Job description

Location: Fitzrovia, London (hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
Hours: Part-time (28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday)
Contract: Temporary (up to 3 months)
Rate: £18.08 per hour (+ holiday)
Start Date: Early December

About the Role
Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a historic conservation charity and membership organisation in their search for a temporary Membership Administrator. Join a welcoming team and provide essential support during a key transition period at an organisation dedicated to preserving and promoting architectural heritage. There is also an opportunity for this role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new members and maintaining accurate records in Blackbaud CRM 
  • Administering memberships and responding promptly and courteously to member queries 
  • Light bookkeeping and processing BACS payments via AccessPay 
  • Booking meeting rooms for corporate clients 
  • General office duties, including accepting deliveries 


What We’re Looking For

  • Highly efficient office administrator with excellent organisational skills 
  • Experience with CRM systems (Blackbaud preferred) 
  • Membership administration experience (ideal) 
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge 
  • Professional, personable manner and strong communication skills
