Within the Chief Executive’s Office, the UK Advocacy and Health Intelligence Department are focused on creating lasting change. We identify creative policy solutions in response to the challenges people with arthritis face. We influence decision-makers through stakeholder engagement, public affairs activity and by campaigning alongside people with arthritis. We have expertise across health and care services, public health, and employment policy. We also work in collaboration to influence medical research and data policy and play an active role in several cross-sector groups.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to drive policy development across our policy priority areas. The Policy Officer will lead on specific policy projects, commissioning research, developing policy positions, and producing reports and consultation responses.
This role will cover a broad range of issues across one of our strategic goals – prevention and diagnosis; access to treatment; and living well with arthritis. Our approach considers the needs of people of all ages who have arthritis.
The Policy Officer will also contribute to the wider work of the team, working closely with colleagues in the Nations Teams, the Research Directorate and the wider charity, including by representing us on cross-sector policy groups, drafting briefings, and participating in events and conferences.
We’ll give you autonomy, variety and challenge with opportunities to work with inspirational campaigners, attend events in Parliament and meet senior stakeholders in Government. We’re a supportive team who will value your well-being and professional development.

Role Overview
The corporate partnerships lead will be responsible for working closely with the director of philanthropy and partnerships to create, build and implement a corporate partnerships programme, with a focus on growing and diversifying income from new corporate partners. · Develop, manage and steward a portfolio of partners by building strong relationships to maximise multiyear giving and growth

· Identify new corporate partnership opportunities to add to the portfolio and develop new opportunities to engage and build relationships

This organisation supports people living with HIV and amplify their voices and help the people using their services to achieve good sexual health. They have ambitious plans to end HIV transmissions in the UK by 2030.
As the Trusts Officer, you will be responsible for helping to deliver trusts and foundations income generation for the organisation. This will consist of managing existing relationships and building new relationships wiht trusts and foundations capable of giving £20k+ grants. Joining a collaborative small trusts fundraising team, this role will have lots of variety in the relationships it builds and gain great mentorship from its manager and team.
To be successful as the Trusts Officer you will have proven experience in developing relationships through compelling writing and ideally have some knowledge of trust and foundations fundraising. Ideally you will have done this within a fundraising or charity setting, but this is not essential. You will have excellent stewardship and reporting capabilities and be confident working both autonomously and in a team.
This role is a full-time position that will be a 12-month FTC and have hybrid working in the London offices one day per week. The salary for this role is £31,281.

About Women in Prison
Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.
Job Purpose:
Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.

- Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to a caseload of women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system.

The charity is now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of this journey. This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced, purpose-driven executive who can inspire teams, influence national conversations and ensure long-term impact and sustainability.
As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the organisation with clarity, compassion and strategic focus. You will work closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the charity remains financially resilient, operationally effective and deeply aligned to its values. You will act as a key ambassador for the organisation, building strategic partnerships, engaging with government and funders, and championing the transformative power of music across a wide range of sectors.
