Main Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the Charity's objectives and resonate with our target audience.

• Develop creative concepts, visuals, and messaging.

Digital Marketing and Content Creation:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, website, and digital advertising, to maximise reach and engagement.
• Design and execute email marketing and donor campaigns.
• Optimise website content and user experience.
• Implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Generate compelling stories, testimonials, and case studies.
• Develop multimedia content and write persuasive copy for marketing materials, fundraising appeals, event promotions, and donor communications.

Brand Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment online.
• Conduct periodic brand audits.
• Champion the Charity's brand values and mission.
• Set up tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.
• Analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarising campaign results, trends, and insights for internal stakeholders.

Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and those who care about them. About the role:

As the Fundraising Executive you will work to grow income through developing our community engagement, attracting, building and managing relationships with a range of supporters (individual donors and fundraisers, community groups, local businesses, volunteers etc). You will lead on the stewardship of events and challenges, including our annual Step Up campaign, by supporting individuals and groups to raise funds through fundraising activities. The post-holder will also support the recording of donations, send appropriate acknowledgements, review fundraising materials, and prepare fundraising content for social media, our website and our quarterly magazine, Tidings. The right candidate will be in a prime position for career progression as we grow our small team.

Core role responsibilities

 · Working alongside the Fundraising Manager to implement the fundraising strategy, with a focus on building unrestricted income

This is a broad and exciting role which includes strategy and communication, influencer and celebrity management, media management and reporting.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading our press and media strategy to support the delivery of our organisational fundraising and brand awareness goals. Working collaboratively with colleagues on our communication and media strategies, you will deliver plans to support fundraising activity, and strengthen our position as experts in children’s palliative care.

You will take the lead on generating creative, engaging content and ideas for fundraising and brand awareness campaigns that drive increased targeted engagement to showcase our work and deliver our fundraising ambition You will be responsible for delivering the press office function and crisis management.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advocate to join our team covering Perthshire. You will be involved in one-to-one advocacy along with group work across the area; this could be in a clients home or other suitable community venue, and be home based for telephone referrals and administrative tasks.  Therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential. 

Full time Advocates will work 35 hours per week, between Monday and Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.  Applicants who do not hold the Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy will start on £22,500 per annum.

Our ESOL service was established in 2017 and now runs 5 days per week and offers English lessons for resettled refugees and an English Club with an emphasis on learning skills for integration into UK society. We are a growing team of ESOL tutors and creche teams providing training to help refugees and their families to resettle in Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire.

SUMMARY OF POST

The ESOL Creche Deputy is a qualified childcare professional able to deputise and support the ESOL Creche Team Leader. You perform a key role caring for children, maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment and imparting your knowledge and skills to others. You are a creative and reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice. You will also be expected to hold a minimum NNEB/NVQ Level 2 in Children’s Care Learning & Development, or equivalent qualification and will have experience of working with pre-school age children. Clean driving license and access to a car are essential for this role. Creche operates 9.30am-2.30pm. Staff meetings will take place outside these hours.

Reports to: ESOL Creche Team Leader.

Key Internal Relations: Refugee and Migrant Services: Support Team, ESOL Tutors and ESOL Coordinator.

Key External Relations: Venue contacts and clients.

You will also be expected to hold a minimum NNEB/NVQ Level 2 in Children's care, learning and development, or equivalent qualification and will have experience of working with pre-school age children.

• Provide personalised brief intervention and social prescribing support to individuals, their families and carers.

• Provide person-centred support to enable clients to identify their health and wellbeing needs and goals. Co-produce support plans with clients to discuss what’s important, where they would like to be in the future and how we can support them to achieve this. 

• Manage and prioritise a caseload to ensure clients' needs, priorities and urgent support are met.

• MYcommunity Lambeth works in partnership with a large number of statutory and community services and organisations across the borough. You will link clients with appropriate services to meet their needs. It is vital to have a strong understanding of when it is necessary to refer someone back to health care professionals/ agencies when the client’s needs are beyond the scope of the MYcommunity team.

Job Overview:

To provide a Customer Call Centre as the "first point of contact" within Look Ahead for customers, staff, contractors and external agencies for rent, housing benefit, service charge, repairs, complaints and customer support queries.

Working Patterns are Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm

What you'll do:

- As a member of the Customer Call Centre be the first point of contact for customers and staff throughout the organisation on all enquiries

- Deal with enquiries on Housing Management, Maintenance and Customer Support

- Receive and action maintenance requests for owned, managed or leased properties

- Receive, log and transfer complaints received in accordance with Look Ahead's policy and procedure

- Data entry into IT systems and databases for reporting and performance indicators

- Support of administration functions within the team

Key Responsibilities:

- To receive enquiries in all formats and be the first point of contact to resolve or action/escalate accordingly

- To resolve and provide information on initial rent, housing benefit and service charge enquiries

- To provide details on Look Ahead's Support function for customers or external agencies to include Support Worker or scheme contact details and referral process

- To log and transfer complaints in accordance with Look Ahead's procedure and policy

- Receive and action maintenance requests for owned, managed or leased properties to include responsive repairs, void/empty property repairs, insurance, rechargeable, planned, cyclical and servicing works. Monitoring the progress of works orders to including updating, varying, and completing work orders

- Data entry into IT systems and databases for reporting and performance indicators

- Provide support in the duties of the other administration roles within the team (including occasional reception cover)

- To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with policy and procedures

- To maintain files either in paper and electronic format to include all correspondence, certificates and documentation

- To produce correspondence or documentation to be sent internally or externally

- Attend internal and external meetings or forums to promote Property Services and Look Ahead

- Any other duties relevant within the team as and when required

What you'll bring:

Essential:

- Educated as a minimum to GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

- IT literate and can use Microsoft software packages and housing management systems

- Customer service skills especially verbal

- At least two years experience in working in a call centre, property and/or customer services environment

As a partnership of the diverse voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across north east London and the Integrated Care Board we collaborate to ensure that the design and delivery of health and care services works for residents across north east London. We are now seeking a motivated and creative individual to lead the next steps in the development of the North East London Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector Collaborative (the VCSE Collaborative) as part of the sub-regional Integrated Care System.

The position will be hosted by Tower Hamlets CVS although the post holder will be accountable to the VCSE Collaborative Leadership Group and will be expected to work equitably across the north east London sub-region.

This senior role will manage and oversee OTR’s Wellbeing services, which include our listening support and counselling offerings for young people in the community and at schools, colleges, and universities across BaNES, and will also include our new social prescribing service.

The post holder will be part of OTR’s senior management team (SMT), working closely with the Head of Voice Services and Head of Resources as well as the CEO to actively oversee the growth and development of the organisation, and delivery of our strategy.
