may have shared with you

SEL Mind are working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Bromley Mental Health Hub (BMHH), as part of the ongoing transformation of mental health services in the London Borough of Bromley. The service integrates the expertise of local primary, secondary, and voluntary sector providers to offer flexible, holistic and person-centred support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Peer Support Manager to join the BMHH team on a one year fixed-term basis. During the fixed-term period, the post holder will lead on reviewing, strengthening and developing the peer support pathway. You will play a key role in shaping support for our clients that enhances quality of life, choice and opportunity. You’ll be integral in leading the pathway to achieve its objectives to help clients improve confidence and resilience, reduce social isolation and encourage independence and integration into their local community. 

In addition, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of peer support in the BMHH, including line management of a Senior Peer Support Coordinator who oversees delivery of both one-to-one and group-based peer support, delivered by the wider peer support team. The role also holds responsibility for supporting the team in dealing with risk and safeguarding matters that may arise. Occasional out-of-hours work may also be required to support the team in their group delivery outside of core office hours.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a commitment to recovery-focused practice, and the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with SEL Mind colleagues and within a multidisciplinary team in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. You will have strong line management experience and experience of delivering peer support services, including experience of working with people who have complex or heightened needs. You will also possess a strong understanding of the principles of peer support.  

Hybrid working is considered in line with policy.
