Young Life has been working with young people in communities across the UK and Ireland, and over the past five years, the London Team has grown from a few staff serving one borough to 12 staff and 63 volunteer leaders supporting over 1,000 young people across 11 boroughs.

We are seeking a passionate London Director of Development to build and develop meaningful relationships, initially with London-based high-net-worth individuals, securing significant funding to grow Young Life International's impact on young people in London and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding a mission-driven charity's capacity to transform young lives.

In this influential brand new role, you'll develop an active portfolio of major donors and potential major donors, working towards establishing new funding each fiscal year including annual and multi-year commitments. You'll cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and major trusts, represent Young Life in high-level meetings and networking events, and plan impactful vision events to inspire and engage supporters. Working collaboratively with senior management and fundraising colleagues, you'll connect donor interests with different aspects of Young Life's mission, inviting supporters to experience first-hand the life-changing work being done. You'll also lead on securing grants from key UK trusts and oversee an effective stewardship process to retain and grow donor support.

With the potential for wider influence across the UK and Europe, you'll lead by example in donor stewardship, train the wider team, and play a key role in expanding Young Life International's philanthropy efforts.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with major donors and secure funding in the range of £10,000+
• Experience in securing multi-year funding from trusts, foundations, and institutional donors
• Ability to organise and deliver high-quality vision events to enable prospects to hear the case for support
• Leadership experience, capable of managing a high-performing team

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.

You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. You will be passionate about our vision to reach people for Christ.

Brief role description

As part of the Marketing, Communication, Fundraising and Events Directorate, the Events Manager will work operationally across the charity, primarily delivering the OP ASCEND Employment Pathways series alongside other agreed key FEC events. You will also be aware of all FEC current and future event requirements, develop the annual events schedule with the Senior Events Manager and oversee the event planner management software with the wider Event Team members. You will also create reports and presentations to show the event impact and key KPI delivery.

Location: Hybrid (regular visits to the London-based offices, client meetings and events)

About the role

The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across all fundraising activity, nurturing an exceptional team and leveraging high-level networks across the King's Trust Group globally.

You will oversee two core income streams-philanthropy and corporate partnerships-while expanding opportunities through institutional funding, impact investment and innovative income models. Building on the momentum of Generation Potential, you will shape and implement an ambitious strategy that strengthens KTI's global impact and supports its mission to empower young people to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver KTI's annual fundraising target (£6.25m), driving sustained growth and diversification.

• Oversee and support Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

• Develop strategies to engage new donors and partners, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, corporates and institutional funders.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including KTI's Board of Trustees, Africa Advisory Board, Pakistan Development Group and the King's Trust Group internationally.

• Identify and develop new income opportunities, including consultancy, programme commercialisation and impact investment.

• Ensure robust governance, compliance and adherence to ethical fundraising standards.

The ideal candidate

• Proven success securing significant philanthropic or partnership income (including £1m+ gifts), ideally internationally.

• Experience leading and inspiring high-performing fundraising teams.

• Expertise in developing and delivering successful campaigns and multi-channel strategies.

You will be instrumental in the quality and impactful implementation, delivery and retention of our sites. You will oversee the delivery of exceptional outcomes in support of the charity's mission. You will work as part of a Regional/Country team to deliver outstanding programmes across your geography, establishing and leading partnerships throughout the life of a programme.    

Regular travel throughout your geographical location will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of the UK, NI and Iberia.  Please stipulate which role you are applying for (North of England or Nationwide).

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA)
• Have a breadth of finance experience, including good working knowledge of creating strategic financial strategy and business plans
• Have a proven track record of effective leadership, including experience of managing small finance teams with turnover of around £8m
• Have experience of influencing and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to include working with Board and Finance and Audit Committee
• Possess excellent IT skills and utilisation of Microsoft 365 applications, including Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience of using data to support decisions, identify trends and challenge

• Professional registration (e.g. HCPC).

• Substantial experience in specialist psychological assessment, treatment, and supervision.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Skilled in CBT and related therapeutic approaches.

Desirable:

• Experience in addiction or gambling-related harm services.

• Knowledge of specialised psychological therapies in addictions.

The Employment Advisor - Families will provide holistic employment and training advice and guidance to a diverse caseload of military partners/spouses (both serving and veteran), supporting their personal development and enhancing employability skills until they achieve their desired outcomes. The role is Home-based  with community outreach and travel through Glasgow covering Scotland area.

​The role part of Families programme, where the programme offers 1:1 virtual and face-to-face sessions, in-person group workshops, access to employer events, apprenticeships, digital upskilling, and corporate mentoring.

As part of effective case management, they will: assess individual needs, identify any challenges and barriers and create effective action plans, following the FEC policies, procedures, and Work Instructions.

Brief role description 

​

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of our website, email marketing, and digital assets. They will play a key role in user engagement, service promotion, and data-driven decision-making. They will manage and optimise our WordPress website and DotDigital email platform, ensuring all content aligns with brand and accessibility standards. The role will contribute to creative content development and campaign ideation, as well as tracking and reporting performance across channels to support the marketing manager with data-driven recommendations. This is a fixed term position for just about 2 years (end date to be confirmed at the offer stage)

Are you passionate about community creativity and skilled at building strategic partnerships? Creative Lives is seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to drive our place-based work across Scotland and the wider UK.

As Place Director, you will lead the development of new creative place projects that strengthen local cultural infrastructure, support everyday creativity, and build community wellbeing. You will represent Creative Lives nationally, work closely with local authorities and partners to secure funding, and champion our mission to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to express themselves creatively.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, confident in approaching senior decision-makers, and experienced in securing contracts or commissions with local authorities, funders or partners. You will bring strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of Scotland’s cultural landscape.
