Our office in London provides a support function of central services to our communities to enable them to operate at the most effective level with a focus on delivering quality care and support.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships reports to the CEO and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with the Director of Finance, the Director of Operations and Facilities Business Manager.  The SLT is responsible for the leadership, culture and oversight of Keychange in the Central Office and Community Sites.

Key focus of this role:

• Driving external partnership growth, including instigating national and local partnerships
• Advocacy and influence, including understanding local and national government and policy targets and sector themes and trajectories

Tutor The Nation (TTN) is looking for a new team member to lead their school partnerships and help grow our rapidly expanding charity. We are looking for someone who can manage our relationships with schools, overseeing the matching process of our pupils and volunteer tutors, as well as supporting other aspects of the day to day running of the charity.

Our Director of School and Pupil Partnerships will spend the majority of their time matching our pupils with a suitable volunteer for online tutoring, managing existing and new school partnerships, and pushing for growth. Main Purpose of the Role 

The main objectives of the Corporate Fundraising Manager role is to lead the Corporate Partnerships programme; sourcing, developing and sustaining funding partnerships with a wide range of companies. As the Director of Network Impact at Home-Start UK, your role is to help equip our Home-Start network to face into all of these challenges.

As an established senior leader, you will have with a track record of managing complex relationships – possibly, but not necessarily, within a federated or networked environment. You will have achieved significant impact in relevant aspects of the role, bring credibility in relevant fields, and professional experience of safeguarding and child protection.

Director of Finance and Corporate Services

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Centrepoint and help so many marginalised young people to change their stories today and to solve an intractable problem in the future.

As the new Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will play a critical role working alongside a dynamic and ambitious Senior Executive Team, Chief Executive Seyi Obakin and the Board of Trustees.

Our Director of Finance and Corporate Services will be instrumental in strengthening the organisation ensuring that Centrepoint is healthy and stable financially, while also considering long-term funding strategies. You will also take executive responsibility for financial operations; technology and business systems; internal audit and assurance; regulatory and professional compliance; and procurement.

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced leader who is commercially astute and a strategic thinker, at ease with promoting an insight led approach while supporting innovative ideas and translating broad goals into specific actions. You will be an excellent networker, communicator and influencer who is skilled in representing and promoting an organisation with different audiences, at different levels and in different contexts. Critically, you will be bringing demonstrable experience of initiating, leading, and delivering significant change and transformation across complex organisations.

Spitalfields Crypt Trust: Deputy Director of Services

A new and exciting opportunity to join this amazing East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness or suffering from addiction.  The post holder will be at the heart of managing, shaping, and developing SCT’s services, including all aspects of our Therapeutic Programmes, Supported Housing Team, Training and Development, Housing First provision, and emerging women’s and community-based services.

Salary: £40,777 - £48,984

Executive Director

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director to lead a small charity who work within the Jewish community to make it more inclusive of LGBT+ people through education, consultancy and training.

Position: Executive Director

Location: London (King Cross) / Hybrid (minimum one day a week in the office)

Salary: FTE £47,000 to £53,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours flexitime, including a paid hour for lunch each working day. Core hours are 10am-4pm. Will seriously consider applicants requesting 4 days per week or a job-share

About the role:

As Executive Director you will lead a small team – Head of Education (full time), Head of Community Life (full time) and Programme and Volunteer Officer (full time), working with a charity that has a vision of a world where no one is forced to choose between their LGBT+ and Jewish identity.

As the only charity doing this in the UK, the charity works in partnership with communities to identify their goals, then tailor  support so they can achieve them.

Key responsibilities of the Executive Director:

• Delivering the organisation’s priorities as laid out in the 2022-2027 strategy
• Ensuring financial sustainability through devising and executing a fundraising strategy and carefully managing the organisational budget

• Sensitive, compassionate leadership and management of the professional team
• Working in close partnership with the Board of Trustees
• Effective accounting and governance
• Monitoring and managing risk via the risk register and seeking legal advice where necessary
• Managing key stakeholders both internal (e.g. volunteers) and external (e.g. communal partners, the wider LGBT+ sector)
• Being the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the charity

About you:

• The ability to speak and write confidently and authentically about LGBT+ issues
• Strategic leadership, planning and decision-making experience in a commercial, not-for-profit or public service setting
• Line management experience, including the ability to inspire and empower a staff team
• Understanding of the charity and voluntary sector, including the funding environment in which charities operate
• Highly effective relationship-builder across multiple arenas (internal stakeholders, external partners, funders etc)
• Knowledge and experience of strategic planning and business development, including operational planning and delivery management
• Knowledge and working experience of organisational finance and budget planning cycles
• Experience working with, and preferably in, the UK Jewish community
• Positive, problem-solving and solutions-oriented

Although not essential it would also be beneficial if you have some of the following skills / experience:

• Delivering training or education in a Jewish setting
• Experience in fundraising
• Understand and experience in print, social and broadcast media
• Experience working with the LGBT+ community
• Experience in using CRMs such as Salesforce
