CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our marketing team at CoppaFeel! – this role will play an essential part in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team at CoppaFeel!, with ambitious plans happening in 2026, and the opportunity to own and develop a new area of our business.
We’re seeking an individual with experience in developing and nurturing relationships with high profile ambassadors and patrons in the charity sector. The right candidate will take the lead in identifying cross-functional projects across our organisation where high profile ambassadors and patrons could help further our work to end the late diagnosis of breast cancer in young people, including fundraising, influencing and awareness raising campaigns. The successful candidate will be confident project managing high profile relationships, with existing connections to talent, as well as being fully immersed in youth culture. They will have experience and understanding of working with influential external stakeholders, and will play a key role in shaping new opportunities in this area for CoppaFeel!.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced ambassador professional who wants to make an impact at a small organisation with their vision and innovation. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Education teams within the organisation.
You’ll sit within the Marketing department and report to the Marketing Director. You’ll work closely with the Senior Engagement & Events Manager, Content Manager, Senior Challenge Events Manager, Head of Partnerships, Storyteller Manager and Senior Policy Manager.
This is a fixed term role for 18 months. The role is part time for 3 days per week.
Duties & Responsibilities

Help raise awareness of CoppaFeel! amongst 18-24 year olds by creating, developing, and nurturing long-term, high-level relationships and strategic engagement plans for ambassadors and high profile supporters that resonate with this group. Lead on creating our ambassador and high profile supporter strategy, and manage how this is executed across the organisation.

Lead collaboration with teams across CoppaFeel!, including Marketing, Fundraising and Education to create plans to integrate our ambassadors and high profile supporters. Provide expert guidance on celebrity and ambassador activity to ensure alignment with our values and strategic objectives.

Develop and deliver an effective Ambassador Relations strategy that drives impact across campaigns and cross-organisational projects. Create new opportunities that contribute to CoppaFeel!’s strategic and financial goals.

Play a lead role in identifying and creating new ambassador and high profile supporter relationships.

Develop new and meaningful engagement opportunities for existing and prospective ambassadors, patrons and high profile supporters, ensuring best in class planning, delivery, and relationship management. Finding captains for our fundraising treks.

Work closely with the Marketing Department and Marketing Director to establish effective processes around ambassador management, including social media management, and impact reporting

Work in partnership with the full Marketing team to ensure strong executions and delivery of overall results.

Support our organisation’s Press function, working collaboratively with our Press agency and Marketing Director to identify appropriate opportunities for ambassadors and high profile talent.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role leading on ambassador and high profile supporter relationship management, either client or agency side.

Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Bermondsey, near Surrey Quays station. This location has step free and lift access. Work from home can be flexible upon prior agreement with Head of Service (Line Manager)
Salary: £41,600
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Onsite face to face service, with flexibility around these hours required as per resident and service requirements. All managers, including this position will take part in the out of hours on call duty.
About the Role
We're seeking a Service Manager to lead our new service which is opening based in Bermondsey, an Independent Approved Premises (IAP) commissioned by Criminal Justice Services (CJS). The service works with residents who have recently been released from prison and helps them to reintegrate into the community, and restart their journey to independence. The team will identify resident needs alongside any licensing restrictions, and will create tailored, person centred support plans including housing support, activities, and personal journey outcomes to help them to reintegrate. The team work in a multi disciplinary approach, working alongside probation services, job centres, mental health teams, and other community partners, with a focus on risk management and public protection.
As a Service Manager, you will lead the team by providing line management and leadership support to enable and empower the team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will drive service outcomes in line with our contractual requirements, ensuring quality, consistency, within a trauma informed setting. You will ensure all aspects of the service run smoothly and in collaboration with our internal teams and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, and has a real passion to create a safe space where individuals can thrive to meet personal outcomes.

- Develop and implement campaign plans for the Society’s events, courses and venue.

About the role
Our moderators manage Facebook groups of up to 18,000 virtual challenge participants. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the sector, supporting them to raise five and six figure sums.
This role is perfect for skilled fundraisers who can provide excellent supporter care, and is best suited as an additional source of income (the majority of our team are freelancers and consultants). You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm and adhere to our sub-three hour response time.
As a Fundraising Group Moderator, you would be responsible for:

The Sporting Events Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing income from individuals taking on sporting challenges and effectively managing relationships to maximise income.
As Sporting Events Administrator, you will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. You will work closely with the Sporting Event Managers (SEM) and Sporting Event Officers (SEO) to drive the continued growth of the charity’s sporting event fundraising income. You will also be required to show excellent organisation and relationship-building skills to support supporters.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a secondment period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service to Sporting Event fundraisers, to acknowledge support and increase long-term loyalty.
· Ensure fundraisers and volunteers have all necessary materials for fundraising initiatives.
· Keep up to date with fundraising legislation and codes of practice to be able to provide relevant advice to fundraisers.
· Effective management of administrative support for team, including accurate recording of sporting fundraising data in the Salesforce database.
Event and Supporter Management
· Support the team in managing the sporting events as agreed with the Sporting Events Manager (SEM). Including recruitment of sporting places, recruitment of volunteers, communications plans, event marketing and event attendance.
· Working alongside the SEM and the SEO to manage the stewardship of all supporters.
· Build and manage relationships with prospective and current sporting fundraising supporters through prompt, helpful, professional and friendly contact.
