The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Acts 435 is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Officer to play a key role in communicating the charity’s vision, mission, and impact through engaging digital content across social media and its website. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of content that resonates with the charity's community of donors, churches, and supporters. This role will help increase awareness of Acts 435’s work and contribute to growing its donor and church/charity networks, while maintaining it’s Christian ethos.

About The Azaylia Foundation

Childhood cancer is the number one killer of children in the UK, yet it receives less than 3% of cancer research funding. Elders Voice is a charity supporting older people in the London Borough of Brent. Our mission is to enable older people to live safely and independently in the homes of their choosing and lead happier and healthier lives. • Collaborate with our Digital Fundraising Officer and communications team to develop and execute digital recruitment and marketing plans.
• Oversee all aspects of project and event management, including logistics, risk management, supplier coordination, and on the day delivery.
• Use data and insights to evaluate event performance and optimise future campaigns, ensuring year-on-year income growth.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Proven experience in organising or supporting fundraising or challenge events.
• A track record of achieving income targets and maximising fundraising potential.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging supporters and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and a passion for contributing to digital content and campaigns.
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Donorfy) and using data to inform decision-making.
• A proactive and flexible approach
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £24,509 – 31,193per annum

Facilities Officer

We’re looking for a practical, proactive Facilities Officer to support the smooth running of a prominent and historical public site that hosts a wide range of events and services. This is an immediate start role for 4 weeks to cover a busy period. The role combines day-to-day maintenance with hands-on event support — ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces safe, welcoming, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs 
•  Set up event spaces (e.g., arranging furniture, operating AV equipment, providing refreshments, signage).
•  Clear and reset rooms post-event (cleaning, equipment storage, rubbish disposal).
•  Support large-scale services and special events with venue preparation and logistics.
•  Liaise with external contractors, caterers, and service providers during events.
•  Keep external areas and entrances clean and presentable at all times.
What We're Looking For:
•  Experience in a facilities, caretaking, or event support role.
•  Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and working at height.
•  Basic skills in maintenance and repairs.
•  Good knowledge of AV/IT equipment setup or willingness to learn.
•  Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and self-motivation.
•  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
