Role purpose
Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and website development. We’re looking for a talented digital and data enthusiast to lead this transformation programme and subsequently oversee our ongoing digital development. This will be aligned to our strategy and preferred technology stack, and will include managing key relationships with our digital partners.

Key accountabilities
- Lead the refinement and implementation of the charity’s digital strategy.
- Lead a project team to successfully deliver change in line with the agreed project timeline.
- Manage the governance and assurance framework for delivering our website and CRM digital transformation programme.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to:

Essential criteria
- A strong understanding of digital and technology trends, with experience implementing a Microsoft based technology stack based technology stack.
- Experience in successfully delivering digital change projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or technical information clearly and simply.
- Experience of building relationships with, engaging, and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Able to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience working at a senior level to deliver change or implement strategy.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing circumstances and tight timelines.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in an organisation that uses agile development methodologies.
- A strong understanding of the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) principles and approach, and of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles, audit, and compliance.

About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Delivery Manager to join The Scholars Programme team. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary of £46,784.49 per annum and the postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.
The Supporter Development Retention Manager is responsible for delivering the charity's Retention and Stewardship Programme, overseeing these communications to warm donors (under £10k), focussing on building relationships with individual supporters and developing other warm audiences to increase their financial contribution and loyalty. You will manage the implementation and delivery of the full supporter journey for warm appeal donors, including welcome journeys and lapsed reactivation journeys.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working in the UK charity marketing sector, in a fundraising capacity, and/or direct marketing with responsibility for Retention/Stewardship products. You will have significant experience managing direct marketing mailings from concept, planning, design, print, production and postage.

About the role:
The Senior Director of Finance is the most senior finance professional at Parenting for Lifelong Health (PLH). The role provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the organisation meets its fiduciary, regulatory, and governance obligations as a UK charity, while enabling responsible growth and global scale.
Acting as the organisation’s senior finance lead, the postholder will support the CEO and Board of Trustees to meet their statutory duties under UK charity law, including duties of care, prudence, and accountability, while building robust financial systems aligned to PLH’s 2026-2028 Strategic Plan and country implementation model.
The role ensures that PLH’s resources are used exclusively to further its charitable purposes, safeguarded appropriately, and managed transparently in the public interest.
Responsibilities:
Charity Governance, Fiduciary Oversight, and Trustee Support

Act as the primary source of financial advice to the CEO and Board of Trustees, supporting trustees to fulfil their legal and fiduciary duties under UK charity law.
