Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness services. We work to improve services through research, guidance and learning, and campaign for policy change that will ensure everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.

Reporting to our Research Manager, you will help us deliver our Research Strategy by helping to develop and deliver a range of funding schemes. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• support the delivery of specific funding competitions, such as our funding on the Impact of Climate Change on Health and in Mental Health research

Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity and works with thousands of schools and young people across the UK through its programmes.

Our Education Programmes are focused on engaging primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges across the UK to take part in our programmes and ensure LGBT+ young people can thrive. Just Like Us has already worked with thousands of schools and gained recognition for our Growing up LGBT+ report (2020) and our Positive Futures report (2023). • Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes, including Pride Groups, School Talks and School Diversity Week

Location: This role is contractually based in Central London; however, we currently operate a hybrid working model with regular whole team face to face meetings once a month. Purpose of Post

This is a position offering someone with the appropriate values and experience, the opportunity to play a pivotal part in our small HR team (Head of HR and Senior HR Coordinator). As an HR Support Assistant we would expect you to have a strong customer service focus with a remit of providing high quality and accurate effective HR administration service relating to the recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities

We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.

Job Purpose:

You will be joining Women in Prison’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly to support the administrative and operational needs across different areas in the team including major donor giving, individual giving, trusts and foundations and legacy giving.

Day to day tasks will include managing the fundraising team’s administration function, carrying out prospect research, thanking donors and donation tracking, and providing support for various fundraising activities such as supporter/cultivation events. You will also build productive relationships with individual supporters and organisations through the delivery of exceptional supporter care.

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People team.

You'll play a crucial role in supporting the administration and coordination of learning and organisational development initiatives with the charity, ensuring the smooth implementation of training programmes, development initiatives and cultural change projects across the organisation.

You'll maintain records and certifications to ensure compliance with learning and training regulations, whilst developing, maintaining and supporting the LMS by running reports, uploading relevant content and responding to queries. You'll coordinate the delivery of onboarding induction, continued L+D programmes, and OD interventions as required.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in providing administrative support in HR or L+D
• CIPD qualification and/or working towards attaining a professional qualification in the field of learning and organisational development
• Administrative experience with an LMS
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

SAPHNA is a professional organisation and charity established in 2006. We are the voice of school and public health nurses across the UK, and the Crown Dependencies. Our mission is to achieve equality and excellence in school nursing practice leading to improved health outcomes and reduce health inequalities for all school aged children, young people and their families and communities.

We strive to take forward the Public Health agenda by working in partnerships to influence health, care policy, and support the workforce, for the benefit of children and young people and the communities where they live and learn.

The initial contract is 12 months fixed term with a view to extension. There will be a 3 month probational period.

24 hours per week, £33,000-35,000 pa, pro rata and depending on experience. Pension included.

The role is home based with ability and willingness to travel across UK when required. Flexible working hours to be agreed and to meet the needs of the organisation. Holiday allowance is 25 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays.

Main Responsiblities: 

• Supporting the Professional Officer in managing finance, human resources, risk management, quality, operational change, board activities and business planning for the organisation.
• Providing programme management support for SAPHNA bidding, budget, invoicing, and contract management processes.
• To support the development and delivery of SAPHNA business planning and prioritisation, including horizon scanning and creating business cases and new opportunities for income generation. 
• To support the Professional Officer in ensuring all the organisations charitable obligations are met.
• To support the Professional Officer and SAPHNA team as required in any other related work- streams.
• Line manage the administrator assistant and have organisation oversight and governance responsibilities of the office based processes.
