The UK Cyber Security Council works to bring together stakeholders to build and drive engagement in the cyber security profession, through developing standards and ethical practice, demystifying career routes into the profession and promoting the profession.

4. Main Duties and Responsibilities
· To lead the delivery of the organisations marketing and communications (marcomms) strategy plan.
· To lead the development of strategic marketing and communication plans across all programmes, products and services.
· To ensure that marketing and communications across the organisation reflect and align with the UK Cyber Security Councils brand, vision, mission and values.
· To oversee and deal with brand governance issues and to drive, manage and implement marketing solutions and promotions that support agreed brand awareness targets.
· To manage our digital and social media channels and to ensure that all programmes and services are promoted effectively through these channels.

Role Context
The Accelerating Reform Fund is an initiative launched in 2023 by the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) which aims to transform social care services, making them more responsive to the needs of the community. It is a national programme, with 42 regions taking part and contributing to a national evaluation led by Ipsos. Greater Manchester (GM) is one of the ARF regions – we have formed a consortium across the GM Integrated Care System area consisting of the ten local authorities, health and VCSE partners to deliver projects on two themes:
1. Services that reach out to, and involve, unpaid carers through the hospital discharge process. (We have 8 hospital discharge projects across GM currently in the delivery phase across GM)
2. Improving respite options for carers via the community-based care model, Shared Lives through increasing workforce and exploring flexible options to reduce risk of carer breakdowns (Our main, GM wide, projects are delivering a regional communications campaign to raise awareness of Shared Lives and recruit more carers, and developing an early intervention model of Shared Lives supporting people living with dementia).
Gaddum was appointed to provide dedicated infrastructure support to ensure effective coordination and delivery of ARF projects and the GM consortium. This includes secretariat and project management responsibilities, financial oversight, leadership on coproduction, stakeholder engagement, and liaison with national partners.
Role Purpose
The Lived Experience Coordinator will sit within Gaddum’s Coproduction team but work closely with the ARF infrastructure team consisting of Senior Project Manager and Project Administrator and our appointed external marketing and communications partner agency to ensure a seamless, joined-up approach to embedding engagement and coproduction in the ARF in line with the overall project aims and timelines.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that people with lived experience (PWLE) are enabled and empowered to contribute to project design, steering, evaluation, and decision-making processes in the ARF, thereby driving service transformation and improvement across all ten GM Local Authority Social Care Systems and partner organisations. This will include providing expert advice, information and guidance to project teams on embedding coproduction approaches; establishing and supporting a lived experience steering group for our Shared Lives project, supporting the recruitment and development of PWLE representatives, and fostering inclusive, accessible opportunities for their involvement; and leading on a Community Research project to ensure lived experience voices shape the evaluation and subsequent recommendations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Coproduction Support
• Provide specialist information, guidance, and support about service user/carer engagement and involvement to Adult Social Care staff, partners and stakeholders across a range of services and departments in Greater Manchester, either individually to project teams or in our established GM Carers Leads meetings.
• Provide and signpost to best practice tools and resources to support project teams with their coproduction initiatives.
• Compile and share case studies showcasing examples of best practice in coproduction across the ARF consortium to facilitate learning and improvement.
• Maintain records and data and provide regular monitoring reports on outcomes, including end of project evaluation report. Lived Experience Steering group management.
• Set up and provide ongoing management of a new Lived Experience Steering Group consisting of people with lived experience of Shared Lives across GM (carers and service users) ensuring the underpinning principles of coproduction are explained and embedded.
• Manage the recruitment and support of specific members for any additional opportunities.
• Identify and, wherever possible, remove barriers to member participation including but not limited to travel, childcare, carer responsibilities and/or translation costs.
• Ensure Lived Experience Representatives receive inductions and training suitable for their level of engagement and ensure they are properly off boarded when their involvement ends.
• Coordinate regular meetings and events via a hybrid approach of face-to-face and virtual.
• Liaise and collaborate with our external creative agency partner who are leading on the delivery of the Communications and Marketing Campaign for Shared Lives.
• Collaborate with the ARF infrastructure support team (Senior Project Manager and Project Administrator) and relevant ARF subgroups to ensure work is joined up and seamless and feedback loops between the various groups are closed.
• Assist Lived Experience Representatives to capture their experiences into their CV’s or find opportunities in the community where people with lived experience are needed to help develop services, creating links with Gaddum’s Coproduction Management Committee where relevant.
• Maintain records and data and provide regular monitoring reports on outcomes, including end of project evaluation report. Community Research evaluation project.
• Working to an agreed methodology, recruit and support a small group of Community Researchers to lead on ethnographic story collection across the ARF programme to capture on the ground lived experience perspectives.
• Work with key stakeholders across the various ARF project to coordinate the implementation of this project and agree how this will contribute to the overall evaluation of the programme.
• With the group of Community Researchers, lead on the collation and analysis of stories, emerging learning and recommendations, and designing a strategy for presentation of the research for maximum impact.
• Liaise and collaborate with the ARF infrastructure support team (Senior Project Manager and Project Administrator) and relevant ARF stakeholders to ensure project complements other monitoring and evaluation activities and aligns with broader evaluation plans.
• Contribute to Gaddum newsletters, website, and meetings, sharing information and learning form the project.
• Maintain records and data and provide regular monitoring reports on progress and outcomes, including an end of project evaluation report.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to help us to manage our charity. Reporting to the CEO, you will be driven to helping us successfully support people who are visually impaired or deaf in North Somerset. No two days will be the same, from managing the rental of our conference room to other local groups, to preparing reports and documents to send to funders, you will find the role ever changing and interesting. A key person in the office, you will help support the work of other team members and become a valuable asset to the charity.

This is an exciting time for First Give, as we have recently launched our three-year strategy and our ambition to activate the generosity of a million young people by 2034. In order to meet the requirements of the organisation for this ambitious growth a new 3 year fundraising strategy has been developed which includes expanding and diversifying our fundraising streams into Corporate and HNWI. We have also recently launched recruitment for a Fundraising Campaign Board Chair. The Campaign, A Route to A Million, aims to raise an additional £1.5 million over the next 3 years.
Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from High Net Worth Individuals and developing corporate partnerships – from first engagement to account management and delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Deputy Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident fundraiser and communicator with experience managing and deepening relationships with both individuals and corporates – someone who thrives on strategy, storytelling, and social impact.

Corporate Partnerships
- Work with the Deputy Director and members of the Campaign Board to develop a proactive pipeline of corporate partners, focusing on strategic alignment, mutual benefit and long-term value
- Lead on developing tailored pitches, proposal decks and partner materials
- Support the delivery of corporate partnerships, including recognition, benefits, volunteering engagement and impact reporting
Donor Engagement and Stewardship
- Work with the Deputy Director and Campaign Board to identify and cultivate new HNWI prospects
- Collaborate with members of First Give’s Fundraising Campaign Board to generate and support with requests for funding to HNWI and Corporates
- Develop and implement a HNWI outreach strategy, including managing a cultivation pipeline and tracking engagement milestones
- Coordinate and deliver engaging stewardship activities and materials, including tailored updates, reports, and thank-you communications
Person Specification
Essential Experience and Skills
- Demonstrable success in securing significant income from Corporates and HNWI
- Strong experience managing relationships with institutional donors, from cultivation to reporting
- Excellent written communication skills – able to craft compelling, strategic proposals and reports
- Understanding of corporate fundraising and partnership delivery, including employee engagement and volunteering
- Confident and personable – able to represent First Give at events and in donor meetings
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders or board members
- Strong pipeline management and ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple prospects and reporting requirements

At a time of change, and as demand for their service increases, the organisation are now recruiting for a dynamic new Director of Casework on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Casework will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and will have overall responsibility for the entire casework function and the efficient delivery of pro bono work through projects and partnership work. Your role will encompass overseeing, reviewing and refining the casework process, leading on quality management and leveraging digital tools to enhance service efficiency and improvement. You will provide strong leadership for the Casework team on a daily basis, act as first point of contact for any complaints or escalated cases and will actively contribute to the organisation’s wider strategy whilst building and maintaining strong relationships across the legal field.
To be considered for this position, you will be passionate about access to justice and an experienced senior leader with experience of managing and leading teams in a casework environment and/or complaints handling environment. You will have demonstrable experience of court processes, or a law qualification, and will have experience in delivering organisational change and continuous improvement across a service for the benefit of both service users and staff.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and talented individual with strong project management skills to lead the delivery of the training function within the BSI. We are working in partnership with the Church of England who are seeking an Independent Chair for their Racial Justice Panel.
The Racial Justice Panel (RJP) was established by the Archbishops’ Council in December 2024 following the successful conclusion of the work on the Archbishops' Commission for Racial Justice led by the Lord Boateng PC, CVO. The RJP is to provide independent assurance that the work of racial justice is being carried out effectively by the Church, in accordance with agreed plans and wider best practice.
The RJP Panel, albeit a critical friend, maintains its independence, offering rigorous scrutiny and challenge to the Church in its work on racial justice including examining progress against strategic and delivery plans. It shall produce an annual report to be laid before the General Synod.
The RJP are looking to appoint an experienced independent Chair who will provide excellent leadership, direction and independent scrutiny and challenge to the Church of England and bring external expertise from holding a highly senior role.
They are looking for an independent chair who:
- Is a gifted leader, who will support the Church of England in further strengthening its safeguarding arrangements and partnerships.
- Is passionate about working collaboratively at all levels, with a proven track record in improvement work at a national level.
- Knows how to hold organisations to account and possesses the skills to support the development of senior leaders.
- Understands through senior level personal experience, the core aspects of racial justice at a national level and in the field of statutory and/or voluntary sector.
- Is empathetic, strategic, emotional and has analytical skills, and able to act as a ‘critical friend’ in supporting and challenging people and institutions to help improve their racial justice focus, practice and arrangements.
- Has a relevant academic or professional qualification.
- Has an understanding of the structure of the Church of England and an appreciation for the role that faith plays in the context of racial justice.
The successful candidate will be a senior leader, with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Please note: Experience of church structures and practices, either professionally or personally, are neither a barrier nor a qualification required for this role. However, the candidate must be in sympathy with the aims and work of the Church of England.
The AC is due to be replaced by CENS in 2-3 years’ time, and the role of the RJP will be reviewed once CENS is established.
