About the role

We are looking for an experienced marcomms professional to help us upscale our campaigns activity. From leading the national Tomorrow’s Engineers Week campaign and leveraging external awareness days to increasing audience engagement with our work, this is a varied role working across the marketing, communications, PR mix. Most of our campaigns are either targeted at teachers and careers leaders working in schools or at companies in engineering and technology who want to build the future talent pool.
 

In this role you’ll drive the design, planning and execution of strategic campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences. You’ll create compelling content that promotes our activities across multiple channels, tracking and reporting on performance and engagement.
 

The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a baseline of 2 days (or 40%) a week in our vibrant central London office overlooking The Thames. Purpose of the role

The Role

We are looking for an Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our small but growing central office team. The post-holder will work closely with the Operations Manager, Head of Finance and Head of Impact & Service Delivery to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth-running of the charity, our impact and our service delivery.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Service Support

• Support the Operations Manager with managing film delivery to all our sites, including monitoring of KDMs and DCPs
• Support cinema sites by ensuring all our in-hospital marketing materials are up-to date and accurate, including:
  • Create monthly posters for all sites, and other ad-hoc posters
  • Create info cards about upcoming films
  • Update the film information on our Showtimes page of our website
  • Updating digital entrance screens
  • Ordering physical posters and standees from film distributors
  • Support on developing any new initiatives to promote our services in hospitals
• Deputising for the Operations Manager when required, including occasionally covering out-of-hours emergencies

Impact and Evaluation

Team Administrator (Philanthropy, Partnerships & Commercial)

Battersea is entering an exciting phase of innovation and transformation as we embark on the first year of our new five-year strategy. With increased investment in income generation starting in 2025, we are expanding our team to drive the growth necessary to achieve our organisational goals. Our Income Generation team bridges the journey of the animals in our care with the wider public, demonstrating how their contributions enable us to support every dog and cat. This is a new role working across Battersea’s Income Generation department, in particular, Philanthropy, Partnerships and Commercial (PP&C). This new role will provide effective EA support to the Head of PP&C, and to the Senior Corporate & Commercial Manager and the Senior Philanthropy & Trusts Manager). This role will manage external and internal communication to and from the Head of PP&C and the senior managers. Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and implementation of a content strategy to grow audience engagement through the Association’s website, e-newsletter and LabMed News (our member magazine). 
• Manage and innovate the content on Lab Tests Online (our patient-facing site) including supporting the Editor with editorial and review processes. 
• Liaise with editorial boards to ensure our digital content remains insightful and  relevant. 
• Commission, edit, and deliver high-quality content in partnership with editors, contributors, and topic experts. 
• Support the Publications and Communications Committee to ensure consistent quality and alignment with organisational goals. 
• Explore and implement opportunities for revenue generation through advertising and paid content. 
• Produce the Association’s Annual Report and contribute to business planning in collaboration with boards and teams. 
• Supervise the Marketing and Communications Officer, providing clear direction and support.

About the role

As our Temporary Finance Manager, you will be managing a finance assistant and will be part of our organisation’s Senior Leadership Team, helping to collaboratively shape and steer the charity as we work towards our 2022-2027 strategy. The Finance Manager is at the heart of Woman’s Trust; you will play an essential role and have oversight of not just the finance team - you will have direct exposure to CEO/Board Members and decision-making for the future of the organisation. 

We are looking for a highly motived Temporary Finance Manager with demonstrable experience working in a similar senior level role. You’ll be a fully or part qualified accountant e.g. CIMA/ACA/ACCA/Cipfa, with a thorough understanding of charity accounting.

Richmond Borough Mind is a vibrant local charity that has been supporting and providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for over 60 years. 

We are excited to be looking for a Young Adults Peer Support Worker. You will have your own lived experience of mental ill health and be able to use this experience as well as your professional skills and knowledge, to support others.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We will be offering holistic and personalised care and support to service users and carers.

This role will carry caseload and deliver a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed. Referrals could be young adults, careleavers, people currently under adult mental health services, or carers supporting people in the community.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicants will have the skills to provide person-centred support, through one-to-one sessions and through facilitating groups. You will bring your management experience of providing services to women experiencing Domestic Violence and Abuse including VAWG.
