Job description

Location: Hybrid working - Part London (E14) office-based and part home working. The post holder will work a minimum of one day a week in the office.

Salary: £28,250 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Who we are looking for

Breakthrough T1D is the UK’s leading type 1 diabetes charity, dedicated to funding research, advocating for change, and supporting the T1D community. A year into our exciting rebrand from JDRF to Breakthrough T1D, we’re looking for a Supporter Care Coordinator

The role is very much supporter facing; in many cases you will be the first contact that supporters will have with Breakthrough T1D. You will be responsible for thanking supporters, dealing with queries and updating supporter details. You will also ensure that donations from supporters are entered accurately on the database and create reports for the Finance team. You will be required to develop good relationships with all teams and have the passion and desire to help out where necessary with additional tasks.

Experience required

You’ll have previous experience of:

  • Working in a customer service environment
  • Working on a recognised database
  • Administrative experience
