We’re looking for a proactive and organised Apprenticeship Onboarding Specialist to guide new apprentices from enquiry to programme start, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding journey.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for future apprentices, responsible for managing applications, conducting enrolment calls, supporting initial assessments, and ensuring all compliance documentation is complete and funding-ready.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in admin or customer service roles, working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; essential for stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Determination and tenacity to ensure timely onboarding
- A learner-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys
- Confidence and experience using digital systems (Google Suite; learning or CRM platforms)
- Knowledge or experience of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance

About the role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Delivery Team Leader for our Planning Technical Services Team. They are looking for an experienced planning officer to lead all administrative functions across their Planning Technical Services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
As the Customer Delivery Team Leader, you will lead and manage the administrative functions, including overseeing planning validations, pre-planning applications, complaint handling, performance reporting, planning appeals, support hearings and the development of internal processes.
You will manage projects and lead the team ensuring the effective delivery of administrative support across a range of Planning Services. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of planning systems and ensure efficient use of process management tools.

COMMUNITY HUB LEADER

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader at -Oasis Hub Hadley and Enfield, London.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, supporting the Oasis Academies and wider local community. The role will hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of projects such as family support, volunteering, advice and support, community events.
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Principals, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.
Some of the specific duties of this role include:
· Establishment and coordination of a range of services such as family support, holiday provision, volunteering and community empowerment projects.
· Building supportive working partnerships across the community and various groups.
· Leading strategic development (e.g. comms, income generation, MEL)
· Planning, resource and coordinate the community plan, measuring impact.

Safeguarding Officer
£45,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours per week (Full time)
Home based with travel around the Synod and occasional Synod Office attendance when directed
Southern Synod are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Officer. The post holder will be the main contact for the churches within Southern Synod to advise them on safeguarding children and adults at risk on a day-to-day basis, as well as providing training to a wide range of people as necessary. They will have excellent communication skills, broad experience of networking across organisations, expert knowledge of current statutory safeguarding legislation and the ability to work and travel independently.
Discretion and confidentiality is important, as is an awareness of and willingness to work with the aims, objectives, culture, challenges and Christian ethos of the United Reformed Church.
Main responsibilities:
· to be an advocate and role model for safeguarding in the Synod
· to advise and support the Synod and local Churches in safeguarding matters
· to deliver or enable safeguarding training
· to ensure that accurate records are kept, and relevant reports are completed
· to keep abreast of developments in safeguarding and maintain appropriate links
