About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role within the Marketing and Communications team, leading the day-to-day delivery and performance of our digital channels. This includes overseeing website content and UX, managing digital advertising campaigns, optimising SEO, and producing digital content particularly short-form video for our key audiences. The role will also work closely with internal teams to support campaign and project delivery, while contributing to a consistent and data-led digital approach across the organisation. This position reports to the Senior Digital and Marketing Manager and will work alongside colleagues and suppliers to improve brand visibility and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer with experience in delivering integrated campaigns across web, email, and social platforms. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in areas such as paid media buying, analytics, and search engine optimisation, with a proven ability to drive engagement and deliver measurable results. A working knowledge of video editing and CMS platforms (particularly WordPress) is also important. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, highly organised, and bring a creative mindset to optimising digital content and experiences for our audiences.
Role purpose
This role exists to drive the performance and quality of WorldSkills UK’s digital marketing. The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, audience-focused content and campaigns that strengthen the organisation’s reach, improve the user experience across our platforms, and help generate increased awareness and participation in our programmes. By bringing key digital functions back in-house, this role will enhance efficiency, support cost savings, and ensure WorldSkills UK remains visible, competitive, and aligned with strategic priorities in the Further Education (FE) and skills sector. The postholder will also play a key role in ensuring our digital content reflects our organisational values, including accessibility, inclusion and relevance to diverse audiences across the UK.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Website management:
- Lead the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring it is fully optimised for SEO, UX, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to enhance the user journey and help deliver WorldSkills UK’s strategy.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand multimedia content, including text, images, and videos, to maintain a dynamic online presence.
- Conduct comprehensive audits focusing on CRO, usability, accessibility, and site functionality, with strategic guidance from the Senior Digital and Marketing Manager; prioritise actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements.
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and providing insights to optimise user engagement.
- Manage and update the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring functionality, security, and mobile friendliness, while coordinating with developers to troubleshoot technical issues and introduce new features.
- Take ownership of SEO and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies, leading monthly reviews to monitor performance and increase website reach.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, providing an inclusive experience for all users.
Social media and paid advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to support WorldSkills UK’s marketing objectives.
- Work with our PPC agency to increase traffic to the website.
- Align paid social media efforts with organic strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital and Marketing manager and external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns, including briefing, asset preparation, and performance reviews.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting to refine strategies and maximise impact supported by the Senior Digital and Marketing Manager.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet WorldSkills UK’s Key Performance Indicators.
Video editing and multimedia:
- Collaborate with the other members of the Marcoms team to plan, produce, and deliver engaging multimedia content, including videos and photography, that aligns with campaign objectives and supports both digital and organic communication strategies.
- Ensure video content is high quality and compliant with accessibility best practices, including subtitling and captioning.
- Manage video and image content libraries, ensuring materials are properly labelled and easily accessible for cross-platform use.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring all content reflects a wide range of voices and perspectives.
- Regularly evaluate content performance, using analytics to inform improvements and innovations.
- Edit WorldSkills UK video content for use at events, on social media and web.
Reporting and insights:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, inform strategy, and drive continuous improvement.

This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected that the postholder will attend the office once or twice a week.

BACKGROUND
Ashiana is a ‘by and for’ women's led BME VAWG service with 30 years’ experience in delivering a holistic range of specialist services to South Asian, Turkish and Middle Eastern women affected by VAWG.
OUR SERVICES
Ashiana runs three refuges with a total of 29 bedspaces; specifically for women aged 16-35 fleeing forced marriage. This multi award winning project is the only service of its kind in the UK and is highly innovative in terms of addressing an area of significant need not met in other refuge provision. Within these refuges we designate a number of bedspaces for women with no recourse to public funds. We offer an advice and support service to women and girls who are experiencing VAWG, enabling them to make informed decisions and exit violent relationships. We provide a legal service supporting women with no recourse to public funds to help resolve their immigration status.
Counselling is offered for women and girls affected by VAWG. The counselling service works from an integrative stance, with the focus of providing a holistic service whereby we also work alongside other services and provide specialist domestic violence group work. The emphasis of therapeutic work with our clients is from a trauma informed model.
We also deliver an education programme for young people in secondary schools in East London aimed at preventing domestic violence and enabling young people experiencing domestic violence to access appropriate services. The prevention service includes delivering a whole school approach in schools to young people as well as group work to women and girls across North East London boroughs as well as community engagement activities and delivery. We deliver a range of awareness raising workshops for young people in the community and training on domestic violence for professionals in the voluntary and statutory sector.
PRIMARY TASK
The post is instrumental in overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive package of services and care for women in our refuges. To provide a safe environment and a service that is appropriate to the needs of young BME women particularly those from South Asian, Turkish and Middle Eastern communities and to support ex-clients following resettlement.
The post holder will have a caseload of clients and be responsible for providing advice, advocacy, casework and support to women and girls, advocating on behalf of these women and making others aware of their particular needs. The post-holder is required to demonstrate sensitivity and an awareness of the culture and needs of minoritised communities in all aspects of their duties and responsibilities.

Operation Christmas Child UK (OCC) has implemented a strategic volunteer ministry, investing in teams of volunteers who will multiply themselves and hugely extend the reach of OCC’s mission.
OCC is the world’s largest shoebox appeal where Samaritan’s Purse, together with local churches here and overseas, distributes from the UK 1/4 million gift-filled shoeboxes annually to children in need overseas and in so doing demonstrates God’s love in a tangible way while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
A resourceful and energetic Regional Manager is needed to recruit, select, equip, and lead teams of volunteers throughout the 32 London boroughs.
You will be passionate about developing others towards highly effective ministry, teamwork and increased personal competency.
You will also directly engage churches to participate in OCC in areas not yet covered by Connect volunteers. A special opportunity will be engaging London churches that have partnered with our sister ministry, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for the June 2025 God Loves You Tour London.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data & Insights Manager to lead on the day-to-day development, implementation and utilisation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools through our data management platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is pivotal to embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making across Amref UK, ensuring the integrity and strategic use of our data to enable strategic growth in supporter engagement, retention and income generation.
The Data & Insights Manager will be a key point of contact for colleagues across the organisation, playing an instrumental role in shaping how we gather, manage and utilise data at Amref UK. They will be critical in providing expertise and establishing new ways of working across keys Amref UK teams, including Supporter Engagement, Programmes & Strategic Partnerships, Finance, Operations and Senior Management. The postholder will be the organisational expert in Microsoft Dynamics working with senior leaders, Amref HQ ICT, Amref’s global Fundraising & Marketing Development team (FMD) and third-party vendors to develop, implement and integrate processes and reporting tools that aid analysis and insight. They will be responsible for delivering improved functionality and system upgrades while maintaining data integrity and compliance requirements. Expertise in relational database design and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics would also be an advantage.
To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to be a team player who brings a combination of technical expertise, communication skills and business change experience.

Background to Role
The Healthier Lifestyle team at Age UK Croydon offers a range of inclusive and accessible activities and events across the borough of Croydon combining exercise, and social engagement in a variety of local settings. These sessions help reduce isolation, improve independence, prevent falls, increase fitness levels and manage health conditions. They also provide social engagement and interaction, information and support around living with dementia, a safe and welcoming space for all to engage and relax.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to lead our Healthier Lifestyle team which includes a team of 3 part-time Project Officers, one Dementia Support Officer, Dementia Project officer and a great team of volunteers. Addressing health inequalities and fulfilling our mission means that the Healthier Lifestyles service has opportunity to grow and expand. We want to reach younger older people to encourage “Act Now Age Well”
An important element of this role will be looking for opportunities to develop existing services and to introduce new services including some paid services. The Healthier Lifestyles Manager is a member of the Integrated Leadership team to support our One Organisation One team ethos for integrated working and holistic support for the older residents of Croydon.
Some duties will include (but are not limited to) –
- Oversee effective data recording for monitoring and reporting.
- Monitor outcomes and impact and prepare reports on the projects progress for Commissioners, Funders and AUKC Trustee Board
- Monitor and manage workload, organise schedules, ensuring that work is purposeful, targets are clear and support staff to reach their potential and feel valued.
- Support staff with regular supervision using the Age UK Croydon Empowerment Striving for Excellence, Innovation process
- Attend leadership team meetings, staff meetings and joint working parties and project groups as appropriate.
